    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El artículo 69.4 de la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, dispone que corresponde a las administraciones educativas, dentro del ámbito de sus competencias, organizar periódicamente pruebas para que las personas mayores de veinte años puedan obtener directamente el título de Bachiller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, regula en el artículo 35 la competencia exclusiva de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears con respecto a la enseñanza de la lengua catalana, propia de las Illes Balears, y en el apartado 2 del artículo 36, la competencia en el desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La materia que se recoge en la presente Resolución se encontraba establecida hasta ahora en la Orden del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 29 de noviembre de 2012 por la que se regula la prueba libre para obtener el título de Bachiller dirigida a las personas mayores de veinte años en el ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears, modificada por la Orden de 27 de febrero de 2018. A la espera de que se complete la tramitación normativa de la nueva Orden por la que se regulan las pruebas para la obtención del título de Bachiller para personas mayores de veinte años en la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, hay que dictar la presente Resolución, ya que se hace necesario disponer de un marco normativo que regule estas pruebas con el fin de permitir su planificación y desarrollo con normalidad y garantía para la Comunidad Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. De conformidad con el marco normativo descrito, esta Resolución regula las pruebas para que las personas mayores de veinte años puedan obtener directamente el título de Bachiller en la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y, con ello, alcanzar esta titulación de educación secundaria post-obligatoria de nuestro sistema educativo que les permita acceder a niveles superiores de enseñanza o incorporarse al mundo laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Se establecen la elaboración, organización y realización de las pruebas, su estructura básica y contenidos sobre los que versan, las convocatorias, y el procedimiento de inscripción, detallando los requisitos que deberán cumplir las personas participantes. Asimismo se establecen la composición y actuaciones del tribunal evaluador, la evaluación de las pruebas, los posibles reconocimientos de estudios previos adquiridos, y se determinan los procedimientos de reclamación y de certificación de haber superado las pruebas o alguna de las materias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. La presente Resolución se acompaña de cuatro anexos: el anexo 1 recoge las bases que rigen esta convocatoria. El anexo 2 presenta la estructura de la prueba. El anexo 3 establece el modelo de solicitud de inscripción. El anexo 4 incluye el modelo de solicitud de revisión de notas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 5/2024, de 29 de mayo, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, por el Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto, por el Decreto 1/2024, de 4 de enero, y por el Decreto 4/2024, de 17 de mayo, la dirección general competente en materia de pruebas libres de bachillerato es la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Convocar la prueba libre correspondiente al año 2025 para que las personas mayores de veinte años puedan obtener directamente el título de Bachiller en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases que rigen esta convocatoria, que se incluyen como anexo 1 de esta Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Aprobar la estructura de la prueba, de acuerdo con el anexo 2 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Aprobar los modelos de solicitud y de revisión de notas, que se incluyen, respectivamente, como anexos 3 y 4 de esta Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. E&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;stablecer que esta resolución entre en vigor el día de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balear&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra esta Resolución –que no agota la vía administrativa– se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y lo establecido en el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Modalidades convocadas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las materias de bachillerato correspondientes a esta convocatoria son las especificadas en el anexo 2 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Requisitos de los participantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pueden participar en esta prueba todas las personas que acrediten:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Tener veinte años o cumplirlos durante el año natural en que tenga lugar la prueba,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Ser residente en las Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Estar en posesión del título de Graduado en Educación Secundaria Obligatoria o equivalente a efectos académicos, o de la homologación de este título,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) No estar en posesión del título de Bachiller regulado en el artículo 37 de la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, modificada por la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 20 de diciembre, o cualquier otro título declarado equivalente o homologado a todos los efectos y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) No estar matriculado en las enseñanzas de bachillerato en cualquiera de sus modalidades o regímenes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Formalización de la solicitud de inscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. La inscripción debe presentarse de forma telemática, según las instrucciones que se publicarán en la página web del Servicio de Ordenación Educativa. En la página web mencionada también figuran las instrucciones para el procedimiento excepcional de presentación presencial de la solicitud de inscripción. La inscripción a las pruebas de esta convocatoria no está sometida al pago de ninguna tasa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Las personas que se inscriben para hacer la prueba deben declarar que no tienen el título de Bachiller ni ningún título equivalente a todos los efectos y que no están matriculadas en las enseñanzas de bachillerato en ninguna de sus modalidades o regímenes. Esta declaración responsable está incluida en el modelo de solicitud de inscripción a la prueba libre de bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Las personas con discapacidad que necesiten una adaptación de las condiciones de acceso a las pruebas deben hacerlo constar en la solicitud de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Las personas que se encuentren en alguno de los supuestos previstos en la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 8 de marzo de 2018 por la que se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de y en lengua catalana, propia de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, en la enseñanza reglada no universitaria, se establecen las equivalencias, se define el Plan de Formación Lingüística y Cultural (FOLC), se regulan las condiciones