    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Regidora de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, por resolución núm. 863, de 16 de enero de 2025, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Aprobar el anexo que se adjunta, según las calificaciones definitivas del primer ejercicio efectuado por el tribunal calificador de las pruebas del proceso selectivo de la convocatoria por concurso oposición por el turno libre de 2 places d'Enginyer/a Tècnic/a Industrial, vacants a la plantilla de funcionaris/es d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala l'Administració Especial, Subescala Tècnica, Classe Tècnics/as Mitjans, grup A, subgrup A2, dotades pressupostàriament, d'elles 1 plaça corresponent a la taxa de reposició de l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'any 2020 (BOIB núm. 200, de 26 de novembre de 2020), i 1 plaça corresponent a la taxa de reposició de l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'any 2021 (BOIB núm. 180 de 31 de desembre de 2021), per formar part del borsí per a posteriors nomenaments com a personal funcionari interí de la Subescala tècnica, grup A, subgrup A2, de l'Administració especial de l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El presente bolsín tiene carácter provisional, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 4.10 del Decreto 30/2009 de 22 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio de la administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, “ &lt;em&gt;agotada la posibilidad del apartado anterior, antes de aplicar el procedimiento extraordinario y sólo hasta la constitución definitiva de la bolsa de trabajo que tendrá lugar cuando termine el proceso selectivo de personal funcionario de un determinado cuerpo, escala o especialidad, puede utilizarse , para nombrar personal funcionario interino de ese mismo cuerpo, escala o especialidad, la relación de las personas aspirantes que hayan aprobado alguna de las pruebas o ejercicios realizados hasta ese momento, de acuerdo con el orden de prelación recogido en el artículo 3.4 de este Decreto. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las personas funcionarias interinas que empiecen a prestar servicios como consecuencia de este supuesto, estarán en la situación de no disponible en la bolsa que se constituya al finalizar el citado proceso selectivo. En el momento del cese se incorporan automáticamente a la bolsa ordinaria constituida, en el orden de prelación que les corresponda de acuerdo con el apartado 3 de este artículo &lt;/em&gt;.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEGUNDO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
