&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio, en ejercicio de la delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo de fecha 16/11/22 (BOIB nº 153, de 24/11/22) y considerándolo acto del Consejo Ejecutivo, en fecha 19 de febrero de 2025, adoptó la siguiente resolución, que transcribo, literalmente, a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas de&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;minimis&lt;/em&gt; para el fomento del uso de la lengua catalana en las empresas para el año 2025 que se anexa a esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autoritzar un gasto de 245.000,00 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria&amp;nbsp;20.33450.77900 (RC núm. de referencia 22025000733) para atender las subvenciones de la convocatoria mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la resolución que aprueba esta convocatoria, así como contra la resolución de concesión que de ella se derive, que no ponen fin a la vía administrativa, podéis interponer el recurso de alzada, en el plazo de un mes, ante este consejero ejecutivo/consejera ejecutiva o ante la presidencia, contador a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada, podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores desde el día siguiente a la recepción de la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no haber recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, podéis interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que consideréis oportuno. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DE MINIMIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; PARA EL FOMENTO DEL USO DE LA LENGUA CATALANA EN LAS EMPRESAS PARA EL AÑO 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PRIMERO. Normativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria se encuentran recogidas en la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y de los organismos autónomos que de él dependen (BOIB nº 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), modificada por acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige también por el Reglamento nº 2023/2831 de la Comisión, de 13 de diciembre, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis &lt;/em&gt;(&lt;em&gt;Diario Oficial de la Comunidad Europea&lt;/em&gt; serie L de 15 de diciembre de 2023), que será vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2030.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;SEGUNDO. Finalidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El papel impulsor y planificador de las instituciones públicas para asegurar el éxito del proceso de normalización lingüística es esencial, pero uno de los mecanismos imprescindibles es la implicación del número mayor posible de sectores sociales y el compromiso colectivo de todos los actores de este proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio del Consejo de Mallorca convoca esta línea de subvenciones y apuesta por el fomento de la lengua catalana con un objetivo doble: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Aumentar la presencia del catalán en el paisaje lingüístico que conforman las empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Garantizar los derecho de los consumidores a disfrutar de un entorno, en el ámbito comercial y de los servicios, en los que la presencia ambiental del catalán invite al consumidor o al usuario a utilizar esta lengua con normalidad; el derecho de recibir en catalán los documentos de oferta de bienes y de servicios, así como la información general y la publicidad; y el derecho de recibir en catalán los documentos relacionados con la relación comercial o con el servicio contratado (presupuestos, facturas, contratos, cartillas, tiques de caja, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;TERCERO. Objeto y condiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Se pueden acoger a esta convocatoria de subvenciones las solicitudes para actividades realizadas &lt;strong&gt;del 1 de mayo de 2024 hasta el 30 de abril de 2025&lt;/strong&gt;, referidas al&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;fomento del uso de la lengua catalana, para:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. la rotulación en lengua catalana tanto en establecimientos como en vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. el etiquetado (información sobre la composición, características, ingredientes, etc. del producto) en lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. la edición en lengua catalana de material impreso sobre papel (folletos comerciales, dípticos, sobras, tarjetas de visita, carnés, carteles, documentos administrativos o contables...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. la edición en lengua catalana de cartas de restaurante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. la edición en lengua catalana de merchandising (adhesivos, calendarios, agendas, puntos de libro, bolsas&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[bolsas|bolsos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, tazas, camisetas, pantallas enrollables...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. la edición en lengua catalana de páginas web, portales de Internet, códigos QR, aplicaciones para móviles y todo tipo de plataformas en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los beneficiarios tienen que cumplir las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Tienen que velar por la corrección estilística y gramatical de la lengua utilizada en todos los elementos objeto de subvención (en este sentido os recordamos el servicio de corrección externa que ofrece el Consejo de Mallorca: &amp;lt;https://web.conselldemallorca.cat/normalitzacio&amp;gt;). El incumplimiento de este requisito supondrá la exclusión de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Tienen que facilitar al Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio muestras escaneadas del material impreso, de las etiquetas y de las cartas de restaurante; los enlaces de las páginas web, los códigos QR, las aplicaciones para