    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se han advertido una serie de errores, que se indica a continuación, en la Resolución del director gerente de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca por la que se aprueba la convocatoria por el sistema de concurso oposición para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral por el turno libre de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2021, 2022 y 2023. Con el fin de subsanarlas, y de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003 de 26 de marzo de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, se llevan a cabo las siguientes correcciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Real Decreto 2387/2004, de 30 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento del Sector Ferroviario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Real decreto 929/2020, de 27 de octubre, sobre seguridad operacional e interoperabilidad ferroviarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Ley 31/1995, de 8 de noviembre, de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El Real Decreto 614/2001, de 8 de junio, sobre disposiciones mínimas para la protección de la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores frente al riesgo eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
