&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, tiene por objeto determinar el régimen jurídico de las subvenciones cuyo establecimiento o gestión corresponden a la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears o a las entidades dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 12 de la citada norma dispone que no se puede iniciar el procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones sin que el órgano competente haya establecido previamente por orden, haciendo uso de la potestad reglamentaria, las bases reguladoras correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto 75/2004, de 27 de agosto, de desarrollo de determinados aspectos de la Ley de finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, regula particularidades del procedimiento de concesión y justificación de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales, Promoción e Inmigración de 18 de mayo de 2009 (BOIB n.º 76, de 26 de mayo) se establecieron las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones, los certámenes y los premios del Instituto Balear de la Mujer en materia de políticas de igualdad hacia las mujeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres es un principio básico y fundamental reconocido a la Constitución Española. Así, el artículo 1.1 la propugna como valor superior del ordenamiento jurídico, el artículo 9.2 formula el mandamiento exprés de los poderes públicos porque la hagan efectiva y el artículo 14 prescribe cualquier discriminación por razón de sexo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 86 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, en la redacción de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, establece que corresponde al Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en las materias de su competencia, el ejercicio de la actividad de fomento, sin perjuicio de la actividad que corresponde al Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 16 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears prevé que los poderes públicos de las Illes Balears tienen que defender y promover los derechos sociales de los ciudadanos y las ciudadanas de las Illes Balears, que representan un ámbito inseparable de respecto de los valores y los derechos universales de las personas y que constituyen uno de los fundamentos cívicos del progreso económico, cultural y tecnológico de la comunidad autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, en el artículo 17, prevé que todas las personas tienen derecho al libre desarrollo de su personalidad, así como la obligación de las administraciones públicas de velar en todo caso para que las mujeres y los hombres puedan participar libremente en la vida laboral, social, familiar y política sin discriminación de ningún tipo, en igualdad de condiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el Decreto 1/2024, de 4 de enero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, el Instituto Balear de la Mujer se adscribe a la Consejería de Familias y Asuntos Sociales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Instituto Balear de la Mujer, creado por la Ley 5/2000, de 20 de abril, como entidad autónoma de carácter administrativo con personalidad jurídica propia y capacidad plena de actuar, tiene como finalidades básicas elaborar y ejecutar las medidas necesarias para hacer efectivos los principios de igualdad del hombre y la mujer, además de impulsar y promover la participación de la mujer en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, indica que para hacer efectivo el derecho a la igualdad real y efectiva de las mujeres y los hombres se establecerán y se regularán los mecanismos y dispositivos, así como las medidas y los recursos dirigidos a promover y garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades y no discriminación por razón de sexo, en cualquier de los ámbitos, etapas y circunstancias de la vida. Asimismo, el apartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del artículo 13.3, señala que las competencias objeto de esta Ley corresponden al Instituto Balear de la Mujer, organismo autónomo adscrito a la consejería competente en igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Plan Estratégico, aprobado por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024, de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el ejercicio de 2024-2026 (BOIB n.º52, de 20 de abril de 2024), con la posterior modificación de 11 de febrero de 2025 (BOIB n.º19, de 11 de febrero de 2025), prevé en el objetivo III, línea 4.34, la convocatoria de ayudas para premios y certámenes en materia de igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para tramitar el procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones, hay que atenerse al que disponen el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones; la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales, Promoción e Inmigración de 18 de mayo de 2009; la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos del derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decreto 75/2004, de 27 de agosto, de desarrollo de determinados aspectos de la Ley de finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, regula particularidades del procedimiento de concesión y justificación de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales, Promoción e Inmigración de 18 de mayo de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones, los certámenes y los premios en materia de políticas de igualdad hacia las mujeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 por el que se aprueba el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026 (BOIB n.º 52, de 20 de abril de 2024), con la posterior modificación del anexo aprobada por resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación (BOIB n.