    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos (IEB) es una entidad pública empresarial creada por el artículo 40 de la Ley 13/2014, de 29 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2015 (BOIB n.º 178, de 30 de diciembre de 2014). El IEB, de acuerdo con sus Estatutos, aprobados mediante el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 6, de 12 de enero de 2019), tiene personalidad jurídica propia y diferenciada, y capacidad de actuar y autonomía de gestión llenas, sin perjuicio de la relación de tutela de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 4 de sus Estatutos, el IEB tiene como hasta generales los relacionados con la enseñanza y la normalización lingüística de la lengua catalana, la promoción de la cultura de las Illes Balears y su proyección exterior, de acuerdo con sus Estatutos y respetando las competencias propias de los consejos insulares. En el artículo 5 se indican, entre otros, las funciones y competencias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El fomento de la investigación, en todas las áreas de la cultura y la ciencia, en temas relacionados con las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con los objetivos generales que en orden a la investigación propongan el Gobierno de las Illes Balears y el mismo IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La formación lingüística en lengua catalana de los ciudadanos de las Illes Balears, fuera de la enseñanza reglada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El fomento de los usos sociales de la lengua catalana en todos los ámbitos de la vida diaria, con respeto y protección de las modalidades insulares del catalán de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera, y sin perjuicio de la unidad de la lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) La difusión, por medios propios o ajenos, de cualquier tipo de actividad cultural que se lleve a cabo en el ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) La publicación en el campo de los estudios locales, mediante la elaboración de monografías, colecciones y revistas, y la organización de jornadas, congresos y conferencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) El fomento de actividades culturales relativas al intercambio y la relación entre Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera, y entre las Illes Balears y el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) La difusión de la información relativa a las ayudas y los servicios que los organismos de ámbito insular y municipal destinan a la creación artística y cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 (BOIB n.º 52, de 20 de abril de 2024), prevé en el apartado III.7.12 las líneas de subvención para apoyar a los proyectos de investigación de humanidades y de la cultura vinculados con las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 30.26 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOIB n.º 32, de 1 de marzo de 2007), dispone que la Comunidad Autónoma tiene la competencia de la cultura, las actividades artísticas y culturales, y el fomento y la difusión de la creación y la producción teatral, musical, cinematográfica y audiovisual, literaria, de danza y de artes combinadas, como también su difusión nacional e internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A tal efecto, el objeto de esta resolución es convocar subvenciones de acuerdo con el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005), y la Orden del consejero de Turismo Cultura y Deportes de 13 de diciembre de 2024 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana (BOIB n.º 166, de 19 de diciembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, de acuerdo con el que disponen el artículo 15 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, los artículos 107.3, apartados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, 108.4 y 109 de la versión consolidada del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea (DOUE C 326, de 26 de octubre de 2012), el Reglamento (UE) 1497/2013 de la Comisión, de 18 de diciembre de 2013, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (DOUE L 352, de 24 de diciembre de 2013), y haciendo uso de las facultades que me atribuye el artículo 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, dict la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de subvenciones para apoyar a proyectos de investigación de humanidades y de la cultura vinculados con las Illes Balears para el año 2025, de acuerdo con el anexo 1 de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprobar el presupuesto de esta convocatoria, que tiene un importe máximo de 200.000 € (doscientos mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Autorizar un gasto de 200.000 € (doscientos mil euros), con cargo al capítulo IV del presupuesto correspondiente a la anualidad de 2026 del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar la convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto apoyar en la investigación, preparación y redacción de proyectos de investigación de humanidades y de la cultura vinculados temáticamente con las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los trabajos de investigación tienen que seguir un método científico y se tienen que estructurar con título, índice, planteamiento y desarrollo del estudio, conclusiones y fuentes bibliográficas y/o archivísticas consultadas. Los proyectos tienen que ser originales e inéditos y tienen que estar escritos en lengua catalana o en lengua castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Las ayudas tienen como finalidad incentivar la investigación y la investigación en el ámbito de las humanidades y de la cultura, para la preparación y redacción de trabajos de investigación, proyectos curatoriales y de gestión cultural relacionados con prácticas artísticas, ensayos históricos y literarios, entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. El proyecto de investigación subvencionado tiene que tener una extensión mínima de 50.000 palabras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.4. El IEB no concede subvenciones que vulneren la legalidad vigente (especialmente en materia de derechos de autor, datos personales y derecho a la propia imagen, igualdad de género, derechos humanos, igualdad de los colectivos LGTBI y protección de menores y de personas o colectivos de especial vulnerabilidad y/o riesgo de exclusión).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El IEB no se hará responsable de los incumplimientos de la legalidad o del uso indebido de las subvenciones para finalidades ilícitas que puedan exceder de las capacidades de control del instructor del expediente. El beneficiario es responsable de la correcta utilización de los fondos y el autor de la obra asume la responsabilidad del contenido del proyecto final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Prohibición de subcontratación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atendida la natura de la convocatoria, el beneficiario no puede concertar la ejecución total o parcial de las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Importe e imputación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. El crédito asignado a esta convocatoria plurianual es de 200.000 € (doscientos mil euros), con cargo al capítulo IV de los presupuestos correspondiente a la anualidad del 2026 del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. El importe global que comprende la presente convocatoria es de 200.000 € (doscientos mil euros). Las ayudas para la investigación, la preparación y la redacción de proyectos de investigación se distribuyen en relación a las siguientes puntuaciones totales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 50 a 69,99 puntos: 5.