&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;El artículo 47.1 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF)&amp;nbsp;establece que corresponde a los tenientes de alcalde sustituir en la totalidad de sus funciones y por la orden de su nombramiento, al alcalde en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento que lo imposibilite para el ejercicio de sus funciones.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;El apartado 2 del mismo artículo precisa que, en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento, las funciones del alcalde no podrán ser asumidas por el teniente de alcalde a quien corresponda sin exprés delegación, que tendrá que reunir los requisitos de los apartados 1 y 2 del artículo 44 del mismo&amp;nbsp;ROF:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;a. Art. 44.1: las delegaciones se tienen que realizar mediante decreto de&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía, el cual tendrá que contener el ámbito de los asuntos a los que se requiere la delegación, las facultades que se le delegan y, las condiciones específicas para su ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;b. Art. 44.2: la delegación de atribuciones del alcalde tendrán efectos desde el día siguiente a la fecha del decreto, salvo que en él se disponga otra cosa, sin perjuicio de su preceptiva publicación en el boletín oficial que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Así mismo, el arte. 44.4&amp;nbsp;ROF&amp;nbsp;exige que se dé cuenta de todas las delegaciones y de sus modificaciones, al Pleno de la corporación en la primera sesión que se realice.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Dado que en los próximos días 4, 5 y 6 de marzo, estaré fuera de Mallorca para asistir a la&amp;nbsp;ITB&amp;nbsp;de Berlín&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;En consecuencia, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Designar la Sra. Maria Cristina&amp;nbsp;Pomar&amp;nbsp;Bonnin, primera teniente de alcaldesa, para sustituir mi persona en el frente de la&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;los días 4, 5 y 6 de marzo, en todas las funciones inherentes al cargo, salvo la revocación de las delegaciones actualmente otorgadas.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Comunicar esta resolución al resto de miembros de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