º19, de 11 de febrero de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas para los premios del “Concurso de Ilustración IBDona” con motivo del Día Internacional de la Eliminación de la Violencia contra la Mujer para el año 2025, que se rige por las bases que se publican como anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Destinar a esta convocatoria un importe máximo de 6.000,00 €, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 73101 G/323 C03 48000 00de los presupuestos generales prorrogados de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears para el ejercicio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Designar en la jefa del Servicio de Administración y Gestión Presupuestaria del Instituto Balear de la Mujer órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones derivado de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la directora del Instituto Balear de la Mujer o la consejera de Familias y Asuntos Sociales en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente a haberse publicado, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es regular el procedimiento para otorgar premios derivados del “Concurso de Ilustración IBDona” con motivo del Día Internacional de la Eliminación de la Violencia contra la Mujer para el año 2025 con los objetivos y efectos de despertar conciencias críticas y sensibilizar a la ciudadanía desde una perspectiva de género para superar la discriminación por razón de sexo en el marco de las actuaciones previstas en el apartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del artículo 3 de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones, los certámenes y los premios en materia de políticas de igualdad hacia las mujeres que se establece mediante la Orden de la consejera de Servicios Sociales, Promoción e Inmigración de 18 de mayo de 2009 (BOIB, nº. 76 de 26 de mayo de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premios convocados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El presente concurso contará con una única categoría de ilustración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La participación en este concurso se limita a una única ilustración por persona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas ganadoras serán galardonadas con un primero, segundo o tercer premio. No se podrán conceder premios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ex aequo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se pueden presentar en esta convocatoria aquellas ilustraciones que hayan sido premiadas en otra convocatoria pública o privada anterior a la fecha de publicación de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalidad de las ilustraciones premiadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ilustraciones premiadas formarán parte de un archivo propiedad de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma mediante su organismo autónomo el Instituto Balear de la Mujer para su difusión en materiales de marketing y difusión institucional, redes sociales y página web, cartelería y otros productos, exposiciones y acontecimientos, publicaciones institucionales y campañas educativas que ayuden a reforzar el mensaje de sensibilización y eliminación de la violencia contra la mujer en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears con los objetivos de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Sensibilizar y concienciar sobre la violencia machista:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Utilizar la ilustración como herramienta de denuncia y reflexión sobre la violencia machista hacia las mujeres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Generar un debate social sobre las causas y consecuencias de la violencia machista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Promover la igualdad de género y el respeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Impulsar valores de respeto, equidad y convivencia libre de violencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fomentar una cultura basada en la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres, libre de estereotipos y discriminaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Dar voz a través de la expresión artística: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ser un instrumento para que la ciudadanía exprese su visión y compromiso con la causa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Implicar la ciudadanía en la lucha contra la violencia machista a través de la creación artística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poner el valor el arte como herramienta de cambio social y de transformación cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Visibilizar la lucha y el empoderamiento de las mujeres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transmitir mensajes de esperanza, superación y apoyo mutuo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Denunciar y transformar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Potenciar la función del arte como medio de denuncia, visibilizando las diversas formas de violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inspirar cambios en las mentalidades y en las políticas públicas para la prevención y la eliminación de la violencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias tienen que cumplir con los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Haber justificado suficientemente, si se tercia, las subvenciones y las ayudas recibidas anteriormente del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Acreditar ante la autoridad administrativa que no se incurre en ninguno de las circunstancias que establece el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, o efectuar una declaración con esta finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No pueden ser beneficiarias de estos premios, las personas que se incluyan en alguna de las causas que prevé el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/205, de 28 de diciembre, ni las que hayan estado objeto de sanciones administrativas firmes, ni las que hayan sido sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por sentencia judicial firme, en los últimos tres años por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, de acuerdo con el artículo 11.2 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, ni tampoco las que hayan sido sancionadas o condenadas por una resolución administrativa firme con una pena accesoria de prohibición de recibir ayudas o subvenciones públicas por el periodo estipulado en el artículo 37 de la Ley 8/2016, de 30 de mayo, para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, gais, trans, bisexuales e intersexuales y para erradicar el LGTBI-fobia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas participantes o sus representantes legales, si procede, serán los responsables íntegra y exclusivamente de los contenidos, mensajes y/o comentarios que incorpore o comunique el trabajo, objeto de estos premios. En este sentido, las personas participantes o sus representantes legales se responsabilizarán también, en todo caso, de toda reclamación relacionada, directa o indirectamente, con la vulneración de los derechos de imagen, protección de datos, honor, intimidad y cualquier otro derecho propiedad de