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 70 a 79,99 puntos: 6.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 80 a 89,99 puntos: 8.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 90 a 100 puntos: 10.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin embargo, para acceder a la ayuda hay que tener una puntuación mínima de 50 puntos en el subapartado 11.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en lo referente a la valoración del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas se otorgan en función de la puntuación obtenida, de mayor a menor, y hasta que haya disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. La concesión de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria queda condicionada a la disponibilidad presupuestaria que establece el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. Siempre que la disponibilidad presupuestaria lo permita, se puede ampliar el importe asignado inicialmente a esta convocatoria mediante una resolución de modificación de la convocatoria de ampliación del crédito asignado. Esta ampliación, salvo que se establezca otra cosa, no implica que se amplíe el plazo para presentar solicitudes, ni afecta a la tramitación ordinaria de las solicitudes presentadas y no resueltas expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Beneficiarios y requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Los beneficiarios son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las personas físicas mayores de 18 años que desarrollan su actividad profesional en el ámbito mencionado en el apartado 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Los colectivos de investigadores, estudiosos o creadores constituidos como persona jurídica o comunidad de bienes dadas de alta de actividad económica en epígrafes vinculados a la investigación y a la actividad profesional en el ámbito de la cultura. Estas personas jurídicas, además, tienen que cumplir las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Estar establecidas en un estado miembro de la Unión Europea o del espacio económico europeo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Tener en el momento de solicitar la ayuda un establecimiento permanente operativo en la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears con al menos dos años de antigüedad, o bien acreditar que el 50% de los contratos laborales o servicios contratados los han hecho en el último año en las Illes Balears, o que desarrollan más del 50% de su actividad en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas que obtuvieron una ayuda de la IEB por el mismo concepto en las dos convocatorias anteriores para apoyar a los proyectos de investigación de humanidades y de la cultura vinculados con las Illes Balears, tanto si lo obtuvieron en calidad de autor como en calidad de coautor o en representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas privadas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado que, a pesar de no tener personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo los proyectos, las actividades o los comportamientos o estén en la situación que motivan la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se trata de agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, públicas o privadas, sin personalidad, se tienen que hacer constar de una manera explícita, tanto en la solicitud como en la resolución de concesión, los compromisos de ejecución asumidos por cada miembro de la agrupación, así como el importe de la subvención que tiene que aplicar cada uno de ellos, que también tendrán la consideración de beneficiarios. En cualquier caso, se tiene que nombrar un representante o apoderado único de la agrupación, con poderes suficientes para cumplir las obligaciones que, como beneficiaria, corresponden a la agrupación. Así mismo, la agrupación no se entenderá disuelta hasta que no hayan transcurrido los plazos de prescripción previstos en la Ley 14/2014, de 29 de diciembre, de finanzas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y en los artículos 57 y 60 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Todos los solicitantes de estas ayudas tienen que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar al corriente de pago de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones en los términos que se determinen legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Presentar la solicitud en los términos y con los requisitos que se establecen en los apartados 6, 7 y 8 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cumplir los principios del artículo 3 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Presentar una única solicitud por proyecto. En caso de presentación de una nueva solicitud, se tiene que desistir expresamente del anterior; en caso de no hacerlo, solo se tendrá en cuenta la primera solicitud registrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Disponer de la organización y la capacidad suficientes y necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento de la actividad objeto de la subvención en el momento de la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una declaración responsable por medio del modelo normalizado (anexo 3), en la cual el solicitante manifieste los puntos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que está exento, si procede, de deducir el IVA y no está obligada a realizar la declaración de este impuesto, de acuerdo con el artículo 20.14.c) de la Ley 37/1992. Y que no se retribuye este impuesto de ningua otra manera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una declaración de todas las ayudas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; recibidas en el periodo establecido, conforme se establece en el Reglamento (UE) n.º 2023/2831 de 13 de diciembre, de la Comisión o normativa que lo sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. No pueden ser beneficiarias de ayudas las personas, las entidades o las agrupaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las que incurran en cualquier de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, entre las cuales hay haber solicitado la declaración de concurso, haber sido declaradas insolventes en cualquier procedimiento, estar declaradas en concurso, estar sujetos a intervención judicial o haber sido inhabilitadas de acuerdo con la Ley concursal sin que haya concluido el periodo de inhabilitación fijado a la sentencia de calificación del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las entidades solicitantes que hayan sido sancionadas o condenadas para ejercer o tolerar prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, por resolución administrativa firme o sentencia judicial firme, de acuerdo con la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, y las que se determinan en la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las que hayan sido sancionadas