de la exención de la evaluación de la Lengua Catalana y Literatura en enseñanzas no universitarias y se determinan las funciones y la composición de la Comisión Técnica de Asesoramiento para la Enseñanza de y en Lengua Catalana (BOIB núm. 38, de 27 de marzo) y quieran solicitar la exención del ejercicio de Lengua Catalana y Literatura II deben hacerlo constar en la solicitud de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. La inscripción debe hacerse por materias, desde un mínimo de una hasta un máximo de ocho. La inscripción en una materia superada anteriormente implica la renuncia a la calificación anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. La solicitud de inscripción debe ir acompañada de la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Las personas que solicitan la adaptación de las condiciones de acceso a las pruebas deben presentar el certificado oficial que acredite el grado de discapacidad reconocida, expedido por un organismo oficial competente en materia de asuntos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Las personas que solicitan la exención del ejercicio de Lengua Catalana y Literatura II deben presentar la resolución de otorgamiento de la exención. Si no disponen de esta resolución en el momento de formalizar la matrícula, deberán presentarla en el momento de la realización de la prueba de Lengua Catalana y Literatura II para que sea efectiva; en el caso contrario, deberán examinarse de dicha materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Un certificado oficial acreditativo de la evaluación positiva de las materias superadas anteriormente, siempre que éstas no figuren en el GestIB. En el caso de que no se haya solicitado el reconocimiento de materias superadas con anterioridad, debe entenderse que la persona inscrita renuncia a la calificación anterior para esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) En el caso de que se tenga que obtener información complementaria, se podrá solicitar al aspirante que aporte documentación adicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Plazo de inscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La inscripción para realizar la prueba libre de la convocatoria ordinaria debe formalizarse del 25 de febrero al 11 de marzo de 2025, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Publicación de las listas de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, y dentro de los seis días hábiles siguientes, se emitirá la Resolución de la directora general por la que se hace pública la lista provisional de todas las personas que se han inscrito a la prueba. El Servicio de Ordenación Educativa publicará esta lista provisional en su web y en el tablón de anuncios de los centros donde se realizará la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. En la relación provisional se debe hacer constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Si están admitidas o excluidas. En este último caso, se debe especificar el motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Las materias de las que los aspirantes han manifestado la voluntad de examinarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Las materias superadas anteriormente, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) La exención del ejercicio de Lengua Catalana y Literatura II o la solicitud de esta exención, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Si se tiene derecho a alguna adaptación de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Los solicitantes disponen de un plazo máximo de tres días hábiles, contados desde el día hábil siguiente al de la publicación de las listas provisionales, para presentar una reclamación o enmendar las deficiencias detectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) En un plazo máximo de tres días hábiles contados a partir de la finalización del periodo de reclamación se emitirá la Resolución de la directora general por la que se hace pública la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos. La relación definitiva de admitidos y excluidos debe publicarse en la web del Servicio de Ordenación Educativa y en el tablón de anuncios de los centros donde se realizarán las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Contra esta Resolución, las personas interesadas podrán presentar recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Estructura de la prueba, contenidos, criterios de calificación y material necesario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La prueba debe organizarse de forma diferenciada según las modalidades de bachillerato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La prueba consta de un ejercicio para cada una de las materias a las que se refiere el anexo 2 de esta Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Cada ejercicio tiene una duración de 90 minutos. Habrá un descanso de 30 minutos entre los ejercicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Los contenidos de los ejercicios tendrán como referente curricular lo dispuesto en el anexo 2 del Decreto 33/2022, de 1 de agosto, por el que se establece el currículo del bachillerato en las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Los criterios de calificación, así como el material necesario, se publicarán en el sitio web del Servicio de Ordenación Educativa una vez finalizado el plazo de inscripción a la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Materias superadas anteriormente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden tener la consideración de materias superadas anteriormente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Las materias superadas mediante una prueba libre en convocatorias anteriores únicamente si ésta ha sido realizada de acuerdo con la normativa de pruebas libres de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Las materias superadas en el segundo curso de bachillerato y las materias de otros estudios cursados con anterioridad que se correspondan, según la normativa vigente, a materias del segundo curso del bachillerato actual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undécima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Fechas y horario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; La prueba tendrá lugar los días 28, 29 y 30 de abril de 2025. Para hacerla los participantes deben acreditar su identidad mediante el documento nacional de identidad, el NIE o el pasaporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Una vez finalizado el plazo de inscripción, la Consejería de Educación y Universidades debe publicar la distribución horaria de los ejercicios de las diferentes materias en el sitio web del Servicio de Ordenación Educativa de la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa. Este documento también debe hacerse público en el tablón de anuncios de los centros donde se hará la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Los ejercicios se desarrollarán entre las 15 y las 21.30 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duodécima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Tribunales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa nombrará a los miembros del tribunal. El tribunal está formado por un presidente, un secretario y vocales especialistas de las distintas materias. Se pueden nombrar otros miembros con el fin de colaborar en las tareas del tribunal y para el