Aprobar el Plan normativo municipal 2025 con las siguientes iniciativas reglamentarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I.- ÁREA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificación y actualización del reglamento de prestaciones económicas de urgencia social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NORMATIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Aprobado por pleno municipal el 17 de junio de 2021 y publicado en el BOIB nº 88 de 3 de julio 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SITUACIÓN ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Desde el año 2021 a día de hoy se ha aprobado normativa autonómica que regula las prestaciones de urgencia social de competencia municipal que es necesario incorporar y actualizar al reglamento municipal, concretamente la ley 4/2023 de prestaciones sociales de carácter autonómico de la CAIB. Por otra parte es necesario actualizar algunas prestaciones del catálogo actual y algunos de los requisitos de acceso para adaptarlos a las necesidades y nuevas situaciones sociales de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Servicio de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II.- ÁREA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INICIATIVA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificación y actualización del reglamento de Servicios de atención domiciliaria municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NORMATIVA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobado por Pleno municipal el 25 noviembre 2021 y publicado en el BOIB nº 167 de 4 diciembre 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SITUACIÓN ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓN: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desde el año 2021 a día de hoy se han desarrollado servicios de derecho concurrentes de atención domiciliaria desde la Fundación Balear de Dependencia de la CAIB que se solapan con nuestros servicios municipales. Es necesario revisar los requisitos y criterios de acceso a los servicios domiciliarios municipales para evitar la doble concurrencia de ambos servicios públicos, evitar duplicidades y ser más eficientes en la prestación municipal priorizando las situaciones de riesgo de personas mayores que no pueden acceder a las prestaciones de derecho de ayuda domiciliaria de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Servicio de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III.- ÁREA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificación del Reglamento de los servicios de acogimiento municipal por familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NORMATIVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; aprobado por Pleno municipal el 28 de octubre de 2021 y publicado en el BOIB nº 157 de 13 de noviembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SITUACIÓN ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Debemos revisar y actualizar los requisitos de acceso al servicio dada la detección de nuevos perfiles y necesidades de familias que llegan a Palma sin alternativa habitacional, el colapso que tenemos en los servicios de acogida y el establecimiento de un nuevo régimen interno que permita un flujo más ágil de entradas y salidas de familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Servicio de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IV.- ÁREA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Revisión de los precios públicos por copago de los servicios domiciliarios (Ayuda a domicilio y comida a domicilio) y de los Casales de autonomía personal municipales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NORMATIVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ordenanza municipal Fiscal y de Precios públicos 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SITUACIÓN ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es necesario actualizarlos con el IPC anual. Forman parte de la ordenanza municipal de precios públicos y tasas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESPONSABLE: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Servicio de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;V.- ÁREA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Revisión y actualización de la cartera municipal de servicios sociales 2022-2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NORMATIVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobada por junta de gobierno local el 28 de septiembre 2022 y publicada en el BOIB 131 de 8 octubre 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SITUACIÓN ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La cartera municipal de servicios sociales recoge todos los servicios y prestaciones que corresponde prestar en el Área de Servicios Sociales e Igualdad del Ayuntamiento de Palma. La vigencia es de cuatro años y finaliza el próximo mes de septiembre 2025. Aunque prevé posibilidad de prórroga es voluntad del Área de servicios sociales actualizarla haciendo nuevas incorporaciones y modificaciones respecto a los servicios actuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Servicio de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.