un tercero que se haya podido vulnerar con motivo de la ilustración presentada al concurso, manteniendo indemne, en todo caso, al Instituto Balear de la Mujer de cualquier responsabilidad que se desprenda de esta vulneración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias premiadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias de los premios de esta convocatoria asumen las obligaciones generales que establece el artículo 11 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y las que se indican a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Comunicar al órgano competente, en el plazo de diez días hábiles contadores desde el día siguiente a la fecha en que se haya recibido la notificación de la propuesta de resolución del premio, si lo acepta expresamente. En el supuesto de que la persona interesada no realice ningún tipo de manifestación o alegación dentro del plazo establecido, una vez que este se haya agotado se tiene que entender que la propuesta de resolución ha sido aceptada en los términos en que se ha formulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero que lleven a cabo los órganos competentes y aportar toda la información que los sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Acreditar, en su caso, antes de que se dicte la propuesta de resolución de concesión, en la forma y el alcance que se determine reglamentariamente, que están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, o de cualquier naturaleza, con la Administración autonómica de las Illes Balears, con el Estado y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Comunicar al órgano que concede la subvención la modificación de cualquier circunstancia que afecte a alguno de los requisitos exigidos para concederla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Colaborar en el control de la actividad facilitando toda la información y la documentación que le requiera la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la Intervención General del Estado, el Tribunal de Cuentas, la Sindicatura de Cuentas u otros órganos de control de la Unión Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Reintegrar las cantidades percibidas en concepto de premios de esta convocatoria, así como el interés de demora correspondiente, desde el momento del pago del premio hasta la fecha en que se acuerde que el reintegro es procedente, cuando concurran alguna de las causas que señala el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el artículo 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre. El procedimiento de reintegro se tiene que ajustar al que establecen los artículos 41 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el artículo 42 y siguientes del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Cumplir cualquier otra obligación exigida por la normativa vigente que sea aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Imputación temporal de las acciones premiables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son premiables las ilustraciones realizadas en el periodo comprendido entre el primero de enero de 2025 y la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes a la subvención de premios, de acuerdo con el importe máximo y la partida presupuestaria establecida en la base quinta de esta convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Noveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentación de solicitudes y plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas físicas que se presenten al “Concurso de Ilustración IBDona” solamente pueden presentar una única solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El modelo normalizado de solicitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(anexo 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y otra documentación anexa estarán disponibles en la Sede electrónica de la CAIB https://www.caib.es/seucaib/es/200/persones%20/tramites/previsualitzar/6312771 y en la página web del Instituto Balear de la Mujer (&amp;lt;http://ibdona.caib.es&amp;gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de treinta días naturales contadores a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de estas bases en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Las personas interesadas pueden presentar las solicitudes y documentación adjunta de forma electrónica mediante el trámite telemático que estará disponible al procedimiento publicado en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, al cual se tendrá que adjuntar la solicitud y documentación anexa específica del procedimiento firmado electrónicamente o bien, dirigir la solicitud en el Instituto Balear de la Mujer y presentarla a su registro (c/ Aragón, 26, 1.º E, Palma) o a cualquier de los lugares previstos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud se envía por correo, la documentación correspondiente se tiene que presentar a las oficinas de Correos en un sobre abierto, de forma que la hoja de solicitud destinada al Instituto Balear de la Mujer se feche y se selle antes de que se certifique, de acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 31 del Real Decreto 1829/1999, de 3 de diciembre, que aprueba el Reglamento por el que se regula la prestación de los servicios postales (BOE n.º 313, de 31 de diciembre). En el caso que la oficina de Correos no feche ni selle la solicitud, se entiende como fecha válida de presentación la fecha de entrada en el Registro del Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud se presenta a un lugar diferente a la sede del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, se debe enviar a la dirección de correo electrónico del Instituto (ibdona@ibdona.caib.es) la hoja de solicitud en que conste el sello de entrada dentro del plazo máximo de presentación establecido en esta convocatoria, en el plazo máximo de las 24 horas siguientes al fin del plazo hábil de presentación. De la misma forma, si se envía por correo certificado, se tiene que enviar a la citada dirección de correo electrónico, la hoja de la solicitud fechada y sellada por la oficina de Correos en la que conste que se ha enviado dentro del plazo hábil de presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La solicitud tiene que ir firmada por la persona interesada o por la persona que tenga la representación legal, según corresponda. Cuando se trate de menores de edad, la presentación de la solicitud firmada por su representante legal (padre, madre o tutor/a) implica su autorización a poder participar en el concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando la presentación de las ilustraciones no se haga en formato digital, éstas tienen que ir dentro de uno sobre, embaladas y resguardadas para evitar posibles desperfectos. En la parte exterior del sobre, tendrán que figurar los datos identificativos de la persona participante. El Instituto Balear de la Mujer no asume ninguna responsabilidad por las pérdidas o los daños causados durante el envío.