&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;La Comisión Permanente del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca, en sesión extraordinaria y urgente de fecha 14 de octubre de 2024, aprueba las bases y la convocatoria del proceso de selección de provisión de los puestos de director/a, coordinador/a de servicios generales y coordinador/a asistencial del Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Las características de los puestos objeto de aquella convocatoria se recogen en el anexo de las bases aprobadas y especifican, entre otros, el tipo de empleados públicos que pueden acceder (funcionarios y laborales) y los puntos que corresponden al complemento específico , indicando que en el puesto de «coordinación de servicios generales» (código 62002) le corresponden 570 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 74 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, el artículo 29 y siguientes de la Ley 3/2007 de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, el complemento específico de todos los puestos de trabajo del personal funcionario y laboral se recoge en las correspondientes relaciones de puestos de trabajo u otros instrumentos organizativos similares como los catálogos de puestos de trabajo previstos en la disposición transitoria segunda del Real decreto 861/1986, de 25 de abril, por el que se establece el régimen de las retribuciones de los funcionarios de Administración Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca se había reunido, en sesión extraordinaria y urgente, unas horas antes del mismo día 14 de octubre de 2024, aprobando, entre otros asuntos, una modificación Catálogo de puestos de trabajo del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca en la que se especificaba que el puesto de «coordinador de servicios generales» (código 62002), al que puede acceder personal funcionario y laboral, tenía un complemento específico 620 puntos. Valoración coincidente con la recogida en la versión anterior a esta modificación del Catálogo de puestos de trabajo del Consorcio por el puesto laboral de «coordinador/a de servicios generales» (BOIB núm. 106, de 29.08.2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que la mencionada modificación del Catálogo de puestos de trabajo del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca afectaba a todos los puestos objeto del procedimiento de provisión de los puestos de director/a, coordinador/a de servicios generales y coordinador/a asistencial del Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita y que el cuadro anexo de las bases de dicho procedimiento ya se ajustaba a aquellos cambios salvo en lo que se refiere a los puntos del complemento específico del puesto de «coordinación de servicios» generales» (código 62002) ya que aparecían 570 puntos en lugar de los 620 que realmente le correspondían. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Todos los miembros de la Comisión Permanente forman parte de la Junta de Gobierno y por tanto, dispusieron de la información relativa a la modificación parcial del Catálogo, incluido el informe de la jefa del Servicio de Gestión de Personas del Consejo Insular de Menorca que le sirve de fundamento. Sin embargo, en ese momento no se detectó el error del anexo de las bases del procedimiento de provisión de aquellos puestos de trabajo en cuanto al complemento específico del puesto de «coordinación de servicios generales» (código 62002) . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que el artículo 109 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, prevé que «las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, (...), en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de los interesados, errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Visto que en el BOIB núm. 6, de 11 de enero de 2025, se publicó el citado acuerdo de la Comisión Permanente del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca, de 14 de octubre de 2024, relativo a la aprobación de las bases y de la convocatoria para la provisión de puestos de trabajos de dirección, coordinación asistencial y coordinación de servicios generales del Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Dado que el proceso de provisión se encuentra actualmente abierto y en fase de presentación de solicitudes, y que el plazo de presentación finaliza el 3 de febrero de 2025, se considera adecuado corregir el error detectado de forma inmediata garantizando la libre concurrencia de los aspirantes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Valorando que el artículo 32 de la Ley 39/2015 prevé que «la Administración, salvo precepto en contrario, puede conceder de oficio o a petición de los interesados una ampliación de los plazos establecidos que no exceda de la mitad de éstos, si las circunstancias lo aconsejan y con ello no se perjudican derechos de tercero». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Como presidenta del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca, en ejercicio de artes. 14 de los Estatutos del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca, así como el resto de normativa concordante, que determina las competencias de la presidencia del Consorcio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
