Con fecha de 25 de mayo de 2024 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 69, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 26 de marzo de 2024, por la que se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para Inversiones en la prevención de los daños causado en los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">3. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo para presentar las solicitudes finalizó el día 31 de mayo de 2024.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">4.Con fecha de 21 de noviembre de 2024 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 152, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se incrementan los créditos que prevé la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 26 de marzo de 2024, por la que se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para Inversiones en la prevención de los daños causados a los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">5.Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda, el cumplimiento de los requisitos y documentación ha quedado reflejado en la aplicación SIFOG.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">6.Los interesados restantes, señalados en el Anexo I adjunto, han presentado en tiempo y forma, la documentación prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">7.Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con los criterios de intensidades de la convocatoria, a los beneficiarios les corresponde una ayuda máxima detallada en los Anexos I y II. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">8.Teniendo en cuenta que el crédito existente cubre la totalidad de las peticiones de esta convocatoria no existe ningún impedimento para resolver estos expedientes sin afectar a lo dispuesto en los apartados séptimo y octavo de la convocatoria. </span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">1.Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para Inversiones en la prevención de los daños causados en los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes.