móviles y de portales de Internet; y fotografías del merchandising y de la rotulación, para que al Departamento pueda hacer uso con el objetivo de difundir su tarea de fomento del uso de la lengua catalana con las empresas, ya sea por medio de la web, los medios de comunicación o las redes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Tienen que publicar en las redes sociales y en la página web propia (si disponen) que el Consejo de Mallorca ha subvencionado el proyecto. En esta noticia, entrada o tuit (que se tiene que hacer al menos en catalán), además de la información correspondiente a la subvención, se tiene que incluir el logotipo genérico del Consejo de Mallorca que está disponible en el web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;https://web.conselldemallorca.es/identitat-corporativa&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recomienda que el material que se utilice para elaborar los diferentes productos objeto de subvención sea respetuoso con el medio ambiente y, si puede ser, que sea reciclado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;CUARTO. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias las empresas con personalidad física o jurídica ubicadas en el territorio de Mallorca, y las comunidades de bienes de Mallorca que, a pesar de no tener personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo proyectos, actividades o comportamientos, o se encuentren en la situación que motiva la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No obstante, no pueden ser beneficiarias las empresas o comunidades de bienes que incurran en las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 8.2 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM.&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tampoco pueden ser beneficiarias las empresas o comunidades de bienes que han recibido, sumando la totalidad de las ayudas otorgadas a España, en concepto &lt;em&gt;de&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt;, en los tres últimos ejercicios fiscales (2022, 2023 y 2024), un importe superior a 300.000 € (artículo 3 del Reglamento nº 2023/2831 de la Comisión, de 13 de diciembre, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis &lt;/em&gt;(&lt;em&gt;Diario Oficial de la Comunidad Europea&lt;/em&gt; serie L de 15 de diciembre de 2023), que será vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2030.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;QUINTO. Naturaleza de las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se trata de ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis, &lt;/em&gt;son de carácter voluntario y eventual, y se pueden anular, revocar y reintegrar en todo momento por las causas previstas a la ley o en esta convocatoria; no generan ningún derecho a obtener otras subvenciones en años posteriores, y no se pueden alegar como precedente. Son compatibles con otras ayudas, subvenciones o apoyos&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[apoyos|soportes]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; que pueda recibir la entidad beneficiaria para la misma obra subvencionada, siempre que el cómputo total de las ayudas no supere el presupuesto de la realización del objeto de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En virtud de su naturaleza específica, como ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis, &lt;/em&gt;están sometidas, en concreto, a los requisitos y a las exigencias del Reglamento nº 2023/2831 de la Comisión, de 13 de diciembre, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis &lt;/em&gt;(&lt;em&gt;Diario Oficial de la Comunidad Europea&lt;/em&gt; serie L de 15 de diciembre de 2023), que será vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2030,&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;lo cual implica, entre otros, que el importe total de las ayudas que, en concepto &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;, puede recibir la persona física o jurídica beneficiaria de esta convocatoria, en España, en los tres últimos ejercicios fiscales (2022, 2023 y 2024), no puede rebasar los 300.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El hecho de recibir una ayuda &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; implica la obligatoriedad de llevar a cabo el proyecto subvencionado y que la entidad beneficiaria tiene que buscar otras fuentes de financiación o bien aportar fondos propios para llevarlo a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;SEXTO. Dotación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a esta convocatoria es de 245.000,00 € del presupuesto de gastos vigente, correspondiente a la partida 20.33450.77900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO. Importe de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La determinación del importe de la subvención tiene que respetar los criterios y límites siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe mínimo que se concederá por solicitud es de 1.000 € y el máximo es de 5.000 €. En caso de que la solicitud incluya cartas o menús de restaurante o bar, no hay importe mínimo por solicitud (se tiene que marcar la X en la casilla &lt;/span&gt;“Edición en lengua catalana de cartas o menús de restaurante”&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; en el anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe de la subvención no puede rebasar el 80% del presupuesto destinado al objeto u objetos subvencionados. Por lo tanto, y en coherencia con el punto 1, el gasto justificable no puede ser inferior a los 1.250 €. Este mínimo no opera en caso de que la solicitud incluya cartas o menús de restaurante o bar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El importe de la subvención no puede rebasar, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, subvenciones, ingresos u otros recursos obtenidos los gastos de ejecución de los objetos subvencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En todo caso, el importe de la ayuda &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; no puede rebasar, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones, ingresos y otros recursos obtenidos de cualquier procedencia, el presupuesto de ejecución del proyecto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OCTAVO. