&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de enero de 2025, se publicó el Acuerdo de encomienda de gestión de la Dirección General de Cultura a la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears para la ejecución del proyecto &lt;em&gt;Difusión y valorización del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears como&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;elemento de posicionamiento turístico: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talayóticos» y Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;financiado con el Impuesto de Turismo Sostenible, de 20 de enero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error en la cláusula primera I.1) Subproyecto 1 &lt;em&gt;: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios y talayóticos». &lt;/em&gt;En concreto, se incluyó un punto, el número 5, que, según el proyecto &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Difusión y valorización del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears como&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; &lt;em&gt;elemento de posicionamiento turístico: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talayóticos» y Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;que se aprobó por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de fecha 19 de julio de 2024, no debe &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;formar parte de las tareas encomendadas a la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Asimismo, se ha advertido también un error en la cláusula primera I.2) Subproyecto 2: &lt;em&gt;Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull &lt;/em&gt;dado que la actuación «Coordinación» debe trasladarse a la FUEIB como ente ejecutor así como se especifica al final de la cláusula, pero aparece también entre las actuaciones a realizar específicamente por la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que &amp;quot;las administraciones pueden rectificar, asimismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos&amp;quot;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Corregir los errores advertidos en la cláusula primera del Acuerdo de &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;encomienda de gestión de la Dirección General de Cultura a la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears de la ejecución del proyecto &lt;em&gt;Difusión y valorización del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears como&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;elemento de posicionamiento turístico: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talayóticos» y Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;financiado con el Impuesto de Turismo Sostenible en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. &lt;/strong&gt;Este acuerdo tiene por objeto materializar la encomienda de la gestión a la AETIB de partes del proyecto conjunto &lt;em&gt;Difusión y valorización del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears como&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;elemento de posicionamiento turístico: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talayóticos» y Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull &lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Concretamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I.1) Subproyecto 1 &lt;em&gt;: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios y talayóticos»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Actuaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Asistencia técnica para la calidad de los contenidos: asesoramiento y participación en la elaboración de los contenidos por especialistas reconocidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Elaboración de contenidos, diseño de rutas y elementos integrantes de la smart way: preparación y redacción de los contenidos y material gráfico tanto generales como los relacionados con cada punto de interés, diseño y construcción de la página web, diseño e impresión de folletos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Adecuación de puntos de interés y señalización: preparación de diversas zonas y adecuación de los accesos y espacios museográficos con cartelería explicativa y enlaces a la página web mediante códigos QR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Elaboración e implementación de herramientas digitales para la mejora de la interpretación del producto (Mallorca y Menorca): creación de modelos tridimensionales que serán incorporados a herramientas de realidad virtual y/o realidad aumentada, visualizados en espacios ad hoc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Elaboración e implementación de herramientas digitales para la mejora de la interpretación del producto (Eivissa), creación de modelos tridimensionales que serán incorporados a herramientas de realidad virtual y/o realidad aumentada, visualizados en espacios ad hoc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Herramientas para la difusión del producto: transferencia de conocimiento en torno a la red, jornadas, encuentros de trabajo para la mejora y participación en la red internacional Ruta de los Fenicios, celebración de un congreso internacional, campaña de comunicación y difusión de la nueva ruta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I.2) Subproyecto 2: &lt;em&gt;Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La parte más importante del congreso la ejecuta la AETIB con la UIB-FUEIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El proyecto Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull fomentará la investigación, el intercambio y la divulgación de la obra de Llull, y contará con los siguientes objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VI Coloquio Internacional Llull (san Francisco – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Secretariado para gestionar la Call for Papers, y la coordinación de todas las instituciones interesadas en sumarse a ella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VII Coloquio Internacional Llull (san Francisco – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Celebración del Congreso Internacional Ramon Llull. Actos científicos y visitas culturales. Ponencias en Palma y conferencias anexas a las demás islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VIII Coloquio Internacional Llull (san Francisco – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Edición y presentación de ponencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las actuaciones contempladas son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Edición actas – Web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Doctorando y apoyo al congreso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Acomodación de ponentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Concretamente, las siguientes actuaciones a realizar específicamente parte de la AETIB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La AETIB deberá realizar el procedimiento oportuno para la formalización del encargo a la FUEIB como medio propio de la Administración de la CAIB de conformidad con el acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 7 de febrero de 2022 (BOIB núm. 20, de 8 de febrero de 2022), para la realización de las siguientes actuaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Comité científico y secretariado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Edición actas – Web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Doctorando y apoyo al congreso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Además, la actuación relativa a la Coordinación, se trasladará a la FUEIB como ente ejecutor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4) Elaboración e implementación de herramientas digitales para la mejora de la interpretación del producto (Mallorca y Menorca): creación de modelos tridimensionales que serán incorporados a herramientas de realidad virtual y/o realidad aumentada, visualizados en espacios ad