El 12 de marzo de 2025, la jefa del Departamento de Planificación y Centros emitió un informe favorable sobre la implantación de dos unidades educativas específicas en centro ordinario (UEECO), una en el CEIP Nou de Campos, del municipio de Campos y la otra en el CEIP Puig de Sant Martí, del municipio de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El 13 de marzo de 2025, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas emitió una propuesta de resolución sobre la autorización de la implantación de dos unidades educativas específicas en centro ordinario (UEECO), una en el CEIP Nou de Campos, del municipio de Campos y la otra en el CEIP Puig de Sant Martí, del municipio de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo), el cual establece, en el artículo 36.2, que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares la competencia de desarrollo legislativo, de competencia y desarrollo legislativo y de competencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Ley orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. La Ley orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears, que establece en el artículo 102.1, la creación, la supresión y la transformación de centros públicos corresponde al Gobierno de las Illes Balears, que debe establecer los tipos de enseñanzas que se van a desarrollar. (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6 . El Decreto 39/2011, de 29 de abril, por el que se regula la atención a la diversidad y la orientación educativa en los centros educativos no universitarios sostenidos con fondos públicos (BOIB núm. 67, de 5 de mayo de 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas, en fecha 13 de marzo de 2025, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Educación infantil de segundo ciclo: 6 unidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Educación primaria: 12 unidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- EEB1:1 unidad UEECO con 7 plazas escolares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Inscribir estas autorizaciones en el Registro estatal de centros docentes no universitarios (RCD) del Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes y en el Registro autonómico de centros docentes de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades (Repositorio de centros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Comunicar esta Resolución a los centros educativos, a la Dirección General de Personal Docente i Centros Concertados y al Departamento de Inspección Educativa (DIE) para que tomen conocimiento a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