con las sanciones accesorias de pérdida del derecho a obtener subvenciones y ayudas en los términos previstos en el artículo 46.1.b) del Real decreto legislativo 5/2000, de 4 de agosto, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley sobre infracciones y sanciones en la orden social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las que hayan sido sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme por alguna de las infracciones cualificadas como mucho graves, en los términos y plazos que establece el título IV de la Ley 15/2022, de 12 de julio, integral para la igualdad de tratamiento y no discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las que hayan sido sancionadas mediante resolución firme en vía administrativa con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener una&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;subvención, de acuerdo con los apartados 2.a) y 3.a) del artículo 37 de la Ley 8/2016, de 30 de mayo, para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, gays, trans, bisexuales e intersexuales y para erradicar el LGTBIfobia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las que incumplan los plazos de pago establecidos en la Ley 3/2004, de 29 de diciembre, por la cual se establecen medidas de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales si el importe de la subvención es superior a 30.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las que hayan sido sancionadas con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener una ayuda o subvención mediante cualquier otra norma aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las empresas en crisis. A los efectos de estas bases se entiende por empresa en crisis la empresa en que concurre alguna de las circunstancias que establece el artículo 2.18 del Reglamento (UE) n.º 651/2014 de la Comisión, de 17 de junio de 2014, por el cual se declaran determinadas categorías de ayudas compatibles con el mercado interior, en aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las empresas que estén sujetas a una orden de recuperación pendiente como consecuencia de una decisión previa de la Comisión Europea que haya declarado una ayuda ilegal e incompatible con el mercado interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por la Orden del consejero de Turismo Cultura y Deportes de 13 de diciembre de 2024 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana (BOIB n.º 166, de 19 de diciembre de 2024); el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005; la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el resto de normativa comunitaria, estatal o autonómica aplicable a las subvenciones otorgadas por la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Plazo y presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es des del 10 de marzo de 2025 al 30 de abril de 2025. No se admite ninguna solicitud presentada con posterioridad al plazo indicado ni ninguna modificación de la documentación referida al proyecto subvencionable susceptible de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Las solicitudes de subvención y la documentación adjunta se tienen que presentar de forma electrónica mediante el trámite telemático que estará disponible en el procedimiento publicado en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB, al cual se puede acceder desde la página web de la IEB, www.iebalearics.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3 Las personas físicas o jurídicas extranjeras, que no dispongan de certificado digital, tendrán que presentar las solicitudes en el apartado habilitado a tal efecto en la página web de la IEB, dentro de cada convocatoria. Las comunicaciones entre la IEB y los solicitantes que presenten las solicitudes a través de esta vía, se realizarán, obligatoriamente, a través del mencionado apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 12.2 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, en que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana, no se tendrán por presentadas en el registro las solicitudes que se libren por cualquier otro medio diferente del trámite telemático establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. Las personas interesadas tienen que presentar las solicitudes debidamente rellenadas de acuerdo con los modelos establecidos en los anexos, disponibles en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB y en la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;//&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en la forma establecida en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015. Se aconseja cumplimentar los anexos de la convocatoria con un procesador de textos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. La presentación de la solicitud implica la aceptación de la persona o entidad interesada de las prescripciones contenidas en el TRLS, la Orden de bases y esta convocatoria, y obliga la Administración a verificar la identidad de las personas interesadas en el procedimiento administrativo, de acuerdo con el artículo 9.1 de la Ley 39/2015 y los datos de empadronamiento, excepto oposición expresa. También supone, excepto oposición expresa, la autorización al órgano instructor del procedimiento porque, si es procedente, obtenga de manera directa la acreditación que está al corriente de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y tributarias ante la Administración del Estado y ante la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6. Si la cuantía consignada en esta convocatoria se agota antes de la expiración del plazo para presentar solicitudes, se puede suspender la concesión de las ayudas mediante la publicación de una resolución del presidente del IEB en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.7. En el supuesto de que el solicitante sea una persona jurídica, tiene que llevar a cabo la petición de la ayuda por medio de su representante legal, acreditado adecuadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.8. La documentación se debe presentar a través de las vías siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) En la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB. Las solicitudes de subvención y la documentación adjunta se tienen que presentar de forma electrónica mediante el trámite telemático que estará disponible en el procedimiento publicado en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB, al cual se puede acceder desde la página web de la IEB, www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 12.2 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, donde se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana, no se tendrán por presentadas en el registro las solicitudes que se entreguen por cualquier otro medio diferente del trámite telemático establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En el caso de la entrega del trabajo final, en los registros y las oficinas previstos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la oficina de registro en que se presenta la documentación no hace constar la hora exacta de presentación, se entenderá presentada la solicitud a las 23.59h del día del registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.9. Cada solicitante únicamente puede presentar una solicitud para un proyecto, tanto si es autor como coautor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.10. Los coautores tienen que cumplimentar y firmar la parte del anexo 2 en lo referente a los coinvestigadors secundarios, aportar la documentación que se indica, como también el anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.11. Dado que todos los solicitantes están obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente, en el supuesto de que alguno de los solicitantes presente la solicitud presencialmente, el órgano instructor lo tiene que requerir para que lo enmiende mediante la presentación electrónica, sin perjuicio que la fecha de la presentación presencial se tenga en cuenta a efectos del cómputo de presentación en plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.12. Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos legales, los establecidos en la Orden de bases reguladoras y en esta convocatoria, o no incorpora los documentos exigidos, se tiene que requerir la persona interesada para que, en el plazo improrrogable de diez días hábiles, enmiende el error o presente los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación que, si no lo hace, se considera que cesa en su solicitud, con la resolución previa que se tiene que dictar en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de la Ley 39/2015 de acuerdo con el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.13. Este requerimiento se puede hacer en cualquier momento del procedimiento administrativo y siempre antes de la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Plazo de ejecución de las actuaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proyecto subvencionado debe estar finalizado como máximo el 15 de octubre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. La solicitud se tiene que presentar a través del trámite telemático de la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB, debidamente cumplimentado y firmado, y tiene que ir acompañado de la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La documentación acreditativa de la personalidad física o jurídica. En el supuesto de que el IEB ya disponga de esta documentación vigente, hay que indicar en qué expediente se presentó y no hace falta entregarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Persona física:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La acreditación de la identidad: DNI, pasaporte o NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Persona jurídica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— NIF de la persona jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— DNI, pasaporte o NIE de la persona física que la representa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El documento constitutivo de la persona jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Los estatutos sociales inscritos debidamente en el registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un documento acreditativo de la representación legal con la cual actúa la persona física que firma la solicitud, el cual tiene que estar vigente en el momento de presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un documento acreditativo de estar dado de alta en el impuesto de actividades empresariales (IAE) en epígrafes vinculados al sector cultural o de investigación del ejercicio correspondiente a 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un documento de la junta directiva actual, si es diferente de la constituida en los estatutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una declaración responsable por medio del modelo normalizado (anexo 3), en que el solicitante manifieste los puntos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que cumple las obligaciones que establecen el artículo 11 del TRLS y el artículo 17 de la Orden del consejero de Turismo Cultura y Deportes de 13 de diciembre de 2024, como también las que establece esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que aporta la documentación adjunta a la solicitud, verdadera y correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que no incurre en ninguna causa de prohibición o de incompatibilidad para percibir la ayuda, en conformidad con la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que no ha sido sancionada o condenada en los últimos tres años por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, por resolución administrativa firme por sentencia judicial firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que no ha solicitado ni recibo cabe otra ayuda para la misma finalidad de cualquier administración pública o ente privado o público, tanto nacional como extranjero, o en caso contrario tiene que aportar una relación con las ayudas solicitadas o concedidas, con indicación de la cuantía solicitada o concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que cumple la legalidad vigente y aplica criterios de igualdad de oportunidades en cuanto a la contratación de trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y de las obligaciones tributarias ante la hacienda autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tiene que presentar una declaración de todas las ayudas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; recibidos en el periodo establecido, conforme se establece en el Reglamento (UE) n.º 2023/2831 de 13 de diciembre, de la Comisión o normativa que lo sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una memoria descriptiva y detallada del proyecto, la cual tiene que tener una extensión máxima de 10.000 palabras. Esta memoria sirve porque la Comisión Evaluadora puntúe el proyecto y, por lo tanto, solo se valorará la información que se incluya. Hay de constar la información siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Título, objetivos y descripción del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Contexto y oportunidad del proyecto, con la indicación de los valores de retorno de carácter social, cultural, científico y artístico, entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Planteamiento metodológico y recursos de investigación previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Formato y extensión previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Plan de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si el proyecto incluye aspectos y/o temáticas relacionadas con la perspectiva de género y con las personas LGTBI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Si el proyecto presentado tiene relación con el año Llompart, la conmemoración de la edición del libro &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Te deix amor, el mar com a penyora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o el centenario de la muerte de Antoni Maura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Si el trabajo está escrito en lengua catalana o castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hace falta que la documentación aportada incluya todos los aspectos necesarios para la correcta valoración del proyecto en conformidad con los criterios de valoración fijados al apartado 11.