&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;52, de 20 de abril), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Dirección General de Investigación en Salud, Formación y Acreditación (Consejería de Salud) ha instado la modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones mencionado, concretamente dentro del punto 5 («Digitalización e I+D+i») del objetivo I («Estímulo de la economía balear»), con el fin de posibilitar su convocatoria en la anualidad 2025, dado que no fue objeto de convocatoria en el año 2024, tal y como se preveía inicialmente en el mencionado Plan. Asimismo, se modifica el capítulo al que se imputa el gasto de esta línea, que pasa a ser el capítulo IV, sin que se modifique el fondo finalista asignado inicialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta línea ya fue objeto de modificación mediante una resolución el 21 de junio de 2024 para posibilitar que los investigadores clínicos pudieran beneficiarse de las ayudas para la contratación de personal de investigación dentro del ecosistema de conocimiento e innovación en salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El apartado tercero del mencionado acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno establece que las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Corresponde, por lo tanto, al consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el apartado 9 de la Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación de 27 de julio de 2023 de delegación de competencias y de delegación de firma en determinados órganos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, otras consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears y del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears, y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, se delega en la secretaria general de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación la firma de las resoluciones de modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los artículos 25 y 31 de la &lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por los decretos de la presidenta de las Illes Balears 16/2023, de 20 de julio; 17/2023, de 23 de agosto; 1/2024, de 4 de enero; 4/2024, de 17 de mayo, y 5/2024, de 29 de mayo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 9/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en el que se nombra al señor Antoni Costa Costa consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Baleares para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado por un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno el 19 de abril de 2024, en el sentido de modificar la línea&amp;nbsp;I.5.12, que pasa a tener la siguiente redacción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I.5.12Dirección general:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Dirección General de Investigación en Salud, Formación y Acreditación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fuente de financiación:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; capítol 4 FF 19213 (FSE+ 60&amp;nbsp;%).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Descripción:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; ayudas para contratar personal de investigación predoctoral y personal de investigación clínico en formación, dentro del ecosistema de conocimiento e innovación en salud, así como las correspondientes subvenciones para tasas académicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Finalidades y efectos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;promover la incorporación a la carrera de investigación de personal investigador predoctoral y de personal investigador clínico, y aumentar la masa crítica de los recursos humanos dedicados a la I+D+i en salud de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Convocatoria:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; anual (2025)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Incidencia sobre el mercado:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; sin incidencia sobre el mercado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
