    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 43.3 y 46.1 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, se somete a información pública el Decreto de Alcaldía nº 2023-0665, de fecha 21 de junio de 2023, que literalmente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistos los escritos presentados por los regidores de la agrupación municipal SOMavi-El Pino, sr. Miguel Ballester Ferrer, con registro de entrada 2025-E-RE-350, sra, Maria Victoria Muñoz Duran, con registro de entrada 2025-E-RE-351 y sr. Gerard Diaz Ferriol, con registro de entrada 2025-E-RE-352.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso de las facultades que me virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere el arte. 43.3 y siguientes, en relación con los artículos 114 y siguientes, todos ellos del RD 2568/86, de 28 de noviembre de 1986, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, juntamente en conformidad con el dispuesto en el artículo 21.3 de la ley 7/1985, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aceptar las renuncias del regidores siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Miquel Ballester Ferrer,&lt;/strong&gt; primer teniente de Alcalde, regidor delegado de Deportes, Comunicación y Recursos Humanos (Función pública y Personal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• &lt;strong&gt;Sra. María Victoria Muñoz Durán,&lt;/strong&gt; segunda teniente de Alcalde y regidora delegada de Infraestructuras, Mantenimiento, Brigada municipal y Limpieza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Gerard Diaz Ferriol,&lt;/strong&gt; regidor delegado de Sostenibilidad, Circularidad y Medio Ambiente, Turismo, Comercio y Núcleos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto la delegación de las competencias a favor de los regidores y regidoras mencionados con efectos a la fecha de su renuncia, 6 de febrero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; En consecuencia en su punto anterior, dejar sin efecto la dedicación exclusiva otorgada por el pleno extraordinario de 26 de junio de 2023 con efectos de fecha de hoy. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar esta resolución a los regidores y regidoras afectados, y comunicarla a la gestoría Fortuny Asociados SL a los efectos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta al Pleno de esta resolución en la primera sesión que tenga lugar y publicar el texto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, Azulejo de anuncios, y dar difusión de esta resolución al portal de transparencia de la web municipal, todo a los efectos de su general conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