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 44 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, es gasto subvencionable el que responde a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada y se efectúa en el plazo establecido en la convocatoria respectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No son gastos subvencionables y, por lo tanto, no forman parte del presupuesto subvencionable: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. En el caso de la rotulación, el material impreso y el merchandising, no son subvencionables los letreros, el material impreso y el merchandising en que únicamente aparezca una imagen o logotipo sin ninguna palabra que se pueda reconocer claramente como catalán, sin ningún tipo de ambigüedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el caso de páginas web, códigos QR, portales de Internet y aplicaciones para móviles y todo tipo de plataformas en línea: los gastos vinculados a las versiones en otras lenguas que no sean la catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La fecha de los justificantes se computa &lt;strong&gt;entre el 1 de mayo de 2024 y el 30 de abril de 2025&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Por otra parte, dado que las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; de esta convocatoria tienen por objeto los proyectos recogidos en el punto tercero sin entrar a determinar, en concreto, qué tipo de gastos del presupuesto se imputan a la ayuda, se permite que los gastos subvencionables del presupuesto del proyecto se puedan compensar entre sí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;NOVENO. Publicación de la convocatoria y de su resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En cumplimiento de lo que prevé el artículo 19.2 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, el Consejo de Mallorca tiene que enviar en la base de datos nacional de subvenciones (BDNS) la información sobre esta convocatoria y sobre el acuerdo de concesión que se derive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La convocatoria y el acuerdo de concesión se tienen que publicar en el BOIB, además de colgarlos en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(&amp;lt;seu.conselldemallorca.net&amp;gt;).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DÉCIMO. Procedimiento. Órganos de instrucción, fiscalización y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El procedimiento de concesión es de concurrencia no competitiva, dado que basta cumplir los requisitos previstos en la convocatoria para acceder a la subvención, hasta el agotamiento del crédito presupuestario asignado a esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se prescinde del trámite de la preevaluación, así de acuerdo con el previsto en el artículo 22 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca se limitará a requerir la enmienda de los defectos a las entidades solicitantes que no reúnan los requisitos previstos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La tramitación de las solicitudes será por orden de entrada de la solicitud, siempre que la documentación presentada esté completa y sea correcta. Una solicitud que presente deficiencias no se tramitará hasta que no se hayan enmendado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A los efectos del orden en la tramitación se considerará que una solicitud que inicialmente se ha presentado correctamente ha entrado antes que otra que, a pesar de se haya presentado y registrado con anterioridad, se tenga que enmendar o completar las deficiencias que presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar es de seis meses contadores desde la presentación de la solicitud. Una vez transcurrido el plazo máximo para resolver sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa la entidad interesada podrá entender desestimada la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La concesión de estas subvenciones se sujeta a los principios que se enumeran en el artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La vicepresidenta primera y consejera&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio es el órgano encargado de aprobar la convocatoria y de resolverla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. La instrucción corresponde a la Secretaría Técnica del Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio, que lleva a cabo todos los actos de trámite necesarios para velar por el cumplimiento&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de los requisitos de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;UNDÉCIMO. Solicitud y documentación adjunta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las solicitudes y las declaraciones que se exigen se tienen que formalizar, preferentemente, mediante los modelos que facilita el Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio del Consejo de Mallorca en esta convocatoria, pero, en todo caso, tienen que contener los datos necesarios para identificar correctamente la entidad y la persona que la representa. Las empresas tienen que adjuntar la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Anexo 1. Solicitud de subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Fotocopia del CIF/NIF de la entidad o de la persona solicitando y del DNI, NIE o NIF del representante legal de la entidad y, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, de la persona autorizada para firmarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Documentación acreditativa de la vigencia del cargo de representante legal en virtud del cual actúa el firmante de la solicitud y, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, acreditación de la autorización correspondiente y suficiente, si la firma una persona distinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Documentación acreditativa de la constitución de la empresa y, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, de los estatutos debidamente registrados o, si es el caso&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[sienta|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, de la modificación de la constitución, así como los nuevos estatutos inscritos en el registro pertinente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificado de alta de IAE de este año que acredita que la persona física o jurídica solicitante está inscrita en el censo tributario o en el registro que corresponde para llevar a cabo el ejercicio de la actividad económica recogida en el punto cuarto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificado administrativo de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, si el solicitante deniega expresamente el consentimiento para que el Consejo de Mallorca los pida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Anexo 2. Presupuesto equilibrado, con indicación de los gastos que tiene que suponer y los ingresos con que se tiene que financiar y declaración sobre las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; recibidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Solicitud de alta de titularidad de cuenta bancaria (sólo para personas físicas, si no utilizan el trámite telemático).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Texto que tiene que figurar en el letrero, en el material impreso, en las cartas de menú, en las etiquetas, en el merchandising, en las páginas web, en los códigos QR, en las aplicaciones móviles o en los portales de Internet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No hay que presentar&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;los documentos mencionados en los apartados 2, 4 y 8 si ya se han presentado en convocatorias anteriores (hace falta citar el expediente, el año y la convocatoria, y presentar una declaración en este sentido por parte de la persona solicitante o su representante), siempre que no haya habido cambios y cuando&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cuando|cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DUODÉCIMO. Plazo y lugares&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugares|sitios]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las solicitudes de subvenciones de esta convocatoria se tienen que presentar en el plazo de veinte días hábiles, contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las entidades interesadas tienen que rellenar los modelos de solicitud de esta convocatoria que están disponibles en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;lt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/&amp;gt; &lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;apartado Subvenciones, ayudas becas y premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La presentación de solicitudes se puede hacer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. De manera telemática (obligatorio para los sujetos obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente con las administraciones según el artículo 14.2 y 14.3 de la Ley 39/2015, y opcional para las personas físicas) a través del Registro electrónico del Consejo de Mallorca &amp;lt;https://cim.sedipualba.es/segex/tramite.aspx?idtramite=12082&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. De manera presencial (sólo para personas físicas) en cualquiera de las oficinas de registro de la Administración insular, de la Administración autonómica, de la Administración General del Estado, del resto de comunidades autónomas o de las entidades que integran la Administración local. Podéis consultar las direcciones de las oficinas del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y las entidades que dependen en el espacio de Registro Electrónico de la Sede del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Si la cuenta bancaria de la persona o entidad solicitante no se encuentra de alta en la base de datos del Consejo de Mallorca o se ha producido algún cambio, hay que hacer lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Las empresas tienen que rellenar el modelo de acreditación de la titularidad de la cuenta bancaria en que se tiene que ingresar el importe de la subvención, que está disponible en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca: &amp;lt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/fitxa?key=72772&amp;gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Las personas físicas pueden rellenar la solicitud de alta de titularidad de cuenta bancaria que se pueden descargar al enlace &amp;lt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/fitxa?key=72772&amp;gt; y presentarla junto con la solicitud de subvención o proceder como se indica en el párrafo anterior relativo a las empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DECIMOTERCERO. Justificación de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 38 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, la modalidad de justificación de esta convocatoria es la prevista en el apartado a), es decir, con la cuenta justificativa del gasto hecho con aportación de justificantes de gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las facturas justificativas tienen que tener fecha &lt;strong&gt;entre el 1 de mayo de 2024 y el 30 de abril de 2025.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La justificación de la actividad se tiene que hacer con la modalidad de cuenta justificativa del gasto, según lo que regula el artículo 39 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, con las especificidades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Memoria técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es la documentación con la cual la persona física o jurídica beneficiaria demuestra que ha realizado la actividad subvencionada&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Esta memoria consta de los documentos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Anexo 3: Declaración responsable de haber realizado el proyecto subvencionado en las condiciones establecidas; sobre el hecho de que el gasto justificado no tiene un valor superior al de mercado, y sobre el hecho de si recupera o compensa el IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una muestra relativa a la actividad subvencionada (muestras escaneadas del material impreso, de las etiquetas y de las cartas de restaurante; fotografía del merchandising y de la rotulación; y comunicación de la dirección de internet operativa de las páginas web, los códigos QR, las aplicaciones de móvil y de los portales de Internet.