&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. El día 27 de febrero de 2024 se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;núm. 29 la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar a centros de creación artística establecidos en el territorio de las Illes Balears para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Las 17 solicitudes presentadas en plazo se trasladaron a la Comisión Evaluadora, que se reunió el día 12 de julio para valorar las solicitudes y elaborar el informe correspondiente, que sirvió de base al órgano instructor para dictar la propuesta de resolución, de acuerdo con el punto 14.2. de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. El órgano instructor, con la información de la que dispone, ha verificado que los beneficiarios detallados en el anexo 1 cumplen todos los requisitos para acceder a las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. El día 18 de julio de 2024 se publicó en la web del IEB la Propuesta de resolución del director del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en relación con las subvenciones para apoyar a centros de creación artística establecidos en el territorio de las Illes Balears para el año 2024, de acuerdo con el punto 14.3. de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. El día 25 de julio de 2024 se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;núm. 98 la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se modifica la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar a centros de creación artística establecidos en el territorio de las Illes Balears para el año 2024, que ampliaba el crédito de 200.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. El día 1 de agosto de 2024 se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;núm. 101 a la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la cual se conceden las ayudas para apoyar a centros de creación artística establecidos en el territorio de las Illes Balears durante el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. En el punto 2 de la resolución de concesión, se determina que se acepta la solicitud de realizar gastos vinculados de Estudi Zero Teatre Societat Cooperativa, pero hubo un error con el cálculo del importe subvencionable y se descontaron estos gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. Dados los remanentes generados por carencia de justificación en otros expedientes de la misma convocatoria, se ha generado crédito suficiente para atender las obligaciones presupuestarias derivadas de esta Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. El Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. La Orden del consejero de Turismo Cultura y Deportes de 13 de diciembre de 2024 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana (BOIB núm. 166, de 19 de diciembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. La Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar a centros de creación artística establecidos en el territorio de las Illes Balears para el año 2024 (BOIB núm 29, de 27 de febrero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. La Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se modifica la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar a centros de creación artística establecidos en el territorio de las Illes Balears para el año 2024 (BOIB núm. 98, de 25 de julio de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