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se aceptarán ilustraciones fuera de plazo, que lleguen por una vía diferente a la indicada o que no contengan los datos antes mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a las solicitudes que se presenten fuera de plazo establecido, se dictará una resolución de inadmisión, que se notificará a la persona interesada, de acuerdo con el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Administración autonómica obtendrá de oficio y por vía informática o telemática los certificados del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la hacienda de la comunidad autónoma y con la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, así como con la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria, salvo que manifiesten su oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona solicitante tiene que presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El formulario de solicitud firmado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(anexo 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que recoge los datos de las personas físicas y su representante legal, si se requiere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Fotocopia del DNI o NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificado de empadronamiento actualizado de la persona participante que acredite su residencia en las Illes Balears en el momento de la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) En el supuesto de que la persona participante sea menor de edad o tutelado, se tendrá que presentar también DNI o NIE de su representante legal o tutor/a junto con una copia de libro de familia o partida de nacimiento o documento que acredite la tutela o curatela, según proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Una declaración responsable de no haber solicitado ni recibido ninguna otra ayuda o financiación para la misma finalidad de cualquier administración pública o ente público o privado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Una declaración responsable sobre el cumplimiento de las condiciones generales para recibir subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Una declaración veracidad de datos bancarios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(anexo 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona solicitante se opone a que el Instituto Balear de la Mujer obtenga o consulte los datos, los requisitos y la información necesaria, junto con la solicitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(anexo 1),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; además de la documentación citada anteriormente, tiene que presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Los certificados de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la hacienda autonómica y el estatal, como también de las obligaciones con la seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es necesario presentar la documentación antes citada en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 4 del Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos. En este caso, la persona solicitante tiene que hacer constar en la solicitud el expediente en el que se encuentra la documentación y que no se ha producido ningún cambio respecto al contenido y la documentación que ya obra en poder de la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si durante el plazo para presentar las solicitudes se observa una poca participación, la directora del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, antes de la finalización del mismo, puede ampliar el plazo de presentación siempre que esta ampliación no exceda de la mitad del plazo inicial y no perjudique a terceros. Esta ampliación de plazo se tiene que publicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud implica la aceptación de este anexo con su clausurado que regula el procedimiento y el otorgamiento de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Décimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Selección de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 11 y 12 de las bases reguladoras, y de conformidad con el artículo 17 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la forma ordinaria de selección de las personas beneficiarias de las subvenciones en forma de premio, tiene que ser el procedimiento de concurso. Consiste en conceder las subvenciones después de valorar y comparar, en un único procedimiento, las solicitudes presentadas, con el fin de establecer una prelación de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración previstos en el punto decimocuarto de esta convocatoria. Se tienen que atribuir los importes de los premios otorgados, de acuerdo con la orden de prelación establecido según la puntuación obtenida y conforme en su punto quinto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Undécimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​Órganos competentes para iniciar, instruir y resolver el procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones corresponde a la directora del Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La instrucción del procedimiento corresponde al Servicio de Administración y Gestión Presupuestaria del Instituto Balear de la Mujer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de instrucción se tiene que ajustar al que dispone el artículo 16 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento es la directora del Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Doceavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ilustraciones se tienen que ajustar a la temática de la convocatoria del “Concurso de Ilustración IBDona”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ilustraciones presentadas tienen que ser originales, inéditas, no tienen que vulnerar de ninguna forma derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial, protección de datos o de cualquier otra índole a terceros. Las ilustraciones no tienen que haber sido premiadas en ningún otro concurso o certamen de acuerdo con el punto segundo de esta convocatoria, además, no tienen que estar firmadas por el