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Captura de pantalla y enlace web de la difusión de la subvención del Consejo de Mallorca (con logotipo incluido) en redes sociales y web propia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;B)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Memoria económica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es la documentación que da cuenta de los gastos de ejecución del proyecto hecho y de las distintas fuentes para financiarlo. Esta memoria consta de los documentos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Anexo 4.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Relación de los ingresos y de los gastos del proyecto subvencionado,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;debidamente firmada por la persona física o jurídica beneficiaria. La relación de ingresos tiene que señalar las ayudas, las subvenciones, los ingresos o los fondos propios que han financiado los gastos subvencionados, con indicación del importe y la procedencia. Si no hay otros ingresos que financien los gastos, se ha marcar la casilla correspondiente de este anexo. La relación de gastos, que se tiene que estructurar de acuerdo con las partidas del presupuesto presentado, tiene que indicar los datos siguientes de las facturas o de los documentos acreditativos: nº de factura, fecha de emisión, nombre y CIF del proveedor, concepto, fecha de pago e importe imputado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las facturas&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;o los documentos justificativos de los gastos del presupuesto subvencionable ejecutado, que tienen que estar expedidas a nombre de la persona física o jurídica beneficiaria y, además, tienen que tener todos los requisitos que se exigen en el Real decreto 1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el cual se aprueba el Reglamento que regula las obligaciones de facturación. Así, se pueden mencionar, entre otros, como ejemplo y siempre que sean apropiados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
	&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Datos fiscales de identificación del proveedor y del destinatario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Fecha y número de factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Concepto del gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Retención fiscal y/o IVA (si corresponde).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El precio unitario sin el impuesto de las operaciones descritas en el concepto de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cuando la operación documentada en la factura está exenta o no sujeta al impuesto sobre el valor añadido, o cuando el sujeto pasivo del impuesto es el destinatario de la operación facturada, se tiene que hacer constar o se tiene que incluir una referencia a las disposiciones correspondientes de la Directiva 2006/112/CE, de 28 de noviembre, o a los preceptos correspondientes de la Ley del impuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Justificante del pago de la factura. (El pago de los justificantes se tiene que llevar a cabo a través de los medios que se indican al artículo 48.2 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;). La fecha máxima de estos justificantes coincide con el plazo máximo de presentación de la justificación (apartado 1 del punto decimocuarto); por lo tanto, se fija en el momento en que se publica la concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los justificantes de los gastos del proyecto se tienen que presentar de forma ordenada, es decir, agrupados en el mismo orden establecido en la relación de gastos que se adjunta al anexo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DECIMOCUARTO. Plazo de presentación de la justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Se debe presentar la documentación justificativa, tan pronto como sea posible y, en todo caso, en el plazo de 20 días hábiles, contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las entidades interesadas tendrán que rellenar a los modelos de justificación de la subvención concedida que están disponibles en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca: &amp;lt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/&amp;gt; apartado Subvenciones, ayudas becas y premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La presentación de la documentación justificativa se puede hacer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. De manera telemática (obligatorio para los sujetos obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente con las administraciones según el artículo 14.2 y 14.3 de la Ley 39/2015, y opcional para las personas físicas) a través del Registro electrónico del Consejo de Mallorca &amp;lt;https://cim.sedipualba.es/segex/tramite.aspx?idtramite=12082&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. De manera presencial (sólo para personas físicas) en cualquiera de las oficinas de registro de la Administración insular, de la Administración autonómica, de la Administración General del Estado, del resto de comunidades autónomas o de las entidades que integran la Administración local. Podéis consultar las direcciones de las oficinas del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y las entidades que dependen en el espacio de Registro electrónico de la Sede del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si la documentación justificativa tiene deficiencias, el órgano instructor tiene que requerir la entidad beneficiaria para que las enmiende en el