&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Boletín&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; nº. 29, de 27 de febrer de 2024, se publicó la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de la edición y la promoción de la literatura, el pensamiento, el cómic y la ilustración de las Illes Balears para el año 2024 (BOIB nº. 29, de 27 de febrero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De acuerdo con lo que establece el punto 10.1 de la convocatoria, el 19 de noviembre de 2024 se publicó la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos de todas las solicitudes recibidas entre el 2 de mayo y el 16 de setiembre de 2024, en la que se especificaba las deficiencias y carencias detectadas en la documentación presentada. Esta lista se publicó en la sede electrónica de la CAIB y en la web del IEB. Los interesados dispusieron de un periodo de diez hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación para enmendar las deficiencias detectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Transcurrido este periodo y una vez revisadas las enmiendas, el 11 de diciembre de 2024 se publicó la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El 12 y el 18 de diciembre de 2024, las Comisiones Evaluadoras revisaron y valoraron las 113 solicitudes presentadas a la convocatoria entre el 2 de mayo y el 16 de septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Una vez aplicados los límites de los importes de la línea &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; movilidad y los porcentajes establecidos en el punto 11 de la convocatoria para calcular el importe otorgado a cada beneficiario en las líneas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; edición y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; promoción, se constató que el crédito total de la convocatoria no era suficiente para todos los expedientes que cumplían los requisitos y, en el caso de las líneas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que tenían la puntuación mínima de 50 puntos necesaria para obtener subvención. Por eso, de acuerdo con la posibilidad prevista en el mismo punto 11 de la convocatoria, se aplicó una reducción proporcional al crédito disponible y se repartió entre los expedientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El 23 de diciembre de 2024 en la web del IEB, se publicó la Propuesta de resolución del director del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en relación con las solicitudes presentadas a la convocatoria de subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de la edición y la promoción de la literatura, el pensamiento, el cómic y la ilustración de las Illes Balears para el año 2024, con lo que se abrió el periodo estipulado para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Durante este periodo se presentaron siete alegaciones, que fueron desestimadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de la edición y la promoción de la literatura, el pensamiento, el cómic y la ilustración de las Illes Balears para el año 2024 (BOIB nº. 29, de 27 de febrero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB nº. 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018; corrección de errores: BOIB nº.6, de 12 de enero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura, de 1 de julio de 2009, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB nº. 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La disposición adicional primera del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (BOIB nº. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturación, aprobado por el Real Decreto 1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre (BOE n.º 289, de 1 de diciembre de 2012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por un importe total de 171.346,37 € a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto a favor de los beneficiarios que figuran en el anexo 1, con cargo en el capítulo 4 del presupuesto del IEB, con los importes detallados en dicho anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Denegar la concesión de subvenciones a las solicitudes que se incluyen en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;oletín &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Oficial de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También podrá interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
