    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I/&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante resolución de la Ley Nº 2024-3010 de fecha 25 de noviembre de 2020, se aprobaron las bases y la convocatoria del procedimiento selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de Técnicos de Administración General, para poder disponer de un mecanismo que permita cubrir las vacantes que se originen en el área de urbanismo y excepcionalmente para otras áreas del ayuntamiento.( BOIB núm.156, de 30 de noviembre de 2024.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II/&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 19 de diciembre de 2024, se publicaron en el tablón de anuncios de esta corporación, la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, otorgando un plazo de tres (3) días hábiles para que las personas interesadas presentaran las alegaciones que consideraran oportunas a su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III/&lt;/strong&gt; Una vez finalizó el plazo de presentación de alegaciones y visto que no se ha presentado ninguna alegación al listado provisional, se considera el listado de admitidos y excluidos como definitivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV/&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante resolución de la Ley Nº 2025-0120, de fecha 16 de enero de 2025, se aprobó el listado definitivo de admitidos, se constituyó el tribunal calificador y se fichó la fecha del examen de la fase de oposición para el día 29 de enero de 2025, a las 09:00h en el centro de cultura del ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V/&lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 29/01/2025 , el tribunal calificador emitió el acta nº 1 con notas provisionales, la cual se publicó en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento, otorgando un plazo de dos días hábiles para hacer reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VI&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 3/02/2025 con registro de entrada general núm. 2025-E-RE 657,el interesado presentó solicitud de revisión de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VII&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 12 de febrero de 2025 se ha publicado en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación el acta nº 2, con la puntuación definitiva del procedimiento selectivo y la elevación a la baza de la citada lista definitiva con el fin de constituir la bolsa de trabajo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