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una trayectoria o currículum del solicitante. Esta información sirve porque la Comisión Evaluadora puntúe la trayectoria y, por lo tanto, solo se valorará la información que se incluya. Hay de constar la información siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Proyectos culturales o de investigación dirigidos o coordinados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicaciones. Relación de libros o artículos publicados en revistas especializadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Participación a simposios, congresos, jornadas, seminarios, ferias especializadas, presentaciones y mesas redondas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Méritos obtenidos. Premios y becas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentación aportada, la cual tiene que estar debidamente acreditada, debe incluir todos los aspectos necesarios para la correcta valoración del proyecto de investigación y de la trayectoria de conformidad con los criterios de valoración fijados al apartado 11.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los casos de coautoría, solo se valorarà la trayectoria de la persona elegida como líder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los documentos electrónicos que se tienen que presentar tienen que tener las características siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Se utilizarán los modelos descarregables, y se presentarán, preferentemente, en el mismo formato del modelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El resto de la documentación se presentará en formato PDF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El tamaño máximo de toda la documentación electrónica presentada será de 30 Mb.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El acuerdo de coautoría, si procede, debidamente firmado y especificadas las cantidades de ayuda acordadas entre los coautores. También se tiene que denominar una persona líder del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La declaración de veracidad de los datos bancarios, de acuerdo con el modelo disponible en la Sede Electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. Cualquier dato no documentado y/o acreditado debidamente no será computado en la valoración del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Criterios para seleccionar los beneficiarios,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;régimen de procedimiento y órgano instructor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. La selección de los beneficiarios se tiene que hacer mediante el procedimiento de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. El procedimiento para conceder estas subvenciones se tiene que tramitar en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, en conformidad con el artículo 17.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y con el artículo 6.2 de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana, con el fin de comparar en un único procedimiento todas las solicitudes presentadas y de establecer una prelación entre estas de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración fijados en esta convocatoria. El procedimiento será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una vez finalizado el periodo de presentación de solicitudes, la Comisión Evaluadora tiene que hacer una valoración de los proyectos solicitados de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración del apartado 11 y ordenar los proyectos por orden de puntuación. Si hay alguna coincidencia de puntuación, tiene preferencia la solicitud que tenga una mejor valoración en el criterio o criterios de desempate establecidos también en el apartado mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las ayudas se otorgan siguiendo el orden que se establece en el apartado 11 hasta que se agota el crédito presupuestario asignado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En caso de que dentro del expediente no conste la documentación que se requiere como requisito para participar en la convocatoria, se puede formular un requerimiento de enmienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las ayudas se otorgan según los importes establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En caso de que algún beneficiario renuncie a la ayuda, el importe de la ayuda se puede adjudicar a otros expedientes, siguiendo el mismo criterio que se establece en el apartado 11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Enmienda de errores en las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Una vez que el órgano instructor haya revisado todas las solicitudes recibidas, tiene que elaborar una lista de solicitudes admitidas y excluidas, en la cual se tiene que especificar, si procede, las deficiencias y las carencias detectadas en la documentación presentada. Esta lista se publicará en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB y en la web www.iebalearics.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Los solicitantes dispondrán de diez días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la lista para enmendar las deficiencias detectadas en la solicitud o la documentación que lo acompañe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. Transcurrido el plazo para presentar enmiendas, y después de que el órgano instructor las haya revisado, se considerará que las solicitudes que no se hayan enmendado cesan en la solicitud. El órgano instructor tiene que dictar la resolución que determine el desistimiento, en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y se archivará el expediente sin jefe más trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4. La lista definitiva de solicitudes admitidas y excluidas se tiene que publicar en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma y en la web www.iebalearics.org de acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 13.2 de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.5 El incumplimiento de los requisitos no enmendables o del plazo de presentación de solicitudes que establezca la convocatoria conlleva la inadmisión de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Criterios de valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. Para elaborar la propuesta de resolución de las subvenciones, la Comisión de Valoración tiene que aplicar los criterios que se detallan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Valoración del proyecto (0-80 puntos). Se tiene que valorar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º Calidad e interés del proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este apartado se consideran aspectos como por ejemplo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. interés temático del proyecto (0-25 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. claridad de redacción y coherencia del planteamiento con los objetivos previstos (0-10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. interés y adecuación de la metodología empleada (0-15 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. grado de innovación y/u originalidad y singularidad del enfoque del proyecto y grado de impacto y/o aportación a la reflexión y la crítica en el ámbito de estudio (0-15 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º Inclusión de aspectos y/o temáticas que contribuyan a la sensibilización y educación de la sociedad hacia los derechos de las mujeres y el derecho de las personas LGTBI (0-5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º Proyecto relacionado con el año Llompart, la conmemoración de la edición del libro &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Te deix amor, el mar com a penyora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o el centenario de la muerte de Antoni Maura (5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4º El trabajo de investigación está escrito en lengua catalana (10 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se tiene que valorar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3º Participación en simposios, congresos, jornadas, seminarios, ferias especializadas, presentaciones y mesas redondas (0-3 puntos):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 punto por intervenciones, ponencias o comunicaciones hechas y 0,25 puntos por asistencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4º Méritos obtenidos: premios y becas. 