&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 62, 1.b del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, ante la alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquél sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponerse, cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
