Decreto de alcaldía núm. 3119<span style="background-color:white">, de 14 de febrero de 2025, ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMERO.- </strong>Aprobar el anexo que se adjunta, según la propuesta de notas definitivas del primer ejercicio efectuada por el tribunal calificador de las pruebas del proceso selectivo de la convocatoria por concurso oposición por el turno libre de 1 plaza de Arquitecto/a Técnico/a correspondiente a la tasa de reposición de la Oferta de Empleo Público de 2020 (convocatoria publicada en el BOIB núm. 152, de 9 de noviembre de 2023)) , para formar parte del bolsín para posteriores nombramientos como personal funcionario interino de la Subescala técnica media, especialidad arquitectura técnica del Ayuntamiento de Palma.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El presente bolsín, tiene carácter provisional de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 4.10 del Decreto 30/2009 de 22 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio de la administración de la comunidad autónoma de las islas baleares, “ <em>agotada la posibilidad del apartado anterior a la de personal funcionario de un determinado cuerpo, escala o especialidad, puede utilizarse, para nombrar personal funcionario interino de ese mismo cuerpo, escala o especialidad, la relación de las personas aspirantes que hayan aprobado alguna de las pruebas o ejercicios realizados hasta ese momento, de acuerdo con el orden de prelación recogido en el artículo 3.4 de este Decreto. Las personas funcionarias interinas que empiecen a prestar servicios como consecuencia de este supuesto, estarán en la situación de no disponible en la bolsa que se constituya al finalizar el citado proceso selectivo. En el momento del cese se incorporan automáticamente a la bolsa ordinaria constituida, en el orden de prelación que les corresponda de acuerdo con el apartado 3 de este artículo</em>.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