autor/a. Las persones participantes son responsables de cualquier reclamación por autoría o plagio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ilustraciones podrán ser de cualquier estilo o técnica siempre que sean reproducibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se permite el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y/o medios tecnológicos similares. Si se usa Inteligencia Artificial (IA) para la creación de la ilustración, la implicación y la decisión humana tendrá que prevalecer sobre la utilización de la tecnología IA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la obra presentada incluye imágenes, logotipos, retratos de personas o cualquier otro elemento protegido, o si se utilizan sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA), el/la autor/a tendrá que obtener previamente las autorizaciones y permisos necesarios para su utilización, reproducción y difusión, garantizando siempre el respecto a los derechos de propiedad intelectual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todos los trabajos serán admitidos por la secretaría del certamen (secretario/a del jurado o comisión de valoración), que garantizará los derechos de custodia de acuerdo con el proceso de deliberación y selección de personas ganadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimotercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 15.4 de las bases reguladoras, el jurado o la comisión de valoración es el órgano colegiado al que corresponde examinar las ilustraciones presentadas y emitir un informe que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que debe formular el órgano instructor (la jefa del Servicio de Administración y Gestión Presupuestaria). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del jurado de los premios del “Concurso de Ilustración IBDona” con motivo del Día Internacional de la Eliminación de la Violencia contra la Mujer para el año 2025 serán los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la jefe/a de Prensa de la Consejería de Familias y Asuntos Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una persona en representación del Instituto Balear de la Juventud, con experiencia y competencia profesional en la realización de actividades de promoción cultural de la juventud y de la promoción y divulgación de su obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una persona en representación de la Escuela Superior de Diseño de las Illes Balears con experiencia y competencia profesional en la materia de diseño gráfico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una persona en representación de la Universidad de les Illes Balears, con experiencia y competencia profesional en temas de igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El régimen jurídico de la constitución y el funcionamiento del jurado es el previsto en los artículos 15 a 18 de la Ley de régimen jurídico del sector público, y en los artículos 17 a 19 de la Ley de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la presidenta del jurado lo estima necesario, pueden incorporarse al jurado, con voz pero sin voto, las personas que se consideren adecuadas con conocimientos o experiencia en materia de igualdad o expertas en la materia objeto del concurso de ilustración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Corresponderá al secretario/a poner a disposición de los miembros del jurado para su valoración todas las ilustraciones presentadas, este procedimiento se hará de forma que se garantice el anonimato de cada ilustración, con el fin de que los miembros del jurado con voz y voto no puedan asociar la ilustración con el autor/a. Una vez los miembros del jurado hayan valorado y hecho su propuesta de otorgamiento de premios, el secretario/a asociará la obra con el autor/a, con el objeto que el órgano instructor pueda hacer su propuesta de resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El jurado tiene que aplicar los criterios de valoración establecidos en su punto decimocuarto de esta convocatoria. Una vez obtenida la suma total de las puntuaciones, tiene que emitir el informe que servirá de base al órgano instructor para hacer la propuesta de resolución en que constarán las personas ganadoras de los premios, que recaerán en las que hayan obtenido la puntuación más alta. En caso de empate, se aplicará el establecido a punto decimocuarto de este anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El veredicto del jurado es inapelable. Las decisiones se tienen que tomar por mayoría simple; no es necesario, pues, unanimidad en la hora de establecer la persona ganadora de cualquier de los premios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de cada propuesta, compuesta por una ilustración, es de 60 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de empate, en las puntuaciones otorgadas a las ilustraciones, se tendrá en cuenta la ilustración que haya tenido una mejor puntuación según el que establece la letra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del punto decimocuarto de esta convocatoria. Si todavía persiste el empate, se tendrá en cuenta la mejor puntuación según el que dispone la letra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, y así, sucesivamente y en este orden. Si el empate persiste, se tendrá en cuenta el registro de entrada de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las deliberaciones del jurado y la decisión final relativa a los premios se recogerán en un acta oficial. Esta acta será elaborada por el secretario del jurado, quien registrará de manera detallada las deliberaciones, los criterios aplicados y las puntuaciones asignadas a las obras. EL acta será firmada por todos los miembros del jurado y formará parte del registro oficial del concurso, garantizando así la transparencia y la trazabilidad del proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimoquinto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​Determinación del importe de las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para determinar el importe de la subvención, cada expediente se tiene que valorar de 0 a 60 puntos, de acuerdo con los criterios que establece el punto decimocuarto de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimosexto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenación e instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de los premios es de concurrencia competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Corresponde al órgano instructor llevar a cabo de oficio las actuaciones necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos con las cuales se tiene que basar para dictar la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 16 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y con el procedimiento que prevé este artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento puede solicitar los informes técnicos que considere adecuados para elaborar la propuesta de resolución de la convocatoria. Estos informes estarán a disposición del jurado. Los informes se tienen que emitir en un plazo máximo de diez días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Servicio de Administración y Gestión Presupuestaria revisará las solicitudes presentadas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos administrativos establecidos a esta convocatoria. Este Servicio efectuará, si hace falta, los requerimientos necesarios respecto a la documentación administrativa presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez las solicitudes presentadas cumplan los requisitos administrativos para su admisión, la secretaría del certamen adjuntará las ilustraciones anonimizadas y, el órgano instructor trasladará las solicitudes presentadas junto con estas ilustraciones a la comisión evaluadora (miembros del jurado) porque las evalúe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez completado el expediente y solicitados los informes técnicos necesarios, con el apoyo documental que se considere oportuno, el órgano instructor tiene que evaluar las solicitudes de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos y tiene que elaborar una propuesta de resolución, una vez considerado el informe del jurado que tiene que servir de base para elaborarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La propuesta de resolución se tiene que publicar en el sitio web mencionado en el punto noveno y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede del Instituto Balear de la Mujer. Tiene que incluir a las personas físicas propuestas para el otorgamiento de la subvención (premio) y la cuantía. Como anexo a la propuesta, se adjuntará la lista de todas las persones participantes con la puntuación obtenida por orden decreciente de puntuación, así como también la lista de personas solicitantes excluidas, indicando la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano instructor tiene que notificar la propuesta de resolución del otorgamiento del premio individualmente a cada persona ganadora y le tiene que dar un plazo de diez días hábiles contadores desde el día siguiente a la notificación para aceptar la subvención (premio) o renunciar a ella. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en el plazo de diez días hábiles contadores a partir del día siguiente a haberse notificado la propuesta a persona ganadora no se ha producido esta comunicación, se entiende aceptada la subvención tácitamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta propuesta de resolución no crea ningún derecho a favor de las personas ganadoras propuestas ante la Administración, mientras no se dicte la resolución de concesión y se notifique o publique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diecisiete&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución y notificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las resoluciones de concesión de premios tienen que ser motivadas y tienen que fijar el importe del premio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de concesión tiene que contener:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La identificación de la persona ganadora del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La calificación del premio y su importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Las obligaciones de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) La forma de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución se tiene que notificar individualmente a cada una de las personas ganadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de no admisión a trámite o de dejación de solicitudes, el órgano competente emitirá la resolución adecuada la cual será motivada y se notificará a las personas interesadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución de concesión es de seis meses contadores a partir de la fecha en que haya finalizado el de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El transcurso del plazo anterior, sin que se haya dictado y notificado la resolución expresa, faculta a la persona interesada para entender desestimada la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimoctavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Propiedad de las ilustraciones y derechos de explotación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El hecho de presentarse al “Concurso de Ilustración IBDona” supone, y en aplicación del artículo 14 del Real decreto legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de propiedad intelectual, implícitamente, que las persones autoras de las ilustraciones autorizan al Instituto Balear de la Mujer a reproducirlas y publicarlas mediante cualquier recurso, en el momento que lo encuentre adecuado, y tantas veces como considere oportuno, sin que esto suponga ninguna cesión o limitación de los derechos que ostenten los autores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Instituto Balear de la Mujer se reserva el derecho a reproducir, publicar y difundir (en cualquier soporte) las ilustraciones premiadas. Las personas premiadas tienen que ceder, a título gratuito, a favor del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, los derechos de explotación de la propiedad intelectual, y en especial los derechos de reproducción, transformación, distribución y comunicación pública de las obras premiadas. Cuando las ilustraciones se hayan elaborado para utilizarse en apoyo digital y el beneficiario del premio sea el titular, estos derechos de explotación se entienden cedidos de manera no exclusiva en el Instituto Balear de la Mujer para que los publique, los edite, los distribuya y permita la consulta y descarga por tiempo indefinido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Instituto Balear de la Mujer puede exponer las ilustraciones con el título que considere, y, por este motivo, puede solicitar que se envíen las ilustraciones en formato de alta resolución. En todo caso, el Instituto Balear de la Mujer se compromete a hacer un uso no lucrativo de estas ilustraciones y a indicar siempre la autoría. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las persones participantes exoneran de toda responsabilidad al Instituto Balear de la Mujer en el supuesto de que las ilustraciones resulten dañadas o destruidas en caso fortuito o de fuerza mayor, mientras estén en su poder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Instituto Balear de la Mujer no se hace responsable de los contenidos incluidos a las ilustraciones, ni se identifica necesariamente. En cualquier caso, no se admitirán a concurso ilustraciones que hagan una apología explícita y claramente intencionada de la vulneración de los derechos humanos o que atenten contra la legalidad. Si se produce este supuesto, la directora del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, a propuesta unánime de la Comisión Evaluadora, resolverá excluirlas del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimonoveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificación de los premios al órgano que los otorga no requiere otra prueba del cumplimiento de la finalidad para la que fueron concedidos, que la acreditación por cualquier medio admitido en derecho, que el solicitante cumple los requisitos exigidos a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pago del premio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los premios se tienen que pagar a las personas ganadoras mediante transferencia bancaria en la cuenta que designen. El pago se hace una vez resuelta y notificada la concesión y verificada correctamente la documentación exigida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los premios establecidos en esta convocatoria se someten, si procede, a las retenciones que sean adecuadas conforme a la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo primero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entrega de premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entrega de premios se realizará en un acto público. La fecha y el lugar serán fijados por el Instituto Balear de la Mujer que los comunicará por correo electrónico y publicará en la web de IBDona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La aceptación de los premios por parte de las personas galardonadas con primero, segundo y tercer premio, lleva implícita su participación en el citado acto de entrega de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la aceptación del premios por parte de las personas ganadoras o su representante legal, en su caso, y en las personas menores de edad, por parte de los padres, madres o tutores/ras legales, el Instituto Balear de la Mujer se reserva el derecho a utilizar el nombre y la imagen de las mismas en cualquier tipo de publicidad, promoción o publicación (incluido Internet y las redes sociales del Instituto Balear de la Mujer), o cualquier otro medio, con fines promocionales o informativos siempre que se relacionen con este concurso, sin recibir ningún tipo de compensación económica o de cualquier clase para las personas ganadoras, excepto la propia entrega del premio obtenido como consecuencia del concurso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo segunda&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Retirada de documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ilustraciones presentadas por las personas participantes que no resulten premiadas, se pueden retirar en el plazo de seis meses a partir de la fecha de publicación de la adjudicación de los premios en la sede del Instituto Balear de la Mujer. A partir de esta fecha esta documentación queda a disposición del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, que, incluso, puede destruirla. La persona participante perdería su derecho a reclamarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo tercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Protección de datos personales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 6 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal y garantías de los derechos digitales, el tratamiento de los datos personales de las solicitudes consiste en el siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalidad del tratamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; tramitación del procedimiento administrativo de concesión de los premios “Concurso de Ilustración IBDona” con motivo del Día Internacional de la Eliminación de la Violencia contra la Mujer por el año 2025, de acuerdo con el que prevén el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 29 de diciembre; la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales, Promoción e Inmigración de 18 de mayo de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladores, y la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Responsable del tratamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Instituto Balear de la Mujer, organismo autónomo adscrito a la Consejería de Familias y Asuntos Sociales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plazo de conservación de los datos personales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el mínimo legal desde la fecha de cierre del expediente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias quedan sometidas a las medidas de comprobación y fiscalización que establece la legislación de finanzas y presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en cuanto a la concesión y al control de las ayudas públicas. Además, tienen que facilitar toda la información que les puedan requerir el órgano instructor, la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la Sindicatura de Cuentas u otros órganos de control externo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ocultar cualquier información sobre los requisitos provoca la denegación o la revocación del premio obtenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo quinto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revocación y reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 43 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, corresponde revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión, la persona beneficiaria incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos concretos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Como consecuencia de la revocación del premio, queda sin efecto el acto de cono-cesión y se tienen que reintegrar las cantidades percibidas indebidamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo sexto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se incumplen los requisitos que establece esta Resolución, se tiene que aplicar el régimen de infracciones y sanciones que regula el título V del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
