    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía n. 2025-0467 de día 25.02.2025, se han aprobado las bases de la convocatoria por la participación en el concurso del desfile de carnaval municipal del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia 2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PARA PARTICIPAR EN EL DESFILE DE CARNAVAL 2025&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con motivo de la celebración de las fiestas de carnaval en el municipio, el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia organiza un desfile de carnaval que se celebra &lt;strong&gt;el viernes 28 de febrero, a partir de las 16.30 h&lt;/strong&gt;, en la zona de Sant Jordi de ses Salines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para promover la participación y el interés de las asociaciones de padres y madres de los centros del municipio, asociaciones culturales y la ciudadanía en general, el Ayuntamiento concede premios a las diferentes categorías de participación que se especifican en el punto 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las presentes Bases tienen por objeto regular el desarrollo del desfile y la concesión de los premios a los participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pueden participar en el desfile las entidades sin ánimo de lucro, asociaciones y personas físicas o jurídicas, ya sea aportando carroza y/o comparsa. También se puede participar en la categoría individual y/o minigrupo con un máximo de 10 personas, mediante la representación de una persona física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de que el premio se otorgue a un grupo de personas físicas, el ingreso se hace a la persona que haya hecho la solicitud de inscripción en calidad de representante del grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los participantes menores de edad que participen solos en el desfile necesitan una autorización de un representante (anexo II), que es el que recibe el premio en caso de que el/los menor/menores fuese/n premiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. PREMIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia destina un máximo de 6.000 € a premios a los participantes del desfile de carnaval, con cargo a la partida 338 48043, financiada con fondos propios, que se reparten a las siguientes categorías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESCOLARES COMPARSA&lt;/strong&gt;. Grupo representado por centros escolares o asociaciones de padres y madres, de al menos 10 personas, acompañadas de un vehículo pequeño (turismos y otros vehículos de dos o tres ruedas), para llevar la música, luz, etc. El vehículo no puede exceder de 4 m de altura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.r&amp;nbsp;premio: 800 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.º premio: 500 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESCOLARES CARROZA&lt;/strong&gt;. Grupo representado por centros escolares o asociaciones de padres y madres con un conjunto de plataforma decorada más una comparsa. Las medidas no pueden exceder de 2,5 m de ancho, 4 m de altura, y 12 m de largo en conjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.r&amp;nbsp;premio: 900 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.º premio: 600 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CATEGORÍA GENERAL COMPARSA&lt;/strong&gt;. Grupo de al menos 10 personas, acompañadas de un vehículo pequeño (turismos y otros vehículos de dos o tres ruedas), para llevar la música, luz, etc. El vehículo no puede exceder de 4 m de altura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.r&amp;nbsp;premio: 800 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.º premio: 500 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CATEGORÍA GENERAL CARROZA&lt;/strong&gt;. Conjunto de la plataforma decorada más una comparsa. Las medidas no pueden exceder de 2,5 m de ancho, 4 m de altura y 12 m de largo en conjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.r&amp;nbsp;premio: 900 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.º premio: 600 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INDIVIDUAL Y/O MINIGRUPO&lt;/strong&gt;. Conjunto, como máximo de 10 personas, que formen un grupo homogéneo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.r&amp;nbsp;premio: 250 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.º premio: 150 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* &lt;/strong&gt;Si quedan premios desiertos en alguna de las categorías y se han quedado participantes sin premiar, el jurado puede decidir si darles algún premio. En ningún caso se supera la cuantía máxima de 6.000 € destinada a premios&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. NORMAS E ITINERARIO DEL DESFILE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para favorecer la organización y desarrollo del desfile deben seguirse en todo momento las indicaciones de la organización y tener en cuenta los siguientes puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Cada grupo debe tener un representante mayor de edad, que es el responsable de todo lo que afecte al grupo. La persona responsable lo es también de los menores que participan y debe contar con las autorizaciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) A partir de las 15.30 h, concentración de carrozas y comparsas en la c/ Cas Sac.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) El desfile sale a las 16.30 h del mismo sitio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Los vehículos de las comparsas y carrozas deben colocarse por orden de llegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Los vehículos deben dejar un espacio mínimo entre ellos para que se coloquen las comparsas que los acompañan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;f) Es obligatorio llevar 1 extintor&lt;/strong&gt; por carroza o comparsa &lt;strong&gt;y el seguro de responsabilidad civil obligatorio de todos los tipos de vehículos de motor&lt;/strong&gt; (la organización pide la comprobación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;g) La organización realiza controles antes de la salida, tanto a los vehículos que se usan en el desfile como control de alcoholemia y drogas a los conductores/as.