    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Decreto 34/2014, de 1 de agosto, por el que se fijan los principios generales de la pesca recreativa y deportiva en las aguas interiores de las Illes Balears, con el objeto de velar por la conservación de los recursos marinos, regula la sostenibilidad de la actividad en particular en cuanto a licencias, campeonatos, cuotas y tallas, aparejos autorizados y otros aspectos técnicos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En este sentido, el punto 5 del artículo 11 del Decreto 34/2014 citado, prevé que el director general de Pesca pueda fijar y actualizar, mediante una resolución, las cuotas máximas de captura por licencia, en número de piezas, de las especies que tengan más interés comercial o biológico, mientras los consejos insulares no las fijen para los ámbitos territoriales respectivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Po otro lado&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, e&lt;/span&gt;l Decreto 34/2014, en la Disposición final segunda, faculta al consejero de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural para que, mediante una orden, pueda llevar a cabo las acciones que permitan un desarrollo de la pesca recreativa sostenible y armónico con la pesca profesional. Por ello, para promover la participación del sector en la gestión de la pesca recreativa, &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;mediante la Orden &lt;/span&gt;5/2024 del consejero de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural, se creó la Comisión de Cogestión de la Pesca Marítima Recreativa de las Illes Balears&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, órgano de participación pública del que forman parte representantes de todos los actores relevantes y de las administraciones afectadas, al cual se ha dotado de capacidad de intervenir en la toma de decisiones y hacer propuestas en la gestión de la pesca recreativa en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la segunda reunión de dicha Comisión de Cogestión, celebrada el 18 de diciembre de 2024, se debatió la propuesta, de un grupo de expertos, de fijar una cuota máxima diaria, para todas las modalidades de pesca recreativa, para diversas especies de peces, en concreto la lubina, la dorada, el cabracho, el gallo de San pedro, la serviola, el raor, el dentón y los meros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En consecuencia, una vez oído el debate de la Comisión y consultados los Consejos insulares, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cuotas máximas de captura por licencia de pesca recreativa &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
