    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ple del Ajuntament, en sesión ordinaria de día 19 de diciembre de 2024, en el punto quinto del orden del día, adoptó los acuerdos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Aprobar la modificación del puesto de trabajo código id. 1077, actual plaza de personal funcionario, del grupo profesional C1, categoría delineante, del programa presupuestario 151, para asignarle la categoría de delineante, del grupo profesional B, del mismo programa presupuestario. Esta modificación ajusta la plaza a los requerimientos de titulación exigidos por ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Establecer las condiciones retributivas del puesto de acuerdo con la tabla de salarios estatal correspondiente al grupo B publicada en el Real decreto 4/2024 por el que se prorrogan determinadas medidas para afrontar las consecuencias económicas y sociales derivadas de los conflictos en Ucrania y Oriente Próximo, y se adoptan medidas urgentes en materia fiscal, energética y social, y mantener el actual complemento específico que tiene el puesto de trabajo, sin perjuicio de una futura revisión en el marco de la RLT. Todo ello, de conformidad con la catalogación siguiente que se lleva a aprobación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Toma de datos con medidor láser, cinta métrica y otros instrumentos para el levantamiento de calles, solares, locales y edificaciones y de todas las obras competencia del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Confeccionar y desarrollar la documentación gráfica sobre accesibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Desarrollar proyectos de alumbrado público para fiestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Desarrollar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;planos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#c9211e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;relativos a modificaciones y reformas de edificios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Colaboración con otros departamentos, y plotear &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;planos&lt;/span&gt; de los proyectos en tramitación que necesiten cualquier tipo de estos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Comprobación y medición a pie de obra de los trabajos realizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tramitación, parte gráfica, de licencias de conexión de infraestructuras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Atención a los usuarios de manera presencial y telemáticamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Todas aquellas tareas propias de su categoría y relacionadas con el servicio que le sea encomendada y para la que haya sido instruido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Todas estas tareas se tendrán que ejecutar según la normativa básica de PRL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
