Aprobación de la MF-932 relativa a la modificación de los puestos de trabajo de Jefe/a de sección del Departamento Tributario presentada por los responsables del Órgano de gestión Tributaria del Área de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior ]] 2025-01-16 CAIB text/html 2411 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 30/12/2024, y previa ratificación de la urgencia por unanimidad, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO. -</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-932 relativa a la modificación de los puestos de trabajo de Jefe/a de sección del Departamento Tributario presentada por los responsables del Órgano de gestión Tributaria, del Área de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong> Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.-</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
