&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica, siempre que se cumplan una de las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haber estado adheridos a un programa de intermediación entre propietarios e inquilinos del CIM desde el 3 de noviembre de 2023 al 2 de noviembre de 2024 y haber mantenido las condiciones establecidas en el contrato durante este período.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ser titulares de una o más viviendas destinadas al alquiler de larga duración a un precio asequible, de acuerdo a la base decimoséptima que determina los ítems de la Calculadora Alquiler Asequible &lt;em&gt;(https://goo.su/6UCtnD)&lt;/em&gt;, durante el período que va del 03 de noviembre de 2023 al 02 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se entiende como titular de una vivienda quienes ostenten un derecho real sobre el mismo que les faculta a alquilarla como arrendador (en régimen de propiedad, alquiler, usufructo o cualquier otro derecho que les faculte para ceder el uso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es establecer y regular las ayudas económicas del Consejo Insular de Menorca dirigidas, por un lado, a las personas propietarias que han alquilado su inmueble a un precio asequible y a largo plazo dentro de programas de intermediación entre propietarios e inquilinos del CIM, y por otro lado, a aquellos propietarios que tienen alquilado su inmueble durante todo el año a un precio asequible de acuerdo a los criterios establecidos por la Calculadora Alquiler Asequible. Estas ayudas económicas están dirigidas a las familias y a los colectivos más vulnerables, para garantizar el derecho a la vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatoria se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;regirá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; las bases reguladoras aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión de carácter &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;extra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ordinario de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;diciembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es 100.000 € (cien mil euros), desglosados de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes empezará al día siguiente de haberse publicado esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB)&lt;/em&gt; y finalizará el 28 de febrero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sexto. Otros datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los beneficiarios que dispongan de más de una vivienda tendrán que presentar una solicitud para cada inmueble objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El importe máximo que podrá concederse por solicitud será de 4.850,24 euros para la primera línea. Asimismo, para los solicitantes de la segunda línea, el importe no podrá superar los 850,24 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El período subvencionable es del 3 de noviembre de 2023 al 2 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