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Está prohibido llevar animales al desfile, así como usar cohetes, petardos o fuego de cualquier tipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;i) Los grupos participantes son responsables de los incidentes o accidentes derivados de su participación en el desfile.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;j) La organización entrega antes de la salida un número de participante que debe llevarse en lugar visible en todo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Itinerario del desfile: &lt;/strong&gt;salida desde la c/ Cas Sac, c/ Can Mariano Palerm, carretera del Aeropuerto, c/ Sindicalista Margalida Llogat, c/ Plaça Major, avenida de Vicent Serra&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La entrega de los premios se harà en la plaza de Sant Jordi, una vez el jurado haya realizado la valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El incumplimiento de alguno de los requisitos exigidos puede ocasionar la exclusión de la participación en el desfile&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. SOLICITUDES, PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las inscripciones para participar en el desfile de carnaval se pueden realizar vía registro de entrada, &lt;strong&gt;hasta el 24 de febrero a las 14.00 h&lt;/strong&gt; en el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep o en las oficinas municipales, en el caso de personas físicas. Las inscripciones de personas jurídicas (asociaciones, APIMA...) se realizan de forma telemática de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La inscripción hecha fuera del plazo establecido implica el derecho a desfilar, pero no así el derecho a participar en el concurso de premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los solicitantes deben adjuntar a la solicitud (anexo I) la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) CIF/NIF de la entidad, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) DNI del representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Autorización para la participación de menores, en su caso (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Fotocopia del permiso de circulación del vehículo, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Declaración jurada de cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en las Bases de la convocatoria (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Fotocopia del permiso de conducir del conductor y de un suplente, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Impreso de transferencia bancaria o certificado de titularidad bancaria a efectos del pago del premio concedido. En caso de haberlo presentado en otras ocasiones no es necesario volver a presentarlo (anexo IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. CRITERIOS DE OTORGAMIENTO DE LOS PREMIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se convoca a un jurado formado por cinco miembros de diferentes asociaciones y entidades sociales del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Asimismo, la concejala de Fiestas asiste al jurado con voz pero sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El jurado valora todos los grupos presentados y que cumplan los requisitos según lo establecido en las Bases. Cada miembro del jurado puntúa entre 1 y 5 los siguientes aspectos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.45pt"&gt;a) originalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.45pt"&gt;b) calidad y vistosidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.45pt"&gt;c) coreografía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.45pt"&gt;d) vestuario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.45pt"&gt;e) de los grupos con carroza también se valora la originalidad, calidad y vistosidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es la concejala de Fiestas quien, según propuesta del jurado, aprueba la concesión de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Si quedan premios desiertos en alguna de las categorías y se han quedado participantes sin premiar, el jurado puede decidir si darles algún premio. En ningún caso se supera la cuantía máxima de 6.000 € destinada a premios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La resolución del jurado es inapelable y se da a conocer el mismo día del desfile a través de las redes sociales del Ayuntamiento y de una nota de prensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El jurado queda facultado para resolver todas las dudas que se presenten, pudiendo tomar, además, las resoluciones o acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden y funcionamiento del desfile.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7. PUBLICACIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 45.1.&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 39/2015 de procedimiento administrativo, así como con el artículo 6 de la Ordenanza General de las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones que Concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, la convocatoria se debe publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, sin perjuicio de la publicación en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presentarse a este concurso supone la aceptación estricta de estas Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia queda facultado para resolver cualquier casuística que no se prevea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
