    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Rector del IMEB en fecha 5 de febrero de 2025, aprobó la Convocatoria y bases reguladoras de las subvenciones enmarcadas en el ámbito competencial del IMEB, dirigidas a las asociaciones de madres y padres de alumnos de los centros de educación infantil y primaria públicos de Calvia para la contratación de monitores de apoyo en las aulas de Pascua, aulas de Navidad y jornadas lúdicas del año 2025 (aulas de ocio adaptado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCATORIA Y BASES REGULADORAS DE LAS SUBVENCIONES ENMARCADAS EN EL ÁMBITO COMPETENCIAL DEL INSTITUTO MUNICIPAL DE EDUCACIÓN Y BIBLIOTECAS DE CALVIÀ, DIRIGIDAS A LAS ASOCIACIONES DE MADRES Y PADRES DE ALUMNOS DE LOS CENTROS DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL Y PRIMARIA PÚBLICOS DE CALVIÀ PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN DE MONITORES DE APOYO EN LAS AULAS DE PASCUA, AULAS DE NAVIDAD Y JORNADAS LÚDICAS DEL AÑO 2025 (AULAS DE OCIO ADAPTADO)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CAPÍTULO I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas bases tienen por objeto la regulación del procedimiento de concesión de las subvenciones enmarcadas en el ámbito de las competencias del Instituto Municipal de Educación y Bibliotecas (en adelante IMEB) dirigidas a las Asociaciones de Madres y Padres de Alumnos (en adelante AMYPA) y Asociaciones de Familias de Alumnos (en adelante AFA) de los Centros de Educación Infantil y Primaria (en adelante CEIP) públicos de Calvià para la contratación de monitores de apoyo a los alumnos/as con necesidades educativas especiales de las Aulas de Pascua, Aulas de Navidad y jornadas lúdicas del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 2. Concepto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tiene la consideración de subvención cualquier prestación directa o indirecta, cuantificable económicamente, a cargo del IMEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CAPÍTULO II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 3. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias son las AMYPA/AFA de los CEIP públicos de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 4. Objeto de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar el apoyo a los alumnos/as con necesidades educativas especiales que participen en las Aulas de Pascua, Aulas de Navidad y jornadas lúdicas del año 2025, con la contratación de monitores de apoyo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El IMEB pone a disposición de las AMYPA/AFA, durante el periodo de vacaciones escolares de Pascua, Navidad y jornadas lúdicas, los siguientes CEIP: Galatzó (es Capdellà), Ses Rotes Velles (Santa Ponça), Puig de Sa Morisca (Santa Ponça), Puig de Sa Ginesta (Urb. Galatzó), Xaloc (Peguera), Son Ferrer, Jaume I (Palmanova), Bendinat, Ca's Saboners (Magaluf), Ses Quarterades (Calvià Vila) y Son Caliu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las AMYPA/AFA del municipio, que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en esta convocatoria y que estén interesadas en realizar Aulas de Pascua, Aulas de Navidad y jornadas lúdicas del año 2025, en alguno de los centros públicos mencionados, deberán presentar un escueto proyecto con los destinatarios, objetivos, actividades, metodología, coordinación y evaluación global del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 5. Crédito presupuestario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico que se deriven de la concesión de las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria existe crédito suficiente en la partida 10 32000 4800002 del presupuesto del IMEB del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía total de las subvenciones convocadas es de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Sin perjuicio de que en aplicación del artículo 58.2 del Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones se pueda ampliar el crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 6. Compatibilidad de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las subvenciones son compatibles con otras ayudas para la misma finalidad otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes públicos o privados, nacionales e internacionales, siempre que, conjunta o aisladamente, no se supere el coste de la actividad y/o proyecto objeto de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 7. Iniciación, Instrucción, resolución y notificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento para la concesión de subvenciones en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, se ajustará al artículo 23 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento para la solicitud de las subvenciones recogidas en estas bases se iniciará a petición de la entidad interesada, de acuerdo con los principios de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas y de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre de Régimen jurídico del Sector Público. Los órganos competentes para la instrucción y resolución del procedimiento se especifican en el Capítulo IV de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la información contenida en las solicitudes para la correspondiente convocatoria, previa comprobación de que las AMYPA/AFA solicitantes reúnen los requisitos exigidos, y tras la valoración de las mismas por parte del Comisión Evaluadora designada a tal efecto, se elevará propuesta de la concesión y/o denegación de subvenciones y los motivos que concurrieran a tal efecto, adjudicándose y/o denegándose, en su caso, mediante Resolución de la Presidenta del IMEB. Asimismo también se formulará expresamente propuesta motivada de la denegación de las solicitudes que no reúnan los requisitos establecidos en las bases