El 9 de diciembre de 2024 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 167 la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 4 de diciembre de 2024 por la que se nombró personal estatutario fijo y se adjudicaron plazas a las personas que habían superado el concurso extraordinario para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría logopeda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;del Servicio de Salud convocado por medio de la Resolución de 12 de diciembre de 2022 del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error en el anexo I y II de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 4 de diciembre de 2024, en el nombre de una opositora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que «las Administraciones públicas podrán asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Corregir el error observado en el anexo I y II, de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 4 de diciembre de 2024, publicada el 9 de diciembre de 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
