El 26 de diciembre de 2023, en el BOIB núm. 164, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía de 22 de diciembre de 2023 </span>por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2024 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro de Programa FEDER 2021-2027.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 13 de febrero de 2025, BOIB núm. 20, se publicó la Propuesta de resolución provisional del director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático por la cual se aminora la cantidad de la ayuda y se propone el pago de las subvenciones de la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2024 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027 (FOTOPAR24).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error en el anexo de la citada Resolución en cuanto </span>al expediente FOTOPAR24-360/2024, puesto que el expediente había sido revocado en la <span style="color:black">publicación del BOIB núm. 166, de 19 de diciembre de 2024.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o disposición.