plazo de 10 días, contadores desde el día siguiente de recibir la notificación del requerimiento (art. 71.2 del RLGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DECIMOQUINTO. Pago de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La subvención concedida se abonará una vez se haya justificado, en los términos previstos en los puntos 13º y 14º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DECIMOSEXTO. Revocación y reintegro de la ayuda &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Si la persona física o jurídica beneficiaria incumple las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo 9 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, o incurre en alguna de las causas que se establecen en el artículo 56, los órganos competentes del Consejo tienen que revocar la concesión de la subvención. En consecuencia, la persona física o jurídica beneficiaria pierde el derecho a cobrar la ayuda o, si ya la ha cobrado, la tiene que reintegrar, de acuerdo con los artículos 57 y 58 de la mencionada Ordenanza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Si la persona física o jurídica beneficiaria ha cumplido de forma significativa sus obligaciones, o si de la documentación justificativa presentada se deduce que ha tenido voluntad de cumplimiento&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; y que se han alcanzado las finalidades de la ayuda, se tiene que llevar a cabo una revocación parcial de la concesión de la ayuda y, consiguientemente, se pierde el derecho a cobrarla parcialmente, de acuerdo con la aplicación de los criterios de gradación siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. En el caso de ejecución parcial del proyecto, que tiene que suponer, como mínimo, la ejecución del 50% de las actividades de este o de su presupuesto (cuándo sólo esté integrado por una actividad), el importe de la revocación parcial tiene que ser el resultado de aplicar al importe inicial de la subvención el porcentaje que representa la parte del presupuesto inicial no ejecutada hacia el presupuesto inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. En caso de que se haya ejecutado íntegramente el proyecto, pero la justificación presentada fuera inadecuada, porque no se ajusta a los requisitos de la convocatoria, o insuficiente, para no haberse ejecutado la totalidad del presupuesto, el importe de la revocación parcial, tiene que ser: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el primer supuesto, el resultado de aplicar al importe inicial de la subvención el porcentaje que representa el importe total de los justificantes inadecuados hacia el presupuesto inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el segundo supuesto, el resultado de aplicar al importe inicial de la subvención el porcentaje que representa la parte del presupuesto inicial no justificada hacia el presupuesto inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. En el caso que el importe total de la suma de la subvención más el resto de otras ayudas, subvenciones, ingresos o fondos propios, con los que se financia la actividad, supere el presupuesto de ejecución del proyecto, el importe de la revocación parcial de la subvención tiene que ser la cantidad que excede del presupuesto ejecutado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. De conformidad con los principios de eficacia y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos regulados en el artículo 5 de la ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, en caso de que el importe de la pérdida del derecho al cobro de la subvención sea igual o inferior a 100,00 € y siempre que este importe no supere el 1% de la subvención concedida, el centro gestor anulará de oficio la diferencia entre el importe de la subvención concedida y el importe de la subvención reconocida, sin necesidad de iniciar el procedimiento y posterior declaración de la pérdida del derecho al cobro de una parte de la subvención y sin que la entidad beneficiaria presente la renuncia a cobrar esta cantidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asimismo, el Consejo de Mallorca reforzará los mecanismos de control de las ayudas públicas que gestiona para asegurarse de que no se han destinado a actividades que suponen una vulneración de la ley, como delitos de odio o de otros relacionados conforme al Código Penal, procediendo en su caso al reintegro de las ayudas y a la exigencia de la responsabilidad que fuera resultante por parte del beneficiario correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DECIMOSÉPTIMO. Ineficacia sobrevenida de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si &lt;span style="color:green"&gt;por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; circunstancias sobrevenidas de interés público y general el Consejo de Mallorca no puede llevar adelante la tramitación de esta convocatoria, el órgano que la aprobó la tiene que dejar sin efectos con un informe previo justificativo de la Secretaría Técnica del centro gestor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DECIMOCTAVO. Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo que se establece en el artículo 19, 1, o) de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del CIM&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra la resolución que aprueba esta convocatoria, así como contra la resolución de concesión que se derive, que no ponen fin a la vía administrativa, podéis interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la resolución o haber recibido la notificación correspondiente. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante el Consejo Ejecutivo o ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Este fichero sirve, por una parte, para conceder las subvenciones que se prevén en la convocatoria para alcanzar los objetivos y las finalidades indicados en el punto segundo y, de la otra, para tramitar, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, los expedientes sancionadores cuando se han cometido las infracciones recogidas en la normativa de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
