La Resolución del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 11 de noviembre de 2019, (BOIB núm. 156, de 16 de noviembre), actualizó la oferta formativa para el curso 2019/2020 de una serie de centros públicos de educación secundaria, centros integrados de formación profesional y en centros de educación de personas adultas, entre ellos el IES Politécnico que quedó configurado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La resolución del consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional de 22 de junio de 2022, (BOIB núm. 87, de 5 de julio) autorizó la implantación de la modalidad de bachillerato General en todos los centros que tenían autorizadas las modalidades de 'Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales y Ciencias y Tecnología, entre ellos, en el IES Politècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. El informe del Jefe de Departamento de Formación Profesional y Cualificaciones Profesional, de 19 de marzo de 2024, donde se analiza la posibilidad de convertir el IES Politècnic en un Centro Integrado de Formación Profesional, concluye que la propuesta se ajusta en la línea estratégica de ampliación de la red de centros integrados, porque, entre otros motivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Representa una mejora de la calidad de la oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituye un eje estratégico por la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa, puesto que por su ubicación e historia permitiría reforzar la imagen del centro educativo como referente de la formación profesional en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Permitiría contar con un CIFP en el centro de la ciudad que facilitaría la conectividad con el resto de la Isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. El Plan de Infraestructuras Educativas recoge, al referirse al municipio de Palma, que el IES Politècnic debe convertirse en un Centro Integrado de Formación Profesional (CIFP) de referencia, por lo que necesitará una reforma integral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. El informe conjunto de la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas y la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa sobre la configuración del CIFP Politècnic, del municipio de Palma, de 21 de noviembre de 2024, establece que con el fin de llevar a cabo de reconversión del centro, deben extinguirse del centro los estudios de ESO y bachillerato de forma progresiva a partir del curso 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plan para llevar a cabo esta supresión debe seguir esta cronología:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2025-2026: supresión de 1º de la ESO y 1º de bachillerato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2026-2027: supresión de 2º de la ESO y 2º de bachillerato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2027-2028: supresión de 3º de la ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2028-2029: supresión de 4º de la ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hay que tener en cuenta que los estudios de ESO podrían prolongarse un curso más, dependiendo de los alumnos repetidores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cuanto a la oferta de Formación Profesional se impartirán los estudios de las familias profesionales ya existentes, se ampliarán con las familias profesionales que se ofrecen en los otros IES de influencia, cuyos estudios absorberá el CIFP Politècnic para dar cabida al alumnado de ESO y bachillerato, y se implantarán nuevas familias profesionales de forma progresiva, según la disposición y adecuación de los espacios del edificio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El 4 de febrero de 2025, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas emitió una propuesta de resolución por la que se autoriza la modificación de la configuración del IES Politècnic, de Palma, como consecuencia de la supresión progresiva de los estudios de educación secundaria obligatoria y bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que establece, en el artículo 36.2, que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo, y suplemento en catalán núm. 9, de 16 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Ley orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de mayo), modificada por la Ley orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears, que establece en el artículo 102 de creación de centros, que la creación, la supresión y la transformación de centros públicos corresponde al Gobierno de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6. La Ley orgánica 3/2022, de 31 de marzo, de ordenación e integración de la Formación Profesional (BOE núm. 78, de 1 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;7 . El Real decreto 1558/2005, de 23 de diciembre, por el que se regulan los requisitos básicos de los centros integrados de formación profesional, que desarrolla lo que se establece en el artículo 11 de la ley orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio , de las calificaciones y de la formación profesional (BOE núm. 312, de 30 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8. El Decreto 96/2010, de 30 de julio, por el que se regulan los centros integrados de formación profesional en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#595959"&gt;9. El Decreto 5/2024, de 29 de mayo, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio; por el Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto; por el Decreto 1/2024, de 4 de enero, y por el Decreto 4/2024, de 17 de mayo (BOIB núm. 73, de 31 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, y de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas con fecha 4 de febrero de 2025, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Autorizar la modificación de la configuración del IES Politècnic, de Palma, como consecuencia de la supresión progresiva de los estudios de educación secundaria obligatoria y bachillerato de acuerdo con esta planificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2025-2026: supresión de 1º de la ESO y 1º de bachillerato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2026-2027: supresión de 2º de la ESO y 2º de bachillerato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2027-2028: supresión de 3º de la ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso 2028-2029: supresión de 4º de la ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hay que tener en cuenta que los estudios de ESO podrían prolongarse un curso más, dependiendo de los alumnos repetidores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar el cambio de denominación del centro, que pasará a ser centro integrado de formación profesional (CIFP), a partir del momento en que se extingan completamente los estudios de educación secundaria obligatoria y bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Comunicar esta Resolución al centro educativo, a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados, a la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa y al Departamento de Inspección Educativa (DIE) para su conocimiento a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