1 punto por mérito (0-2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de proyectos de coautoría, solo se valora la trayectoria de la persona designada como líder del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. La puntuación máxima total que se puede obtener es de 100 puntos y en la valoración del proyecto de 80 puntos. La puntuación mínima que hay que tener para acceder a la ayuda es de 50 puntos en el subapartado 11.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en lo referente a la valoración del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. En caso de igualdad en la puntuación, el criterio de desempate es dar prioridad al proyecto que ha obtenido una mayor puntuación en los subapartados 11.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a).1r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;,&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;11.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.iv. y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 11.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.a).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.iii.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, por este orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Número de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. Cada beneficiario, tanto si es autor como coautor, solo puede presentar anualmente un máximo de una solicitud. En caso de que se presenten y que superen este límite serán automáticamente desestimados según la orden de llegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. Si un beneficiario, tanto por autoría como por coautoría, ha obtenido una subvención por parte de la IEB de una convocatoria anterior de subvenciones para apoyar a proyectos de investigación de humanidades y de la cultura vinculados con las Illes Balears, no se puede presentar hasta pasadas dos convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3. No se puede presentar ninguna solicitud relacionada con proyectos que ya hayan obtenido ayudas o premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4. Las actuaciones objeto de la ayuda tienen que estar finalizadas el 15 de octubre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Composición de la Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1. Para la evaluación de las solicitudes presentadas se constituye una comisión evaluadora, compuesta por las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Presidente: el director del IEB (con voz, pero sin voto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Vocales: un mínimo de tres profesionales de prestigio nombrados por el IEB (con voz y voto) y un técnico del IEB (con voz, pero sin voto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Secretario: un técnico del IEB (con voz, pero sin voto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se constituirán, si procede, comisiones evaluadoras en función de los ámbitos de especialización de los proyectos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2. La composición de la Comisión Evaluadora se hará pública junto con la relación definitiva de admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.3. En cuanto al régimen de constitución y funcionamiento, la Comisión se rige por lo que disponen los artículos 15 y siguientes de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1. Corresponde a la dirección de la IEB la instrucción y tramitación del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.2. La instrucción del procedimiento se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con el artículo 24 de la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; el artículo 16 del Decreto Legislativo autonómico 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el artículo 13 de la Orden del consejero de Turismo Cultura y Deportes de 13 de diciembre de 2024 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.3. La Comisión Evaluadora, una vez haya examinado y valorado las solicitudes admitidas, tiene que levantar acta y redactar un informe en el cual se tienen que indicar, de manera provisional, las personas beneficiarias y el importe adjudicado a cada proyecto en virtud de la puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este informe se tiene que publicar en la Sede Electrónica y se tiene que conceder a los interesados un plazo de audiencia diez días hábiles a fin de que puedan formular las alegaciones que consideren oportunas a través del trámite establecido en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Como aviso, y sin efectos de notificación, la IEB tiene que informar por vía telemática, a la dirección electrónica indicada en la solicitud, del hecho que se ha publicado la propuesta de resolución provisional en la web del IEB, así como de la fecha de publicación y el enlace a la página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.4. El director del IEB, finalizado el trámite de audiencia, a la vista del expediente y del informe definitivo de la Comisión Evaluadora, una vez revisadas las alegaciones presentadas, tiene que formular la propuesta de resolución. Esta propuesta se tiene que publicar en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB y en la web www.iebalearics.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.5. Las personas interesadas propuestas como beneficiarias de las subvenciones tienen que comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación (anexo 4) o la renuncia (anexo 5) de la subvención propuesta en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente que se haya publicado. Se considera que la persona beneficiaria acepta la propuesta de resolución si no manifiesta la renuncia dentro del plazo otorgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de renuncia fuera del plazo establecido al punto 19, se tiene que comunicar mediante el modelo normalizado (anexo 5) y, en caso de haber recibido algún pago, corresponde el reintegro de las cantidades recibidas y la exigencia del interés de demora desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha de registro de la renuncia, en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.6. El presidente del IEB tiene que resolver el procedimiento mediante una resolución motivada en que se tiene que fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía de la subvención concedida. Así mismo, la resolución tiene que especificar los aspectos siguientes: la identificación de la persona o la entidad beneficiaria, la descripción de la actividad o proyecto que se tiene que subvencionar, la puntuación del