    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada por Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria del día 30 de diciembre de 2024, de la cual se transcribe el siguiente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Conceder&lt;/strong&gt; una subvención a la &lt;strong&gt;Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt; con CIF G07179088 por importe de &lt;strong&gt;30.000 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo según las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE. Ley 38/2003 y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: funcionamiento de la cofradía de pescadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA. Desde el 1 de enero de 2024 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. Antes del 31 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: mediante presentación de la cuenta justificativa «simplificada» según modelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR: la cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: la falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR la concesión de otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PAGO una vez informado favorablemente la cuenta justificativa por los servicios técnicos del Área de Sector Primario y Litoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS no procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Autorizar y disponer&lt;/strong&gt; el gasto con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;strong&gt;2024/4/410/48000/01 &lt;/strong&gt;a favor del beneficiario &lt;strong&gt;Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt; con CIF G07179088 por el importe concedido de &lt;strong&gt;30.000 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Aceptar&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;la justificación&lt;/strong&gt; presentada por el beneficiario y, en consecuencia, &lt;strong&gt;reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe de la subvención íntegramente.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- Notificar&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo a la Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera para su conocimiento y efector oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios del Consell Insular de Formentera y en la página web de esta Administración, a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Dar cuenta&lt;/strong&gt; a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presidente,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Intervenido y conforme,&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Óscar Portas Juan&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;el interventor,&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Pablo Serra Serra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Formentera, con fecha de la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno, en ejercicio de las competencias que le corresponden [artículos 130.2, 132 (en relación al artículo 28) y 134 de la Ley 4/2022, 28 de junio, de consejos insulares], y en base a aquello propuesto (que conforme a los artículos 35 y 88.3 y 6 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones publicas supone la motivación de este acto), adopta, por unanimidad, el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la propuesta transcrita que se da aquí por reproducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
