&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;APROBAR INICIALMENTE el expediente de modificación de créditos núm 03/2025 por un importe de 156.845,28 € correspondientes a suplementos de crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Determinar la fórmula de financiación en base a bajas o anulaciones de créditos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Las modificaciones que se acuerdan son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Que, de acuerdo con la Disposición Adicional 7ª (introducida por el RD-Ley 6/2022) relativa a la gestión de los créditos presupuestarios de las entidades locales, destinados a proyectos financiados con fondos europeos del MRR, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el TRLRHL, el acuerdo sea inmediatamente ejecutivo, sin perjuicio de las reclamaciones 8 días siguientes a su presentación. Entendiéndose desestimadas de no notificarse su resolución al recurrente dentro de ese plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