proyecto, la puntuación de la trayectoria, la puntuación total y el importe otorgado. La resolución tiene que acordar tanto el otorgamiento de las subvenciones como la denegación y la no concesión, por desistimiento, renuncia al derecho o imposibilidad material sobrevenida, y el motivo de exclusión o denegación. La resolución se tiene que publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.7. Las resoluciones del presidente del IEB que concedan o denieguen la subvención solicitada agotan la vía administrativa y, contra estas, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes, o bien un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de las Illes Balers en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir del día siguiente que se hayan notificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.8. El plazo para dictar y notificar la resolución exprés es de seis meses a partir de la fecha en que finaliza el plazo para presentar las solicitudes. Se entienden desestimadas las solicitudes no resueltas en el plazo mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Importe máximo de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1. El importe que se puede otorgar a cada solicitante es de un mínimo de 5.000 € (cinco mil euros) hasta un máximo de 10.000 € (diez mil euros), en función de la puntuación obtenida (véase el punto 3 de las bases de la convocatoria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2. En caso de que algún beneficiario renuncie a la subvención, o en caso de que se produzca una minoración en el importe final justificado, el importe de la ayuda se puede adjudicar a otros expedientes de la convocatoria siguiendo el mismo criterio que se establece en el apartado 11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.3. Esta subvención no es compatible con otras subvenciones concedidas a los beneficiarios para la misma finalidad (según establece el punto 12.3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4. El beneficiario tiene que comunicar al IEB, con una antelación mínima de diez días hábiles, la realización de cualquier acto público relacionado con la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. El abono de las ayudas se hará efectivo, a todos los efectos, en un único pago, que se efectuará una vez acreditado el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual se ha otorgado la subvención y una vez justificada la realización de la actividad subvencionada en los términos de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. Excepcionalmente se pueden hacer anticipos por un importe máximo del 75% del importe de la subvención concedida cuando se acredite que no se dispone de recursos suficientes para financiar transitoriamente la ejecución de la actividad subvencionada. En todo caso, se tiene que aportar una garantía en la forma y el procedimiento previstos en el Decreto 13/2019, de 7 de marzo, por el cual se regula el régimen jurídico de las garantías y de los depósitos custodiados por la Depositaría de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. La garantía aportada tiene que ser por un importe mínimo del 125% de las cantidades que se quieren pedir anticipadamente. Antes de formalizar el aval bancario u otros tipos de garantías es conveniente enviar el borrador a la Depositaría porque lo revise previamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1. El plazo para justificar las actividades objeto de ayuda finaliza el 15 de octubre de 2026, con la remisión del proyecto de investigación subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si, transcurrido este plazo, no se ha presentado la justificación, el órgano administrativo competente tiene que requerir el beneficiario que en un plazo improrrogable de quince días hábiles la presente, tal como se establece en el artículo el artículo 70.3 del Reglamento general de subvenciones. La falta de presentación de la justificación en el plazo que establece este apartado conlleva la revocación y, si procede, la exigencia de reintegro y otras responsabilidades que establece la legislación aplicable en materia de subvenciones. La presentación de la justificación en el plazo adicional establecido en este apartado no exime el beneficiario de las sanciones que, de acuerdo con el artículo 58 del TRLS, correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2. La justificación de la actividad subvencionada se tiene que llevar a cabo con la presentación de la cuenta justificativa a través del modelo normalizado (anexo 6), junto con el proyecto de investigación acabado por la cual se ha recibido la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proyecto de investigación se tiene que entregar en papel y a doble cara, y en soporte electrónico (PDF), presentada en un CD o una memoria USB, a través de registro presencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3. En el caso que la cuenta justificativa no contenga la documentación necesaria para comprobar que se ha justificado y aplicado la ayuda, el órgano competente tiene que solicitar al beneficiario que enmiende los defectos de la justificación dentro de un plazo de diez días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido el requerimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Siguiendo el artículo 43.2. de la Ley 39/2015 de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, cuando la notificación por medios electrónicos sea de carácter obligatorio, o haya estado expresamente elegida por el interesado, se entenderá rechazada cuando hayan transcurrido diez días naturales desde la puesta a disposición de la notificación sin que se haya accedido a su contenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.4. Cualquier alteración de las condiciones que se hayan tenido en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entidades, públicas o privadas, nacionales o internacionales, pueden dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.5. La falta de justificación en los términos y en los plazos que establezca la resolución de otorgamiento de la ayuda, así como los otros incumplimientos previstos en la normativa aplicable, pueden determinar la revocación de la ayuda. El órgano instructor es el encargado de dirimirla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.6. La Intervención de la Comunidad Autónoma, en el marco de un control financiero, puede solicitar una copia de los extractos de movimientos bancarios, pedir información a los emisores de las facturas, llevar el control material de las inversiones y hacer otras comprobaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concurrencia de ayudas o subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios no pueden obtener ayudas por el mismo concepto que se deriven otras convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios de las ayudas las que establece el artículo 11 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears. Los beneficiarios tienen que cumplir, además de las obligaciones que se establecen en este artículo, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comunicar al órgano que ha emitido la propuesta de resolución la aceptación o la renuncia a la propuesta de resolución, mediante el modelo normalizado en el caso de renuncia (anexo 5), en los términos de la resolución de la convocatoria. En cualquier caso, la aceptación se