    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se hace público que el pasado 24 de enero de 2025 se dictó la siguiente Resolución de Presidencia, mediante la cual se nombra una nueva letrada para participar en la CTA y, como consecuencia, se indica la nueva composición de este órgano:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. - &lt;strong&gt;NOMBRAR&lt;/strong&gt; a la funcionaria de carrera del Consell de Formentera Sra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Victoria Moreno Toledo &lt;/strong&gt;como vocal de la &lt;strong&gt;CTA&lt;/strong&gt;, toda vez que el Sr. Cristian Coll Bellido que ejercía este cargo desde el 29 de mayo de 2024 se encuentra en estos momentos en situación laboral de baja médica por incapacidad temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. - &lt;strong&gt;INDICAR&lt;/strong&gt; que la composición actualizada de la CTA es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 licenciados/das en derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
