font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">De conformidad con lo establecido en el punto 3.<em>c</em> de las Disposiciones generales de la Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2024-2025 (BOIB núm. 59, de fecha 04-05-2024), se notifica a las siguientes personas solicitantes/beneficiarias de las ayudas para la agricultura ecológica, mediante publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2024000998, de fecha 4 de diciembre de 2024, y del siguiente tenor:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“.../…</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vistas </span><em>la</em><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">s </span><em>Bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito agrícola, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiza</em><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">, publicadas en el BOIB nº 51 de 15-04-2008 y su modificación en el BOIB nº 100 ext. de 30-06-2011.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Visto el Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, del día 12 de abril de 2024, de aprobación de la Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2024-2025 y correspondiente extracto que se publicó en el BOIB nº 59, de fecha 04-05-2024.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dado que existe crédito presupuestario y que lo propuesto es adecuado a la naturaleza del gasto que se propone contraer, y que se incorpora al expediente de la Convocatoria el correspondiente certificado de existencia de crédito de fecha 12 de marzo de 2024 (Exp. 2/2024000001716).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Visto el informe técnico emitido en fecha 20 de septiembre de 2024 por la ingeniera técnica agrícola de la Sección de Agricultura (Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino de este Consejo Insular) respecto a las solicitudes de concesión y pago de las ayudas económicas a la agricultura ecológica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vista la propuesta provisional de concesión de las ayudas económicas para el fomento de la agricultura ecológica, emitida en fecha 20 de septiembre de 2024 por el Jefe de Servicio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Caza, en funciones (Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dado que, en cumplimiento del artículo 24.4 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de subvenciones, se notificó a las personas interesadas, mediante publicación en el tablón de anuncios y edictos de la Sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, la propuesta de resolución provisional de concesión de ayudas económicas a la agricultura, emitida por la Sección de Agricultura el 20 de septiembre de 2024; y al respecto, se otorgó un plazo de diez días a partir del siguiente a la fecha de publicación para presentar las alegaciones que se considerasen oportunas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vistos los certificados generados como consecuencia de la publicación en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, desde el día 21 de septiembre 2024 hasta el 4 de octubre de 2024, de la notificación de la propuesta de resolución provisional de concesión de ayudas económicas a la agricultura ecológica, línea a) de la Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero de la isla de Ibiza para el año 2024-2025.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dado que, una vez realizadas las pertinentes búsquedas informáticas, y habiendo transcurrido el plazo establecido entre el 21 de septiembre de 2024 y el 4 de octubre de 2024, en relación con la presentación de alegaciones a la propuesta de resolución provisional de concesión de ayudas a la agricultura ecológica; constan en el Registro General de Entrada del Consell Insular d'Eivissa las alegaciones formuladas por: Samuel Fernández Giménez con DNI ***5817**, Francesca Prats Ribas con DNI ***5607**, Rocco Bertinetti con NIE ***4913**, Antonia Blanes Noguera ***5576** y la entidad Es Brot des Magres, S.L. con NIF B16633927.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Visto el informe emitido en fecha 7 de noviembre de 2024 por la técnica agrícola adscrita al Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino, que se pronuncia favorablemente a la aceptación de las alegaciones presentadas a la propuesta de resolución provisional de concesión de ayudas económicas para la agricultura ecológica; haciendo constar la cuantía máxima de ayuda que corresponde a cada una de las personas que presenta alegaciones a la propuesta provisional de concesión de la subvención; haciendo constar que la variación resultante no afecta al resto de personas solicitantes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Visto el informe técnico emitido en fecha 8 de noviembre de 2024 por la ingeniera técnica agrícola de la Sección de Agricultura (Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino de este Consell Insular) respecto las solicitudes de concesión y pago de las ayudas económicas para la agricultura ecológica, incorporado al expediente de referencia con CSV .../...</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Visto el informe de fecha 8 de noviembre de 2024 sobre el estado de seguimiento de las ayudas para la agricultura ecológica, en cumplimiento del art. 88.3 del Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, para hacer efectivo el pago por un importe de </span><strong>24.662,31€ </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">del vigente presupuesto del año 2024.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dado que la ayuda individual no supera el importe de 3.000 €, y las personas interesadas han presentado una declaración responsable que sustituye la presentación de los certificados de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la seguridad social en cumplimiento del art. 24 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, con el fin de dar cumplimiento al acuerdo de Pleno de fecha 29 de noviembre de 2018, sobre los requisitos básicos de la fiscalización previa limitada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dado el informe de la Tesorería de este Consejo de fecha 14 de agosto de 2024, que deja constancia que las personas físicas y jurídicas solicitantes de la ayuda se encuentran al corriente con las obligaciones tributarias con el Consejo el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y por tanto no están incursas en ningún procedimiento de reintegro.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vista la Propuesta de resolución de concesión de ayudas económicas a la agricultura ecológica, línea a) de la Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero de la isla de Ibiza para el año 2024-2025, emitida el 8 de noviembre de 2024 por el Jefe de Servicio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Caza en funciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Visto el informe favorable de fiscalización previa plena emitido por la Intervención de esta Corporación en fecha 2 de diciembre de 2024.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dada la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dado el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">En virtud de las competencias que tengo conferidas por la normativa vigente de aplicación,</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
