    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno de la Mancomunidad Intermunicipal de Servicios Públicos Insulares en sesión de 27 de noviembre de 2024 aprobó el presupuesto de la Mancomunidad para el año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conforme al artículo 128 del RDL, 781/86 de 18 de abril las corporaciones locales aprobarán y publicarán anualmente, dentro del plazo de un mes desde la aprobación de su presupuesto, la oferta de empleo público para el año correspondiente, ajustándose a la&amp;nbsp; legislación básica del Estado sobre función pública y a los criterios que reglamentariamente se establezcan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde al Presidente, conforme al artículo 22.1.f) de los Estatutos de la Mancomunidad, la competencia para aprobar la oferta de Empleo Público de acuerdo con el presupuesto y plantilla aprobados por la Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Aprobar la oferta de Empleo Público para el año 2025 que contiene las siguientes plazas vacantes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
