&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. A día de hoy, con las transferencias en materia de caza, y la modificación de la Ley de caza, en el 2013, no se ha producido el nombramiento de los miembros de la comisión, si bien el Decreto 91/2006, que regulaba la composición, es vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En fecha 13 de octubre de 2021 se ha emitido Informe propuesta sobre el nombramiento, aplicando el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decreto 91/2006 de regulación de poblaciones caprinas, de ordenación del aprovechamiento cinegético de la cabra salvaje mallorquina y de modificación de los planes técnicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de los miembros de la Comisión de caza mayor y homologación de trofeos, adscrita al Departamento de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En fecha 14 de agosto de 2023 se emitió informe ampliatorio del anterior a raíz de la publicación del Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca por el cual se crean las direcciones insulares y las secretarías técnicas en que se tienen que estructurar los departamentos, de 13 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Por otro lado, ha entrado al Servicio de Caza una petición formulada en fecha 3 de febrero de 2025, por parte del MAPA (ministerio que tiene adscrita la Junta Nacional de Homologación de Trofeos de Caza, la cual elabora cada 5 años el catálogo nacional de trofeos de caza). En esta petición se nos pide la composición de la Comisión de caza mayor y homologación de trofeos, órgano de carácter colegiado y consultivo ahora adscrito al Consejo de Mallorca. Esta comisión era adscrita a la Conselleria de Medio Ambiente y detrás las transferencias a los consejos insulares de las competencias en materia de caza, ha pasado a depender del Consejo de Mallorca, como así se recoge también en la modificación de la Ley de Caza efectuada el 2013 (Ley 3/2013, de 17 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tiene la competencia en materia de caza y pesca fluvial el Consejo de Mallorca, atribuidas por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 1 de marzo, por la cual se aprueba el Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares (BOE n.º 52, de 1 de marzo de 2007) y el Decreto 106/2010, de 24 de septiembre, sobre el traspaso a los Consejos Insulares de las funciones y los servicios inherentes a las competencias propias de estas instituciones insulares que actualmente ejerce la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en materia de caza y de regulación, vigilancia y aprovechamiento de los recursos cinegéticos, como también de pesca fluvial (BOIB n.º 142, de 30 de septiembre de 2010).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, balear de caza y pesca fluvial (BOIB n.º 61, de 27 de abril de 2006), modificada por la Ley 6/2007, de 27 de diciembre, de medidas tributarias y económico-administrativas, y la Ley 3/2013, de 17 de julio, de modificación de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, balear de caza y pesca fluvial (BOIB n.º 106, de 30 de julio de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca (BOIB n.º 89, de 19 de julio de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Decreto de la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, de día 10 de julio de 2023, por el cual se crean los departamentos que tienen que estructurar el gobierno (BOIB n.º 95, de 11 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Decreto de la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, de día 12 de julio de 2023, por el cual se crean las direcciones insulares y las secretarías técnicas en que tienen que estructurarse los departamentos (BOIB n.º 97, de 13 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca por el cual se establecen las competencias de los departamentos del Consejo Insular de Mallorca (BOIB n.º 106 de 29 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Decreto 91/2006, de 27 de octubre, de regulación de poblaciones cabrunas, de ordenación del aprovechamiento cinegético de la cabra montés mallorquina y de modificación de los planes técnicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. El Reglamento 1/2012 del Consejo Insular de Mallorca por el cual se regulan las vedas y los recursos cinegéticos, aprobado definitivamente en fecha 9 de febrero de 2012 (BOIB n.º 30, de 25 de febrero de 2012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vistos los antecedentes y cimientos jurídicos, y en uso de las facultades atribuidas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Nombrar los miembros de la Comisión de Caza Mayor y Homologación de Trofeos, que queda constituida según el establecido en el artículo 19 del Decreto 91/2006 de 27 de octubre antes mencionado, con un presidente, un vicepresidente, 7 vocales y un secretario, que serán los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente: Sebastià Perelló Suau, en calidad de director Insular competente en materia de caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicepresidente: Antoni Solivellas Extraño, designado del Departamento de Medio Ambiente, Medio rural y Deportes, Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretario: Sebastià Ferragut Adrover, funcionario de la dirección Insular de Caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocal: Joan Miquel Tomas Nadal, designado por la Federación Balear de Caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocal: Joan Bestard Mas, designado por la Federación Balear de Caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocal: Àngel Garcia Amengual, en representación del Consejo de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocal: Bartomeu Seguí Campaner, en calidad de jefe de servicio competente en materia de caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocal: Tomàs Bosch Llull, en calidad de jefe de servicio competente en materia de protección de especies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocal de reconocido prestigio: Miquel Estade Coll.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocal de reconocido prestigio: Bernardo Antonio Bestard Cid.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros que no lo sean por razones de su cargo, lo serán por periodos de cinco años, pudiendo ser elegidos o designados por periodos sucesivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas con indicación de los recursos pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
