&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases 54 certamen bienal de Arte de Pollença &amp;nbsp;(BDNS 810384)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. PARTICIPANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Pueden optar al Certamen los artistas mayores de edad de cualquier nacionalidad y residencia, exceptuando a los ganadores de ediciones anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. CONDICIONES TÉCNICAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se propone una temática libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.1 Cada artista puede presentar un máximo de dos obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.2 Las obras no pueden haber sido premiadas en otros certámenes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.3 Los autores deben garantizar que la obra es original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.4 Se aceptan todas las técnicas y procedimientos, formatos o soportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. PRESELECCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se debe presentar un dossier en formato digital (PDF) que incluya los siguientes apartados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Ficha de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Currículum artístico resumido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Ficha técnica: título, técnica, tamaños o duración, año de realización, precio IVA incluido y un máximo de tres fotografías por obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Memoria descriptiva de la obra, con una extensión máxima de un DIN A4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. Material gráfico de los últimos tres años que considere apropiado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;f. Los autores deben garantizar, con una declaración jurada, que la obra no se presentará paralelamente a otros concursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;g. Los artistas informarán de la obtención de distinciones previas en otros certámenes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;h. Las reseñas bibliográficas y las críticas que se consideren oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. RECEPCIÓN DE DOSIERES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los dosieres deben entregarse en la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico: &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;certamenbiennalart@ajpollenca.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El último día de presentación será el 22 de febrero de 2025 a las 23.59 h, no se admitirá ningún dossier fuera de esa fecha y hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. JURADO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5.1. El jurado estará formado por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dª. Lourdes Melis Gomila, doctora en Turismo, historiadora del arte, gestora cultural &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;i&amp;nbsp;profesora del Departamento de Ciencias Históricas y Teoria de les Artes de la Universidad de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dª. Amparo Sard, artista, doctora en Bellas Artes por la Universidad de Barcelona, Master of Art in Media Studies por la New School University de Nueva York i jefa de estudios de Bellas Artes de Adema/Universitat de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El director del Museo de Pollença Andreu Aguiló Díaz actuará como secretario con voz y sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5.2. El jurado decide quien es el ganador o ganadora del primer premio; también selecciona a los quince artistas y las obras de entre los dosieres recibidos y les invita a participar en la exposición que se llevará a cabo en el recinto del Museo, en el convento de Santo Domingo, en la primavera de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De esta exposición se publicará un catálogo, del cual todos los participantes recibirán diez ejemplares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. SELECCIÓN, TRANSPORTE DE LAS OBRAS, EXPOSICIÓN Y RECOGIDA DE LOS DOSSIERS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.1 La selección se hará pública el día 10 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.2 El transporte de las obras de los artistas seleccionados es responsabilidad de cada artista. Los gastos ocasionados por la devolución de las obras procedentes de fuera de Mallorca correrán a cargo del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.3 El Ayuntamiento de Pollença no se responsabiliza de los desperfectos, deterioro, accidentes o pérdidas que se produzcan desde que se entreguen las obras y hasta que se devuelvan, aunque se tomarán las precauciones adecuadas de custodia y conservación de las obras recibidas, a la vez que sugiere que los embalajes sean reutilizables. Los seguros también correrán a cargo de los participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.4 No se aceptarán las obras que no se presenten en perfectas condiciones o las que, a raíz de la fragilidad o poca consistencia del material empleado, puedan deteriorarse a corto o medio plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. VEREDICTO PRIMER PREMIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.1 El Ayuntamiento de Pollença otorga un primer premio de 6.000 €. El premio está sujeto a la normativa fiscal vigente. La obra premiada pasará a formar parte de la colección del Museo de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.2 Crédito presupuestario y premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El premio se concederá, de acuerdo con la normativa presupuestaria, al ejercicio 2025. La previsión de la aplicación presupuestaria 333/48939 e importe es de 12.000 euros para el ejercicio 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Esta cuantía total máxima tiene carácter estimado, dado que está condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente al ejercicio 2025. En todo caso, la ejecución del gasto se realizará en la misma anualidad en que se produzca el otorgamiento del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.3 Los artistas seleccionados cobrarán 400 € por su participación en la exposición del 54º Certamen Bienal de Arte de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.4 El jurado comunicará el resultado al autor/a premiado antes de la inauguración de la exposición. El ganador o ganadora deberá asistir a la entrega del premio, y en caso de ausencia justificada deberá enviar un representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.5 El nombre del ganador/a se hará público el día de la inauguración de la exposición. El veredicto se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.6 El veredicto del jurado es inapelable, pudiendo el Certamen declararse desierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.7 Una vez decidida la obra premiada, se abrirá la posibilidad de compra del resto de obras seleccionadas, si así lo deciden sus autores, a cualquier institución que lo desee sin la intervención del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. PROPIEDAD DE LAS OBRAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;8.1 Los autores de las obras seleccionadas se comprometen a autorizar su reproducción, a efectos de divulgación del Certamen, mediante los apoyos que considere el Ayuntamiento, o terceras personas a instancia suya, durante la vigencia del Certamen, que será de un año a contar a partir del momento de la decisión del jurado. La autorización de los autores para el uso de estas obras no supondrá ningún tipo de gasto adicional para el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;8.2 El artista premiado cederá al Ayuntamiento de Pollença todos los derechos de reproducción y/o explotación, total o parcial y en cualquier soporte, de la obra galardonada, transmitiéndole los derechos de propiedad material, edición, exposición, reproducción, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. DEVOLUCIÓN DE LAS OBRAS NO PREMIADAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los autores seleccionados para la exposición dispondrán de un plazo máximo de dos meses, a partir de la clausura de la exposición, para retirar las obras o solicitar su envío; en caso contrario se considerarán cedidas y el Ayuntamiento podrá disponer de las mismas libremente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. ACEPTACIÓN E INTERPRETACIÓN DE LAS BASES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;10.1 La participación en esta convocatoria supone la aceptación estricta de estas bases, el respeto a las decisiones del jurado y la renuncia a cualquier reclamación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;10.2 La comisión organizadora se reserva el derecho de resolver cualquier iniciativa no regulada en estas bases. El jurado tiene la facultad de interpretarlas y suplir cualquier laguna o vacío de acuerdo a su finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
