&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, en sesión ordinaria realizada el día 18.02.2025 ha adoptado, entre otros, el siguiente ACUERDO que en su parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar inicialmente el Proyecto de regeneración de la zona verde de se Arenal y finalización del tramo pendiente de la vía verde de la calle del Far de Portocolom, sin visar, redactado por el ingeniero de caminos, canales y puertos Mateo Estrany Pieras, de fecha 26 de noviembre de 2024 E-RE 4786, con sujeción al cumplimiento de las condiciones especificadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- El Decreto número 31077, de día 16 de diciembre de 2024, sobre la autorización del consejero ejecutivo de Territorio, Movilidad e infraestructuras del Consell de Mallorca, toda vez que las actuaciones previstas se tienen que ejecutar en la zona de servidumbre de tráfico (ZST) y a la zona de servidumbre de protección (ZSP) de costas, en suelo clasificado como urbano y excluidas del dominio público marítimo terrestre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El promotor de las obras es el Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. El presupuesto de ejecución material (P.E.M.) de las actuaciones se fija en la cantidad de 374.115,95 €. Esta cantidad incluye los capítulos correspondientes a gestión de residuos y en el estudio de seguridad y salud, y se desglosa de la siguiente manera: P.E.M.=es de 374.115,95 € B.I. (6%)=22.446,96 € G.G. (13%)= 48.635,07 € Total sin I.V.A.= 445.197,98 € I.V.A. (21%)= 93.491,58 € TOTAL P.B.L.= 538.689,56 € (P.B.L.: presupuesto base de licitación) () El canon por residuos es de: 0 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El presupuesto de ejecución por contrata (P.E.C) asciende a la cantidad de 538.689,56 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La partida referida al 1&amp;apos;5% cultural, determinada por el artículo 80 de la Ley 12/1998, de 21 de diciembre, del patrimonio histórico de las Islas Baleares, por estas obras se fija en la cantidad de 8.080,34 € (IVA incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El plazo para empezar las obras se establecerá a la adjudicación del contrato y el plazo de ejecución será de 4 meses desde el inicio de las obras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Exponer los Proyectos al público por un plazo de 15 días hábiles mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat), a la cual también se puede acceder a través de la página web del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (www.felanitx.org).» &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra este acto, que es de trámite, no cabe interponer ningún recurso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Información pública&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;149 de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Ley&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de régimen local de las Islas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Baleares&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;se somete a información pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;el proyecto mencionado, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;por un plazo de 15 días&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;hábiles contados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;desde la fecha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de la última publicación, mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat), a la cual también se puede acceder a través de la pagina web del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (www.felanitx.org), para que cualquier persona pueda presentar las alegaciones o sugerencias que considere oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
