&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las entidades que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta resolución han presentado en la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes una solicitud de subvención para apoyar a la organización de eventos deportivos que se celebren en temporada baja y que tengan un impacto significativo en el conjunto del sistema deportivo y turístico en las Illes Balears, año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El 3 de diciembre de 2024, la Comisión Técnica evaluó las solicitudes presentadas de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 10 de la convocatoria y emitió el informe técnico que sirvió de base a la Comisión Evaluadora para emitir el informe en el que se fundamentó la Propuesta de resolución formulada por la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 3 de diciembre de 2024, la Comisión Evaluadora se reunió para examinar el informe técnico y emitió el informe que sirvió de base al Director General de Deportes para dictar la Propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El 4 de diciembre de 2024 se dictó la Propuesta de resolución del Director General de Deportes de denegación de subvenciones al amparo de la Resolución del Consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes por la cual se convocan ayudas para la organización de eventos deportivos de alto nivel para federaciones deportivas y clubs deportivos de las Illes Balears, año 2024, publicada a la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes día 4 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Las entidades beneficiarias han dispuesto de 10 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El 5 de diciembre de 2024 la entidad Menorca Events SL (Expediente ESTB/2024/07) presentó escrito de alegaciones haciendo constar que había cometido un error respecto a la información de los datos proporcionados en la solicitud y sus anexos, y solicita que se tenga en cuenta la información corregida que presenta. Se desestiman las alegaciones presentadas debido a que no se trata de una simple corrección de una deficiencia en la solicitud, sinó que se declaró una información concreta y necesaria para evaluar la idoneidad para ser beneficiario de una subvención y no es posible aportar una nueva información en este momento procedimental. En concreto se declaró lo siguiente: se hizo constar la fecha 16/10/25 en el punto D del anexo 2; las fechas de las noticias corresponden al 2023; la fecha de retransmisión de televisión nacional es del 2023; en el proyecto explicativo se hizo constar evento de fecha 19 de octubre de 2025; el justificante de visualización corresponde al 10 de octubre de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Resolución del Consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes por la cual se convocan ayudas para la organización de eventos deportivos que se celebren en temporada baja y que tengan un impacto significativo en el conjunto del sistema deportivo y turístico en las Illes Balears, año 2024 (BOIB Núm. 131, de 5 de octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la Presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, BOIB núm. 94 de 10 de julio de 2023 (modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio y Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Denegar la concesión de una subvención para apoyar a la organización de eventos deportivos de alto nivel para federaciones deportivas y clubs deportivos de las Islas Baleares en el año 2024, a los solicitantes que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución, por los motivos que se especifican. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución -que agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
