Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la cual se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para inversiones en explotaciones del sector de los frutos secos.</p> <p>2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la mencionada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes acabó el día 31/05/2024 , y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 106 solicitudes de ayuda.</p> <p>3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</p> <p>4. Los interesados señalados al Anexo I, han presentado una solicitud de dejación de la ayuda.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">Fundamentos de derecho</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p>1. Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la cual se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para inversiones en explotaciones del sector de los frutos secos.</p> <p>2. Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la cual se incrementan los créditos que prevé la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la cual se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para inversiones en explotaciones del sector de los frutos secos.</p> <p>3. Orden del consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020.</p> <p>4. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">Propuesta de resolución de dejación</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p>Por todo esto, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los términos siguientes:</p> <p>1. Dar por desistidas las solicitudes presentadas por los interesados relacionados al Anexo Y, que son un total de 4 expedientes y que empieza con BERNAT MIQUEL RAMIS COLL y acaba con NADAL JOSEP GALMES SITJAR, por los motivos descritos al mencionado anexo, de la línea de ayudas “ Inversiones a las explotaciones del sector de los frutos secos ”.</p> <p>2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y proceder al archivo de los expedientes relacionados al Anexo I.</p> <p>3. Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">Interposición de recursos</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p>Contra esta resolución –que no agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Medio natural, en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y los artículos 121 y 122, de la Ley 39/2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
