    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente en sesión ordinaria del Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, de fecha 27 de febrero de 2025, con arreglo a lo previsto en el artículo 169 del Texto Refundido de la ley Reguladora de Haciendas Locales aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo y el artículo 20 del Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, se expone al público el expediente y la documentación preceptiva por plazo de quince días desde la publicación de este anuncio, a efectos de reclamaciones y alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Durante dicho plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias municipales para que se formulen las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformidad con el acuerdo adoptado el Presupuesto se considerará definitivamente aprobado, si durante el citado plazo no presentan reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