de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, el órgano competente requerirá a la entidad interesada para que la subsane en el plazo máximo de 5 días hábiles, a partir de la notificación de subsanación, indicándole que si no lo hiciese se le tendrá por desistido de su solicitud, previa resolución que deberá ser dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 26 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, en remisión al artículo 40 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, la Resolución de concesión y, en su caso, de denegación de las subvenciones, se publicará en la página web municipal a efectos de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para la resolución y notificación de la concesión y/o denegación de las subvenciones será de diez días hábiles, a contar desde la fecha de publicación de la presente convocatoria en el BOIB, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 25 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolución de concesión y/o denegación de las subvenciones emitida por la Presidenta del IMEB que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 41 de los Estatutos del IMEB y el artículo 112 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el Alcalde-Presidente de la Corporación, en el término de un mes a contar desde la notificación, de conformidad a lo que dispone el artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, sin perjuicio que se pueda presentar cualquier otro recurso que se considere pertinente. El recurso se ha de presentar en el Registro General o en cualquiera de las formas determinadas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 8. Percepción de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para recibir la subvención concedida es imprescindible que hayan sido adecuadamente justificadas las subvenciones otorgadas en anteriores convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 9. Presentación de la documentación (Solicitud y justificación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tanto la solicitud (anexo I) como la justificación (anexo V), junto con la documentación requerida, se tiene que presentar de manera telemática a través del Registro Electrónico del Ajuntament o IMEB, o en las oficinas y registros que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común, en los plazos y con la documentación que en cada caso se determina en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 10. Actividades subvencionables, plazos, documentación de solicitud y de justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La participación de menores residentes con necesidades educativas especiales (nee)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objeto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Será objeto de subvención las AMYPA/AFA que tengan inscripciones de alumnos nee, residentes en Calvià, con la certificación del organismo correspondiente, igual o superior a un 33%. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta subvención se aplica en las mismas condiciones a menores que estén en situación de acogida en familias residentes en Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Importe de la subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la contratación de personal adicional de apoyo para los menores residentes con necesidades educativas especiales, en base a las siguientes cuantías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actividades concretas: 15 €/hora (sortides i similars)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contratación jornada parcial (de 9 a 14 horas): 75 €/ por día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aulas de Navidad: 23, 24, 29, 30 y 31 de diciembre de 2025 y 2 y 5 de enero de 2026, cumpliendo al calendario escolar publicado por la Conselleria de Educación para el curso escolar 2025/26. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Jornadas lúdicas: actividades en días no lectivos aprobados por Consejo Escolar del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentación a presentar para solicitar la subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6 días hábiles posteriores a la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 11. Control técnico y financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las AMYPA/AFA beneficiarias quedan sometidas a las medidas de comprobación y de fiscalización que el IMEB considere oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 12. Reintegro de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se producirá el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y la exigencia del interés de demora que se genere desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha en que se acuerde la procedencia del reintegro en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Obtención de la subvención falseando las condiciones o datos requeridos u ocultando las que hubieran impedido el otorgamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Incumplimiento total o parcial del objetivo, de la actividad, del proyecto o la no adopción del comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Cualquier otro caso que esté regulado por la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 13.