&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha 21 de diciembre de 2023 se publicó en el BOIB nº. 172 la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas por la que se aprobaron la convocatoria, las bases, los ejercicios y temario, y el baremo de méritos de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, en los cuerpos de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En el apartado 1 de ejercicios y desarrollo de los procesos selectivos del anexo 3 de la convocatoria indicada en el punto anterior, se han detectado errores materiales referidos al número de alternativas a sortear de algunos cuerpos y en la redacción de los criterios de valoración de los tribunales, por lo que es conveniente rectificarlos para esclarecer y mejorar su redacción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que éstas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos que existan en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Por otra parte, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativos corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o disposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears y posteriores modificaciones, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Enmendar los errores materiales advertidos en el apartado 1 del anexo 3 de ejercicios y desarrollo de los procesos selectivos de la Resolución de 19 de diciembre de 2023 de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas por la que se aprobaron la convocatoria, las bases, los ejercicios y temario, y el baremo de méritos de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, en los cuerpos de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 172 de 21 de diciembre ), que quedan rectificadas en los términos establecidos en el anexo de la presente Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balear&lt;/em&gt;s, en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB (www.caib.es) y en el Portal del Opositor (http://oposicions.caib.es). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
