    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por medio del presente anuncio se hace público, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 127 del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones le&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, en sesión plenaria celabrada el día 20 de diciembre de 2024, adoptó, entre otros el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;APROBAR la modificación puntual de la estructura organizativa del área de DEPORTES, según se establece en el organigrama Anexo I al presente acuerdo, con de fin de hacer frente a las nuevas necesidades surgidas y contribuir a la consecución de la eficacia en la prestación de los servicios y de la eficiencia en la utilización de los recursos económicos disponibles mediante la dimensión adecuada de sus efectivos y su mejor distribución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;CREAR los siguientes puestos de trabajo en la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo en base a las consideraciones expuestas en el presente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;NOTIFICAR la presente Resolución a las personas que ocupen puestos de trabajo que hayan sido modificados a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a los efectos de público conocimiento. Asimismo se publicará en el Portal de Transparencia de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Remitir el presente acuerdo a la Administración General del Estado y a la Comunidad Autónoma de Baleares dentro del plazo de treinta días. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt; Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, ante el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer Vd. cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