- Protección de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- La finalidad con la que se tratan sus datos es la tramitación y gestión de la convocatoria de subvenciones enmarcadas en el ámbito competencial del IMEB de Calviá y dirigidas tanto a las Asociaciones de Madres y Padres de Alumnos de los Centros de Educación Infantil y Primaria públicos de Calviá para la realización de aulas de ocio adaptado, como a las familias que deseen participar en las mismas y cumplan los requisitos establecidos en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- La base legal para el tratamiento de los datos facilitados, tanto en la solicitud como en la documentación que pueda ser adjuntada, se basa en el artículo 6.1.c) del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, cumplimiento de una obligación legal y en el art. 6.1.e) cumplimiento de una misión realizada en interés público en base a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- Las entidades solicitantes pueden ejercitar, en los casos y formas previstos en la legislación vigente, los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, oposición y portabilidad, mediante registro presencial, en el Servicio de Atención al Ciudadano del IMEB calle Julià Bujosa Sans Batle, núm 1, Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Si en el ejercicio de sus derechos, la entidad interesada no ha sido debidamente atendida podrá presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 28001 Madrid – Sede electrónica: sedeagpd.gob.es. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 14. Requisitos de las entidades solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los requisitos imprescindibles para solicitar y recibir las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Estar legalmente constituida como AMYPA/AFA de los CEIP públicos del municipio de Calvià y estar inscrita en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones del Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Haber presentado la solicitud y la documentación requerida en esta convocatoria en forma y plazos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, la Seguridad Social, la Agencia Tributaria Estatal y el Ajuntament de Calvià y sus organismos autónomos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Cumplir con todo lo establecido en las presentes bases así como en la normativa y la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El IMEB consultará los datos pertinentes para la resolución del trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15. Derechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias perceptoras de la subvención tienen derecho a obtener el apoyo y la colaboración del IMEB en la realización de la actividad o proyecto que se subvencione (permisos, autorizaciones, licencias, etc.), una vez haya autorizado a la AMYPA/AFA el uso del Colegio para realizar las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El IMEB asume el servicio de conserjería y limpieza, una vez dada la conformidad al horario propuesto por la AMYPA/AFA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. El IMEB asume el mantenimiento de las instalaciones de los colegios cedidos, en el marco de sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. El IMEB prestará asesoramiento a las AMYPA/AFA para gestionar la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. El IMEB tramitará las peticiones de espacios y recursos municipales hechos por la AMYPA/AFA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que el servicio no sea correcto, de acuerdo con las AMYPA/AFA, el IMEB podrá tomar las medidas que considere oportunas para mejorar el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria puede subcontratar parcial o totalmente la actividad o proyecto a subvencionar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 16. Obligaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de una solicitud de subvención para una actividad implica el conocimiento y aceptación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- En cualquier caso, la AMYPA/AFA está obligada a cumplir todo lo establecido en esta convocatoria y bases reguladoras, así como en la normativa general de subvenciones y la legislación vigente aplicable a las actividades de tiempo libre educativo para la infancia y la juventud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- La AMYPA/AFA es responsable de planificar, gestionar y desarrollar la actividad cumpliendo con la normativa vigente en el caso de que realice la prestación del servicio de forma directa. En el supuesto de que la AMYPA/AFA opte por contratar una empresa para desarrollar la actividad, podrá delegar dichas responsabilidades en la empresa contratada, en cuyo caso, deberá notificarlo al IMEB con la correspondiente conformidad de la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Si por uso indebido o carencia de supervisión de la persona responsable del aula de verano se ocasionan desperfectos en el centro educativo, la AMYPA/AFA o empresa en quién delegue se responsabilizará de los daños ocasionados, coordinando con el IMEB el restablecimiento y/o reparación de esos daños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- La AMYPA/AFA, o empresa en quién delegue, tendrá que velar por un consumo responsable de agua y luz y, en caso de que se produzca un exceso en el consumo habitual, deberá hacerse cargo del coste adicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- La AMYPA/AFA, o empresa en quién delegue, tendrá que dar aviso inmediato al IMEB de todas las incidencias, ya sean materiales o con los participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- La AMYPA/AFA, o empresa en quién delegue, deberá cumplir o hacer cumplir la normativa aplicable en materia de legislación laboral, especialmente en materia de contratación y prevención de riesgos laborales. Asimismo, deberá velar por la exigencia de que el personal al servicio de estas aulas, disponga del certificado que acredite la inexistencia de antecedentes por delitos sexuales mediante la aportación del certificado negativo del registro censal de delincuentes sexuales de acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 1/1996 de Protección Jurídica del Menor modificada por la Ley 26/2015 y la Ley 45/2015 de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- La