    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Alcaldía Presidencia, en fecha 13 de enero de 2025, vista la solicitud presentada por Jaume Falconer Perelló, Jaume Falconer Gelabert y Jaume Falconer Pericas, de traspaso de los derechos perpetuos de entierro de los nichos 1,3,5,7,11,13,15 de la Sepultura 160 de la Zona 2 del Cementerio Municipal de Algaida, los cuales figuran a nombre de Miguel Falconer Gelabert, Jaime Falconer Gelabert y Jaime Falconer Perelló, de acuerdo con el título de propiedad núm. 20, expedido en fecha 8 de abril de 1986, a favor de sus herederos y redistribuidos de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los nichos 9, 11 y 13 a favor Sr. Jaume Falconer Pericás, como heredero de Miguel Falconer Gelabert, de acuerdo con la escritura de manifestación, aceptación y adjudicación herencia de fecha 13 de julio de 2005, con protocolo 1801.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los nichos 1,3 y 15, Sr. Jaume Falconer Gelabert, las cede a su hijo Jaume Falconer Capella, de acuerdo a la instancia presentada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los nichos 7 y 5, Sr. Jaume Falconer Perelló, las cede a su hijo Llorenç Falconer Mestre, de acuerdo a la instancia presentada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En uso de las competencias que me atribuye la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local y el Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y disposiciones complementarias, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Admitir a trámite el inicio del procedimiento de traspaso de los derechos perpetuos de entierro de los nichos 1,3,5,7,11,13,15 de la Sepultura 160 de la Zona 2 del Cementerio Municipal de Algaida, los que figuran a nombre de Miguel Falconer Gelabert, Jaime Falconer Gelabert y Jaime Falconer Perelló, a favor de sus herederos y redistribuidos de la siguiente manera y expedir el correspondiente Título de Propiedad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nichos 9,11 y 13 a favor de Jaume Falconer Pericas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nichos 1,3 y 15 a favor de Jaume Falconer Gelabert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nichos 7 y 5 a favor de Llorenç Falconer Mestre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Publicar en el BOIB la presente resolución para que en el plazo de 10 días naturales contados a partir de su publicación, se puedan presentar las alegaciones o reclamaciones pertinentes.” Lo que se hace público por general conocimiento ya los efectos oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