buen funcionamiento de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Los presidentes de los tribunales deben tomar las decisiones oportunas para asegurar el desarrollo adecuado de la prueba y resolver cualquier incidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Las tareas de corrección de pruebas por parte del tribunal deben llevarse a cabo fuera del horario habitual de trabajo, con el fin de generar derecho a recibir una compensación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimotercera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Evaluación y calificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La prueba debe evaluar la consecución de los objetivos y las competencias del bachillerato establecidos en el artículo 33 de la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, modificada por la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 20 de diciembre, así como los fijados en el Decreto 33/2022, de 1 de agosto, por el que se establece el currículo del bachillerato en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El tribunal debe realizar una sesión de evaluación y cumplimentar el acta de evaluación correspondiente. En el acta se debe hacer constar una relación de todas las personas admitidas a la prueba con las calificaciones obtenidas. Si una persona admitida no se presenta al ejercicio de alguna de las materias de la prueba, debe hacerse constar como no presentada (NP) en la casilla correspondiente del acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La calificación global obtenida en cada una de las materias de la prueba es numérica y se expresa en números enteros, de 0 a 10. Se considera que una materia está superada cuando el examinando ha obtenido una calificación de cinco (5) o superior. Para obtener el título de Bachiller hay que tener superadas todas las materias que conforman la prueba. La nota media se obtiene calculando la media aritmética de las calificaciones de las materias de la prueba redondeada a la centésima más próxima, y en caso de equidistancia, a la superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. En el caso de exención de evaluación de Lengua Catalana y Literatura II, esta materia no debe tenerse en cuenta para calcular la nota media.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. A efectos de calcular la nota media de bachillerato, a los participantes que hayan superado con anterioridad las materias a las que hace referencia la base décima de esta resolución, se les debe tener en cuenta la calificación que conste en los respectivos historiales académicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. En el caso de alumnos que hayan finalizado las enseñanzas profesionales de música o danza, la nota media se obtendrá calculando la media aritmética de las calificaciones de las materias comunes (Lengua Catalana y Literatura II, Lengua Castellana y Literatura II, Primera Lengua Extranjera, Historia de España e Historia de la Filosofía) y las materias del sexto curso de las enseñanzas profesionales de música o danza redondeada a la centésima más próxima, y en caso de equidistancia, a la superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Para los participantes en la prueba que lo soliciten, el secretario del centro donde se haya desarrollado la prueba debe expedir un certificado de las materias superadas y no superadas según el acta de evaluación de la prueba libre, firmado por la dirección del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. En caso de no superar todas las materias, la calificación de las materias superadas se mantiene para convocatorias posteriores de la prueba realizadas de acuerdo con la normativa de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Los aspirantes que tengan todas las materias de la prueba superadas se encuentran en condiciones de obtener el título de Bachiller y lo pueden solicitar a la secretaría del centro donde se ha hecho la prueba. Estos centros son los encargados de enviar las propuestas de titulación a la Consejería de Educación y Universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimocuarta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Reclamaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los aspirantes pueden presentar una reclamación si consideran incorrecta la aplicación de los criterios de evaluación y calificación. La reclamación debe realizarse por escrito dirigida al presidente del tribunal, argumentando las razones que la motivan, y debe entregarse por correo electrónico al Servicio de Ordenación Educativa (ordenacio@ibeducacio.eu) en el plazo de cinco días hábiles a partir de la fecha de publicación de las calificaciones. A tal efecto, debe emplearse el modelo que figura en el anexo 4 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El tribunal debe realizar una sesión de evaluación extraordinaria para resolver las reclamaciones presentadas en los cinco días hábiles siguientes a la finalización del plazo para presentar las reclamaciones. Si es necesario se podrá contar con asesores especialistas que no formen parte del tribunal. La decisión tomada por el tribunal debe comunicarse en un plazo de tres días hábiles a la persona interesada. Si las decisiones modifican las calificaciones, estas modificaciones deben trasladarse al acta definitiva, y deben publicarse dentro del mismo plazo en la web del Servicio de Ordenación Educativa y en el tablón de anuncios de los centros donde se ha hecho la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Contra las resoluciones de los tribunales, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del acta de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoquinta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Coordinación y información&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El Servicio de Ordenación Educativa de la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa coordina todas las acciones relacionadas con la organización y la celebración de la prueba objeto de esta convocatoria, así como la información que se proporcione a los usuarios de todo lo que se derive. La información relativa a esta prueba se puede encontrar en el sitio &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.caib.es/sites/batxilleratmajors20/ca/informacia_general_0/" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de este Servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Los datos personales que contiene esta solicitud serán tratados por la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades de las Illes Balears y por el IES en el que se realicen las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La finalidad del tratamiento de estos datos es gestionar el procedimiento para la realización de esta prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La persona afectada por el tratamiento de datos personales puede ejercer sus derechos de información, de acceso, de rectificación, de supresión, de limitación, de portabilidad, de oposición y de no inclusión en tratamientos automatizados (e, incluso, de retirar el consentimiento, si procede, en los términos que establece el Reglamento general de protección de datos) ante el responsable del tratamiento, mediante el procedimiento «Solicitud de ejercicio de derechos en materia de protección de datos personales», previsto en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