AMYPA/AFA y las empresas que gestionen la actividad deberán cumplir con lo dispuesto en la legislación vigente referente a la protección de datos de carácter personal, concretamente deberán dar cumplimiento a las exigencias establecidas en el REGLAMENTO (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglamento general de protección de datos) y en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- La AMYPA/AFA, o empresa en quién delegue deberá cumplir con lo establecido en la Ley orgánica 8/2021, de 4 de junio, de protección integral de la infancia y la adolescencia frente a la violencia, especialmente lo referido al artículo 16 sobre el deber de comunicación cualificado en caso de tener conocimiento de una situación de violencia ejercida sobre los participantes en la actividad, debiendo comunicarlo de forma inmediata a los servicios sociales competentes. Además, cuando de dicha violencia pudiera resultar que la salud o la seguridad de la persona participante se encontrase amenazada, deberán comunicarlo de forma inmediata a las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad y/o al Ministerio Fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos del Ajuntament de Calvià facilitarán información a las entidades gestoras de la actividad para el acceso a la notificación a través del Registro Unificado de Maltrato a la Infancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades perceptoras de la subvención están obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Revisar y comprobar todos los datos y documentos que se entreguen en la solicitud y justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Hacer uso de los anexos de esta convocatoria sin hacer ninguna modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Hacer constar en la documentación y en los elementos publicitarios del proyecto, comunicados, etc., el apoyo a la actividad por parte del IMEB (obligación de incluir el logo del IMEB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) En caso de renuncia, a comunicarlo formalmente de forma expresa y motivada, en el plazo de seis días contados a partir del día siguiente a la notificación de la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Realizar la actividad o proyecto para el cual se concede la subvención ajustándose a los objetivos previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y facilitar la información que le sea requerida. En relación con la acreditación de la formación de monitores y directores de las aulas y altas y bajas del personal, deberá estar disponible toda la documentación durante el desarrollo de dichas aulas, a requerimiento del IMEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Rendir cuentas de las modificaciones que surjan en la realización del proyecto y justificarlas adecuadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Comunicar la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad procedentes de otras administraciones, entidades públicas o privadas, nacionales o internacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Presentar una pequeña memoria de la actividad, en el plazo señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CAPÍTULO IV&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ÓRGANO COMPETENTE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 17. Órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Rector del IMEB es el órgano competente para aprobar las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria de cada tipo de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presidencia del IMEB tiene la competencia para resolver la adjudicación de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 18. Composición y funciones de la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora estará formada por tres miembros, personal técnico adscrito al IMEB designados por la Presidencia del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funciones de la Comisión Evaluadora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Autorizar los proyectos que cumplan la normativa y las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Desestimar los proyectos que no presenten una coherencia interna o cuyo desarrollo no sea factible, de acuerdo con las finalidades de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Examinar y valorar las solicitudes de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Elaborar el informe dirigido al Órgano instructor con indicación de las entidades beneficiarias e importes que correspondan en función de la documentación presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Supervisar el desarrollo de las aulas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 19. Composición y función del Órgano Instructor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Órgano Instructor será la gerencia del IMEB, responsable de formular la propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, y de notificar a las entidades interesadas que tienen un plazo de 5 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo establecido, la propuesta de resolución provisional tendrá carácter de definitiva. En caso contrario, una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar la entidad solicitante o solicitantes para las que se propone la ayuda, y su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 20. Documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Toda la documentación correspondiente a la solicitud de subvenciones recogidas en estas bases, y a la justificación de éstas, ha de ser publicada en el BOIB, en la Base Nacional de Subvenciones; ha de estar disponible en la página web municipal (www.calvia.com) y se puede solicitar por correo electrónico a imeb@calvia.com.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
