&lt;p&gt;1. El 26 de diciembre de 2023, en el BOIB núm. 164, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía de 22 de diciembre de 2023 por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2024 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a 2-2.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. El 30 de noviembre de 2024, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía por la que se acepta la renuncia a las subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa Operativo FEDER 2021-2027&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error en el anexo de la citada Resolución en cuanto al importe de la ayuda propuesta del expediente FOTOPAR24-950/2024, y en consecuencia también el importe total publicado en la resolución de renuncia.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o disposición. Asimismo, la rectificación de errores debe especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y debe notificarse o publicarse preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que han sido notificados o publicados&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Corregir el error advertido en la Resolución del consejero de Empresa , Empleo y Energía de 30 de noviembre de 2024 por la que se acepta la renuncia a las subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa Operativo FEDER 2021-2027 (FOTOPAR 2024), en los siguientes términos :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
