&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La jefa de Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural, en fecha 9 de enero de 2025, firmó el siguiente requerimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 25 de enero de 2024, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2024 de las ayudas destinadas al pago compensatorio para zonas con limitaciones específicas, y después de revisar la documentación presentada con la solicitud de la subvención de la línea de ayuda indicada anteriormente, se ha constatado que falta la documentación preceptiva o tiene los errores que se indican en el anexo I adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Le requiero para que en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) de este requerimiento, presente la documentación que falta y/o subsane los errores detectados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez transcurrido el plazo sin que haya presentado la documentación, se considerará que desiste de su solicitud, previa resolución del archivo de las actuaciones, de acuerdo con el artículo 68.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y de la Resolución de la convocatoria antes citada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
