&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Resolución &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar la Oferta de Empleo Público para el año 2025 en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Algaida y en el portal de transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, los interesados ​​pueden interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante la alcaldesa, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de conformidad con lo que disponen los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las mismas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También podrán interponer alternativamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de optar por la interposición del recurso de reposición no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya notificado la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición o haya transcurrido un mes desde su interposición sin haber recibido la notificación, fecha en la que podrá entender desestimado por silencio administrativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que puedan interponer cualquier otro recurso que estimen oportuno.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
