    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Está en tramitación en la Dirección General de Recursos Hídricos la concesión de agua&amp;nbsp;subterránea CAS_2148 localizada en la finca de Prat den Tanques del termino municipal de&amp;nbsp;Sant Joan de Labritja y que es resultado del cambio de uso del aprovechamiento existente&amp;nbsp;CAT_12420. Revisada la documentación se publica la siguiente propuesta de concesión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Titular&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;Simón Vicente Rosselló Ribas (NIF: 4144*****)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Usos autorizados: Regadío (69.600 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/año), venda de agua en camiones&amp;nbsp;(15.000 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/año), industrial (1.000 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/año) y doméstico (400&amp;nbsp;m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/any)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el articulo 109 del Reglamento de Dominio Público&amp;nbsp;Hidráulico, se somete a información pública por un plazo de veinte días naturales a contar&amp;nbsp;des del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de les&amp;nbsp;Illes Balears, para que las corporaciones, las entidades y las personas interesadas puedan&amp;nbsp;consultar su documentación en la página web de la DGRH (http://www.caib.es/sites/aigua/es/informacia_pablica_aigaes_subterranies/) y en la Consejería del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua&amp;nbsp;(c/ Gremi de Corredors, 10 – Polígono Son Rossinyol – Palma) y formulen las alegaciones&amp;nbsp;que consideren oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