entiende producida automáticamente si en el plazo de diez días hábiles des de la publicación de la propuesta de resolución no se hace constar el contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acreditar ante el órgano que los ha concedido la ayuda el cumplimiento efectivo de los requisitos y las condiciones que se exigen para la concesión de las ayudas y, si procede, el mantenimiento de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Someter a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que sean procedentes por parte de las administraciones autonómica, estatal y comunitaria, la Sindicatura de Cuentas u otros órganos de control externo, y también facilitar toda la información que estos requieran en relación con las ayudas concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acreditar, en la forma que se establezca reglamentariamente y antes de dictar la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado y de las obligaciones tributarias ante la hacienda autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Dejar constancia de la percepción y la aplicación de la ayuda en los libros de contabilidad o en los libros de registro que, si procede, tiene que llevar el beneficiario de acuerdo con la legislación mercantil o fiscal aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con la inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Hacer constar el apoyo del IEB en los programas, carteles y elementos propagandísticos y de comunicación de la actividad, mediante el logotipo del IEB y de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, disponible en el sitio web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;//&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en la página de identidad corporativa. Junto con el logotipo, hay que añadir la frase «Con el apoyo de».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que el beneficiario haga difusión de la actividad subvencionada en las redes sociales, hace falta que mencione el apoyo del IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se haga constar el apoyo del IEB en el proyecto que reciba la subvención, la penalización puede ir des de la reducción del 50% de la subvención concedida hasta la revocación total de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comunicar al IEB, con una antelación mínima de diez días hábiles, la realización de cualquier acto público relacionado con la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Convocar la IEB a la presentación pública del acontecimiento o actividad subvencionada, hacer constar la colaboración de la IEB a las notas de prensa y otro material similar de publicidad y mencionar las cuentas oficiales de la IEB en las diferentes redes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llevar a cabo la actividad o la inversión que fomenta la concesión de la subvención en la forma y dentro del plazo que establece esta convocatoria. Cualquier cambio en el proyecto o calendario se tiene que comunicar con anterioridad a la finalización del plazo de ejecución al órgano instructor, el cual puede aceptar o no la modificación solicitada. Los cambios que no se hayan comunicado pueden dar lugar a la revocación total o parcial de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Destinar el importe de la subvención a la financiación de la actuación para la cual se ha solicitado, y mantener la afectación de las inversiones a la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Autorizar al IEB a hacer difusión del trabajo de investigación fruto de esta convocatoria, el cual se posará al alcance de los usuarios tanto a la propia sede de la IEB, previa solicitud formal, como través de la web de la IEB o bien a través de las plataformas de difusión científica con las cuales la IEB pueda establecer convenios con este objetivo. La aceptación de la ayuda y la entrega del proyecto conllevan la autorización del beneficiario para poder hacer esta difusión. Así mismo, se autoriza al IEB a utilizar y difundir, únicamente con fines de difusión y publicidad, cualquier material gráfico, sonoro y de texto que esté sujeto a derechos de autor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La IEB tendrá prioridad a la hora de publicar el proyecto si lo considera interesante y factible. Sin embargo, si el beneficiario tiene la posibilidad de editarlo antes por otros medios, el IEB, habiéndolo solicitado previamente el interesado, puede autorizar la publicación. En caso de que otra entidad publique el proyecto, tiene que constar que la publicación ha recibido el apoyo del IEB (como consta en el subapartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; anterior), y, una vez imprimido, el beneficiario se compromete a entregar cinco ejemplares al IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Interpretación y ejecución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El presidente del IEB puede dictar las resoluciones, las circulares y las instrucciones que sean necesarias para interpretar y ejecutar esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21. Revocación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.1. De acuerdo con el artículo 43 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, corresponde la revocación de la subvención si, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumple total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.2. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, queda sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y corresponde el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.1. Corresponde el reintegro, total o parcial, de las cantidades recibidas y la exigencia del interés de demora desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha de la resolución por la cual se apruebe el reintegro, en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, si la resolución de concesión de subvención ha sido declarada inválida por cualquier de las causas de nulidad de pleno derecho o de anulabilidad establecidas en el ordenamiento jurídico aplicable, el órgano competente tiene que iniciar, si procede, el procedimiento de reintegro de las cantidades abonadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.2. Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de constreñimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.3. En caso de incumplimiento parcial o de justificación parcial, se tiene que reintegrar la cantidad recibida mediante la aplicación de un porcentaje de minoración y según la naturaleza del incumplimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.4. En el supuesto de que la persona beneficiaria quiera llevar a cabo la devolución voluntaria de parte o de la totalidad de la subvención percibida, lo tiene que comunicar por escrito al IEB para que le haga llegar la documentación necesaria para hacer efectivo el reintegro de los remanentes no aplicados así como de los intereses que se deriven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituyen infracciones administrativas en materia de subvenciones, si interviene luto, culpa o simple negligencia, las acciones u omisiones de los beneficiarios previstas en los artículos 51, 52 y 53 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears, y se tiene que aplicar el título V de esta norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