hoc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5) Herramientas para la difusión del producto: transferencia de conocimiento en torno a la red, jornadas, encuentros de trabajo para la mejora y participación en la red internacional Ruta de los Fenicios, celebración de un congreso internacional, campaña de comunicación y difusión de la nueva ruta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I.2) Subproyecto 2: &lt;em&gt;Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La parte más importante del congreso la ejecuta la AETIB con la UIB-FUEIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El proyecto Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull fomentará la investigación, el intercambio y la divulgación de la obra de Llull, y contará con los siguientes objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, a través de la Dirección General de Cultura, y la AETIB presentaron a la convocatoria del Plan Anual de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible extraordinario para el período 2023, ratificado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 22 de diciembre de 2023, el proyecto conjunto &lt;em&gt;Difusión y valorización del patrimonio cultural como elemento de posicionamiento turístico: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talayóticos» y Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Este proyecto cuenta con dos subproyectos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Subproyecto 1: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios y talayóticos»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Consiste en la generación de una ruta &amp;quot;Smart Way&amp;quot; dentro del Itinerario Cultural del Consejo de Europa &amp;quot;Ruta de los Fenicios&amp;quot;, titulada &amp;quot;Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y talayóticos&amp;quot; El importe total, IVA incluido, del subproyecto a ejecutar en 4 años será de 1.801.639 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Subproyecto 2: Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se realizará un congreso internacional y una serie de coloquios que figuran en el cronograma general. La coordinación general de este proyecto recaerá en la AETIB y la UIB, que contará con la colaboración de la Dirección General de Cultura de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes del Gobierno Balear para la organización de actividades complementarias. La AETIB dará el enfoque divulgativo y turístico necesario de los eventos, así como la gestión de la logística de transporte, hospedaje y manutención de los invitados ponentes, con un coste total de 573.000 euros impuestos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Por Acuerdo del consejo de Gobierno de fecha 19 de julio de 2024, se aprueba la propuesta de la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible relativa a los proyectos para financiar con el Fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible correspondientes al Plan Anual Extraordinario de 2023 (BOIB nº 96, 20/07/2100)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Acta de Inicio y Planificación de fecha 28 de agosto de 2024, los instrumentos jurídicos para la puesta en marcha de los proyectos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Subproyecto 1: Transferencia por parte de la Dirección General de Cultura al ente ejecutores/colaborador de las cantidades asignadas al proyecto, una vez firmados los acuerdos pertinentes. Este proyecto tiene dos entidades ejecutoras: una parte la lleva a cabo AETIB mediante la transferencia ya apuntada, y la otra, el Museo Arqueológico de Eivissa y Formentera, adscrito a la Dirección General de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Subproyecto 2: La parte más importante del congreso la ejecuta AETIB con UIB-FUEIB a través de la transferencia antes expuesta. En fecha 20 de enero de 2025 se firmó &lt;/span&gt;el Acuerdo de encomienda de gestión de la Dirección General de Cultura a la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears para la ejecución del proyecto &lt;em&gt;Difusión y valorización del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears como&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;elemento de posicionamiento turístico: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talayóticos» y Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;financiado con el Impuesto de Turismo Sostenible, que se publicó en el BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de enero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Dado que se han advertido varios errores en la cláusula primera del Acuerdo, en fecha 19 de febrero de 2025, la directora del proyecto ha dictado la resolución de errores del Acuerdo de encomienda de gestión de la Dirección General de Cultura a la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de &lt;em&gt;las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;de la ejecución del proyecto &lt;em&gt;Difusión y valorización del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears como&lt;/em&gt; e&lt;em&gt;lemento de posicionamiento turístico: Ruta cultural «Las Illes Balears: fenicios, púnicos y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talayóticos» y Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;financiado con el Impuesto de Turismo Sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ambas partes se reconocían mutuamente la capacidad legal necesaria para formalizar este acuerdo, de acuerdo con las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Elaboración de contenidos, diseño de rutas y elementos integrantes de la smart way: preparación y redacción de los contenidos y material gráfico tanto generales como los relacionados con cada punto de interés, diseño y construcción de la página web, diseño e impresión de folletos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I.2) Subproyecto 2: &lt;em&gt;Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La parte más importante del congreso la ejecuta la AETIB con la UIB-FUEIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La parte más importante del congreso la ejecuta la AETIB con la UIB-FUEIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El proyecto Congreso Internacional sobre Ramon Llull fomentará la investigación, el intercambio y la divulgación de la obra de Llull, y contará con los siguientes objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VI Coloquio Internacional Llull (san Francisco – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Secretariado para gestionar la Call for Papers, y la coordinación de todas las instituciones interesadas en sumarse a ella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VII Coloquio Internacional Llull (san Francisco – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Celebración del Congreso Internacional Ramon Llull. Actos científicos y visitas culturales. Ponencias en Palma y conferencias anexas a las demás islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VIII Coloquio Internacional Llull (san Francisco – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Edición y presentación de ponencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las actuaciones contempladas son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Edición actas – Web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Doctorando y apoyo al congreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Acomodación de ponentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Espacios y gestión de actas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Concretamente, las siguientes actuaciones a realizar específicamente parte de la AETIB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La AETIB deberá realizar el procedimiento oportuno para la formalización del encargo a la FUEIB como medio propio de la Administración de la CAIB de conformidad con el acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 7 de febrero de 2022 (BOIB núm. 20, de 8 de febrero de 2022), para la realización de las siguientes actuaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
