&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Estimar el recurso de reposición interpuesto por D. Juan Carlos García Tugores contra la resolución mediante la cual se aprueba la lista de la persona aspirante que ha superado el proceso selectivo para cubrir 1 plaza de Técnico/a en Aplicaciones Informáticas del 'Administración Especial, personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Palma, por el sistema de concurso, correspondiente a la tasa adicional de estabilización de la ocupación temporal para el año 2021 para la estabilización de personal temporal, publicada en el BOIB núm. 180 de 30 de diciembre de 2021, según las actas del tribunal 6 y 7, y el acta núm. 8 que contiene el informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Aprobar la lista de la persona aspirante que ha superado el proceso selectivo corresponden a la tasa adicional de estabilización de la ocupación temporal para el año 2021, para cubrir 1 plaza de Técnico/a en aplicaciones Informáticas, como personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Palma, por el sistema de concurso de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Notificar la presente resolución a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo, de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 123 mencionado y el artículo 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Palma, en la fecha de la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los abajo firmantes declaran conocer el contenido de los artículos 52, 53 y 54 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público y de el artículo 61 del Reglamento Financiero (UE 2018/1046 de 18 de julio de 2018) y no tener conflictos de interés en este acto que integra el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
