&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- APROBAR y SUSCRIBIR &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;la Adenda modificativa del Convenio específico entre el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y el Ayuntamiento de Eivissa para la ejecución del Plan estratégico de inversiones municipales (PLA 5), año 2024 firmado el día 4 de octubre de 2024 con CSV 15706073544360320502, en el sentido de modificar el anexo I del Convenio donde consta la totalidad de las obras y las inversiones por las que el Ayuntamiento recibe ayuda económica del Consejo, para incorporar las modificaciones consensuadas por la Comisión bilateral paritaria de seguimiento, de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Consta en la cláusula duodécima del convenio que: "Los términos de este convenio podrán ser revisados siempre que no alteren el importe de la ayuda total concedida a la finalización o el plazo de ejecución del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las modificaciones objeto de la presente adenda no suponen en ningún caso un gasto económico suplementario respecto del importe aportado por el Consell Insular de Eivissa al citado convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt; La Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, en su artículo 36, establece que es competencia de las diputaciones o entidades equivalentes, como es el caso de los Consells Insular de acuerdo con el artículo 41 de dicha ley, la asistencia y la cooperación jurídica, económica y técnica a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.&lt;/strong&gt; La Ley 7/1985 también prevé la competencia de asegurar la prestación integral y adecuada en todo el territorio insular de los servicios de competencia municipal y, en este sentido, el C&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;onsejo&lt;/span&gt; Insular de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ibiza&lt;/span&gt; puede otorgar subvenciones y ayudas con cargo a sus fondos propios para la realización y mantenimiento de obras e inversiones de competencia municipal, las cuales se podrán instrumentar mediante planes específicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.&lt;/strong&gt; En otro caso, en el marco de los principios generales que deben regir las relaciones entre las diferentes administraciones públicas de dicha Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, se dispone en el artículo 3 que las administraciones públicas, en sus relaciones, se rigen por los principios de cooperación, colaboración y coordinación, y en su actuación por los criterios de eficacia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las partes se reconocen mutuamente la capacidad legal necesaria para formalizar esta Adenda modificativa en el Convenio de colaboración firmado el día 4 de octubre de 2024, de acuerdo con las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
