    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la Resolución del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Función Pública del Consell de Mallorca de 8 de enero de 2025 para aprobar las bases generales que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos de promoción interna para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de Administración General, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el sistema de concurso oposición, de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2022 del Consell de Mallorca y de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2023 del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS) y se aprueban las bases específicas y las convocatorias respectivas (BOIB nº. 6, de 11 de enero de 2025), se han observado una serie de errores materiales en los puntos 1.1.2 de los anexos III, V y VII&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Fundamentos|Cimientos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de derecho&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Fundamentos|Cimientos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de fecha 28 de septiembre de 2022, que delega determinadas atribuciones del Consejo Ejecutivo en el consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública en materia de personal (BOIB nº. 128, de 1 de octubre de 2022), visto lo que dispone el artículo 9 de la Ley 40/2015, de 2 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, en relación con el artículo 28 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, de 14 de marzo de 2024, se delega en el consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Función Pública la competencia del presidente del IMAS para convocar y resolver el procedimiento de selección, incluida la resolución de recursos, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, de las plazas de la escala&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[escalera|escala]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Administración General de las categorías de Técnico/a Superior (derecho), Administrativo/va y Auxiliar de Administración General de la oferta pública de empleo&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[empleo|ocupación]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ordinario de los años 2021 y 2023 (BOIB nº. 43, de 30 de marzo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Por|Para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; todo lo que se ha expuesto, dicto la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Rectificar los errores existentes a los puntos 1.1.2 de los anexos III, V y VII de la Resolución del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Función Pública del Consell de Mallorca de 8 de enero de 2025 para aprobar las bases generales que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos de promoción interna para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de Administración General, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el sistema de concurso oposición, de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2022 del Consell de Mallorca y de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2023 del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS) y se aprueban las bases específicas y las convocatorias respectivas (BOIB nº. 6, de 11 de enero de 2025) de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
