&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución de fecha 14 de julio de 1997 de la directora general de Régimen Hidráulico&amp;nbsp;por la cual se concede a la entidad Aguas son Company S.A. una autorización para la&amp;nbsp;explotación de un aprovechamiento de aguas subterráneas a partir de la captación&amp;nbsp;situada en la finca de son Saletes (TM de Sencelles) con un caudal máximo instantáneo&amp;nbsp;de 19,7 l/s y un volumen máximo anual de 300.000 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt; con destino al suministro de agua&amp;nbsp;potable a los sectores 3, 4 y 5 del término de Sencelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Causa de la extinción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por caducidad del título habilitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cosa que se comunica a los titulares de los derechos para que, dentro del trámite de&amp;nbsp;información pública previo al expediente de declaración de extinción y en el plazo de un&amp;nbsp;mes a contar desde la fecha de publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB, formulen las&amp;nbsp;alegaciones que consideren pertinentes o presenten, si procede, la solicitud de nueva&amp;nbsp;concesión de aguas subterráneas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, y de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 163.3 del Reglamento de&amp;nbsp;Dominio Público Hidráulico, se abre un plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente&amp;nbsp;a la fecha de publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares para&amp;nbsp;que quien lo desee pueda examinar la documentación del expediente en la página web&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
